Kinda of a negative experience. We booked online at a 3rd party website. We had family visit from out of state. When we showed up there were no hotels available. The manager had to get involved and offered us 1 night at full price when we booked 3. That wasn't going to work because again they were out of state. I wasn't really to upset that the rooms weren't available (things happen) but there seemed to be very little effort from management in trying to offer any sort of help or compensation. No phone calls to sister hotels, no offer of a discount on future visits, nothing short of looking at the screen and politely saying I can offer you one 1night at regular price but you'd have to leave tomorrow. They were extremely polite but we needed more than that at the time. Ended up going 15mins down the road to the residence inn and spending an additional $120 for a 3 night stay. I like the Hyatt and haven't had a negative experience in the past, but this one left a sour taste in my mouth.
