The hotel is very clean, and has been a very enjoyable stay. We had 2 double beds non smoking and everything has been great. The breakfast in the morning was included as well and actually was pretty good!

They over booked our room so we had no room after ...

They over booked our room so we had no room after driving all night. A family member had to give us their room and find another place to stay. The rude night manager not helpful. It was not a good experience at all.

Worst Experience Ever! I stayed there for 8 weeks ...

Worst Experience Ever! I stayed there for 8 weeks on a job assignment. The house keeping is terrible. They will fold up dirty towels (after they have been on the floor) and put them back on the shelf. They will roll up the bath mat as if they cleaned the tub, the sheets had foundation on them (I don't wear makeup), the counter had blonde strands of hair up there, the refrigerator had food in it, the "hot" water was ICE cold and the ladies downstairs told me its because everyone is is takin a shower at the same time???? Which it was 6am!! And it happened when I got off work also. The house keeping stole a pair of earrings from my co worker and took my binder w/ important information. I told management and they didn't seem to concerned. I still have pictures! This hotel is a disgrace to Hyatt!!!!!!!

ROOMS ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, however customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I prepaid for my room, requested an early check in, was told it wasn't a problem. I ended up not needing the early check in and arrive at 3:30 (30 minutes after allowed check in time) After our 6 hour drive, we walk into the lobby and wait to be greeted and acknowledged....WELL AFTER ABOUT 5 minutes, they decided to look up and make eye contact. She finally says can I have your name. She preceded to tell me that the room was not available and that I was added to the wait list (number #3). WAIT LIST?? I have a reservation!! She said they were sold out and as soon as someone checks out they would call me. I was so tired from driving and being in traffic, then to be told we will call you when your room becomes available was HORRIBLE. The did not offer us anything, water or a drink from the bar. Just was told to sit in the lobby and wait. We had no other choice but to wait...since they had my money already. The room ended up being pretty nice, but because of the two women (Anias was one of their names I think) was so incompetent..I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Customer service goes very far in the hospitality field.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was larger than I expected. I appreciated the separate sink in the eating area. There is a fridge but no microwave. However, there is a microwave in the lobby that is available for use. There is breakfast in the morning with plenty of seating.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast has a lot of options and is great. The gym and bar were currently in the process of being renovated, but should look nice, if the rest of the hotel is any indication. The staff is very friendly.

The same as any other Hyatt Place. Could have been cleaner, some details over looked. Some of the front desk staff not as courteous and welcoming as others but over all good service. Outdoor pool was nice. Ample parking, close to stores and highways. I would stay here again.

Service could be better. I showed up a little early and asked if they had any rooms available Mathew never looked or checked just gave me the blanket answer of 3pm. I have stayed here several times and at other Hyatt properties and they always check to see what's available. The hotel is not headed in the right direction.

Large comfortable room with separate living room and mini-fridge we were glad to have. Very abundantly stocked breakfast with waffles already made (thank.you for removing the wait and chaos involved with making your own). 12:00 checkout appreciated by us. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay for US open disabled golf tournament. Night staff was very good Breakfast buffet delicious. Room very nice and spacious. Andrea in the morning was fantastic. Got shower chair and needed step stool to get into tub. She went off her way to get that plus sunscreen. She is a great asset to Hyatt. Thank you for great service!

Kinda of a negative experience. We booked online at a 3rd party website. We had family visit from out of state. When we showed up there were no hotels available. The manager had to get involved and offered us 1 night at full price when we booked 3. That wasn't going to work because again they were out of state. I wasn't really to upset that the rooms weren't available (things happen) but there seemed to be very little effort from management in trying to offer any sort of help or compensation. No phone calls to sister hotels, no offer of a discount on future visits, nothing short of looking at the screen and politely saying I can offer you one 1night at regular price but you'd have to leave tomorrow. They were extremely polite but we needed more than that at the time. Ended up going 15mins down the road to the residence inn and spending an additional $120 for a 3 night stay. I like the Hyatt and haven't had a negative experience in the past, but this one left a sour taste in my mouth.

