Attended red white and boom event out front. Was a nice event, but could have used more festivities

Great place to stay. Trolley loads right in front of hotel. For our trip they provide a van to the concert. The band also happened to be staying at the same hotel. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Very upsetting to spend 420 for two nights , nothing nice about the room very standard, bathroom has paint coming off the ceiling kinda of gross looking very disappointing, furniture old and outdated. Hopefully other part of the hotel will be nice .

There was a college convention that was going on and many guests that attended it where very noisy.

Worst customer service waited on hold several time totaling over an hour for my reservation to get messed up

Was there for wedding for 3 nights.

Was wondering about parking, one at reception gave free 1 day of parking and had to pay rest 2.
Also, they gave starbucks coupons of 2 drinks which can be used in food area.

Clean rooms, we requested towels and towels kept coming for 5 times.
75 inch tvs in room.

Rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The conference center is fairly nice, but some of the rooms are a decent ways away from the rooms.

Went to eat with the family at the restaurant there. This is the second day in a row that I've eaten there and I've had the pizza hamburger chicken and the hot wings. The food is so good! I am really thankful to be able to eat there!

The king size bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. For an upscale hotel I was extremely disappointed with their corner room with a view. However the view was the best thing about the room. The next best thing was their large 65" TV. The couch and chair were also cheap and not comfortable. The pad on the king size bed doesn't fit looks like it's meant for a queen size bed and also stained which I didn't discover til the 3rd day. Breakfast was excellent from Harvest.

Just had dinner and drinks, but the food was very good. The service was excellent, and our plates were brought quickly and with zero errors. Had a wonderful experience, will definitely return.

Love this hotel. Room excellent, double room has biggest TV I ever saw a hotel room.

Not bad overall, but a few things seemed lacking. The shower had to be fixed before we could use it. And items you pay for never quite seems to cover the expense.

The staff were on point and the facility was well maintained.

Here for a work retreat. Great service, clean facility, good food as expected. Hyatt never disappoints.

Attending tradeshow. Staff has been friendly, catered food is good and the facility is clean.

Great hotel. Very nice and comfortable room. Very good food in the barn and restaurant. Coffee bar is good too. Fast van service as well. I've stayed here many times and it is always a good stay.

Update: Still a great hotel. Limited food service due to Covid, but they're trying to please. Great van service. Helpful staff.

Had a great stay here. Good was awesome. Sheets were pretty lame though. Loosened up at night and we're all baggy. First world problems at their finest

I spent the evening at the new years event hosted by the Hyatt. Had a great mean and spent the time drinking and dancing with friends. Staff members were all kind and the breakfast the next morning was good.

Just ate at the cafe. Food was not good, very bland and it was so expensive.

I went here for AFW and it was awesome but too many panels

Customer service issues. Normal check in at 3PM, duration typically 3PM to 11AM. This is 20 hours. Our rooms were ready two hours late on check in, no late check out allowed (rooms needed at empty hotel, lol). This is 2 hours out of our 20, or 1/10th of our stay.

So this Hyatt scammed roughly $40 from us. What will they do to you?

Two stars cause the hotel is decent.

Unless you have more money than you know what to do with, stay away from this place. You will pay extra for internet, water, and a refrigerator. No free breakfast, but if you like you can have a parfait sent to your room for 9.95. They also lied and said it would break the tv if they allowed me to change to the HDMI source to play my xbox, because they thought I would be more likely to purchase ppv without it. Ill take the Holiday Inn any day.

Conference areas are amazing. A little cold, but the A/C works great

My husband and I had a great night stay. We live in town and wanted to have an in-town getaway night. The room was huge and very clean.

Attended a confrence at the Hyatt. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The place is fabulous and unique the rooms are like Vegas and comfy the location is in a riverside view of baseball field

Would only give us one room key because we had daily parking and it acts as your parking pass.. Everytime the someone in are party decided to leave we would be without a room key

Didn't really have much time to scope out the building but everything was pretty easy to find.

Beautiful inside... but don't be fooled! Was there for wedding reception. DO NOT have a reception at this hotel. Had the hall until midnight, but the staff was determined to have everyone out before ten. Took down the buffet before food was gone and everyone was done eating. If you left your table, or even turned away to speak to someone, a waiter would swoop in and take your still half full plate of food and dispose of it. Did not happen to just a couple of people... nearly half of family and friends there spoke of that issue. Another huge issue was the cash bar. They put in only half of a shot for a $7.50 drink!!!! This was something that EVERYONE mentioned that purchased a drink. So, don't bother getting drinks at this place. Epic fail for such a high end beatiful location.

Very clean and quiet, not much noise to complain about. And the pool/hot tub room is extremely well taken care of.

Room was clean. Shower was good. Walls seemed a little thin.

Beautiful room and accommodations, breakfast you can only get if you stay in your room. Wish they would have told us that. Other than that. It was a very nice room.
