When I bought my car paid big money for my car war...

When I bought my car paid big money for my car warranty but now whenever I call them they are always busy...today 3 times I call them for a appointment,nobody pickup my call...and they also not gonna give you appointment in short time..always you have to be wait 2/3weeks ..if my car got problem what should I do in this time??