Nice size room with comfortable sofa, desk, small refrigerator and coffeemaker. However there is no microwave. The reception staff are friendly. Hotel is in park like setting though in walking distance to a Gold's Gym and Starbucks.

This location is dated with cheap so called renovations. Sometimes you just need to re-do if you re remodeling. The carpet is frayed, Dirty and there are rolls throughout the carpet in rooms. People hanging around, loud, and worst of all the a/c stopped working. No room service and it doesn t have anything to do with Covid-19 They have direct tv and channels are very limited. You cannot use the remote to view the channel guide because when you go to it the scrolling is continuously. It s very disappointing and I will never stay here at this location again. Oh and before I forget there s NO microwave in the room and there s a smell throughout probably because the carpet needs to be replaced!! They also have an insect problem smh. I am definitely use to staying in nice hotels . The Hyatt place arboretum IS NOT.. Whoever own s this one is CHEAP and doesn t care about great customer service. Why people are saying great or excellent in these reviews is beyond me. Avoid this location. I packed last night and ready to go now. It reminded me of a motel not a hotel. Although an older facility, if you enjoy relaxation, cleanliness, and comfort stay at a different location. P.S the two bed are full size beds only not Queen size which again most hotels have upgraded to in general when requesting two bed rooms.

We had a top floor room with a King bed, Walk in shower, and a pull out sofa. They have the usual hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner set out. They also have breakfast, but we didn't get up in time for it. Overall it was a good experience.

Stayed here doing a class for Firestone. The front desk people are amazing. Very friendly, they knew that I was having trouble at home, they made my stay here feel like I WAS home. Kudos to all of the staff here!

Very nice layout of Hotel room. The area is quiet. Plenty of shopping & malls nearby. Fast food & restaurants all around. And let's not forget there's a Krispy Kreme nearby.
I checked in here for a good nights rest after driving back from Atlanta heading home. After reading other people's experiences on trip advisor for this hotel I choose to be on the side where you don't have to hear the traffic of the highway. I found the room to be quite comfortable yet spacious. The staff at the front desk was very polite and friendly but I wish I could say the same for the guest that I had encountered during my stay. What a fickle bunch. Smh

When you arrive the reception isn t that welcoming...

When you arrive the reception isn t that welcoming, it looks a little old and ran over. But the rooms are clean and they are huge!!
Plenty of sleeping space and a whole area with fridge, desk and sofa.
The only issue I had was with other tenants being loud and slamming doors til late, but the hotel was well worth the money.

Great place and location. Rooms are like modern and comfortable. No microwave in the room, but went to the hotel dining area and was able to use all hotel amenities in the kitchen. Fitness center had free weights and ample spacing to do floor exercises. All around great place to stay

Location decor and amenities as expected for this hotel. Candyce was the absolute best.

The missing two stars are for the fact that the television reception was awful with no sound on most the channels and the water system if you are on the wrong side of one of the top floors as a nightmare and it takes 10 minutes to get hot. On my first morning it was taking so long to get hot I gave up and took a cold shower.

What was really fascinating was the staff seem to be concerned but either not trained or not empowered to do anything for what I've been through. Not saying they weren't nice but when someone has to take a cold shower to get where they need to go on time they need to have some empowerment to offer more than to move rooms.

Booked on Priceline. I stated that I needed a room that could accommodate,y disabled mother. Never stayed at any hotel that was so unaccomodating. No wheel chairs, they had allowed her to use an w pty room that had a shower seat 1 of the 5 days we stayed. Ima, so disappointed in Hyatt

Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the room we had was nice. The pool is outdoors and not heated though so probably not suitable for swimming until there have been a few hot days. My only complaint is that the pillows on the bed were far too soft. Otherwise everything was great!

Place was ok i guess.. I tried using their coffee machine that's inside the room and omg a putrid smell came from that thing i had to go down into my car to get a spray and vacate a lil bit. Room was ok they have a gym so that's a plus but wasn't able to use. They also serve breakfast and, either lunch or supper can't recall correctly $75 for non refundable pet fee that was a ouch for me.
