Attended a work event and stayed two nights. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We had a similar event last year, and we had the same great experience.

Had a business conference at the hotel. Wireless was good despite the number of people and the food provided by the hotel was excellent.

A nice place to stay in Wichita. The accommodation for the price is reasonable especially split between two couples.

Only hotel we stay at in Wichita and been that away for allot of years

The Hyatt Regency was a fantastic venue to work with. Our company was contracted with a wedding at this particular location and the staff was impeccable. The service was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel pricing was great for wedding packages and guest room rates. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue or just for a weekend stay. I had a great experience with the Hyatt!

The scenery is beautiful, with the most comfortable rooms, and the service is on point.

The entire place is very clean and uptight. The customer service exceeds expectations. They are very accommodating. Great place to stay in Wichita during your visits.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were always wearing masks and practicing social distancing. The room was comfortable and had a good view of the river.

This large hotel is a good part of the overall chain. The lobby is large and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and well maintained. There is a bit of wear, but nothing out of the norm or which would take away from the overall positive experience. Standard rooms have two bottles of water (free for members). There is a restaurant and bar downstairs, both quite nice, as well as a coffee/pastry location that serves Starbucks. A great place to stay if you're visiting Wichita. Pro tip - it's about a 20 minute drive to the airport.

Loved my stay here! It's a beautiful hotel. A great bar downstairs that is open late. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and offers a great breakfast menu or breakfast buffet (open for all meals too). The rooms are clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. I forgot some toiletries and the front desk sent up complimentary replacements to my room. Wonderful room service as well. Even spent a day ordering a meal and a bottle of wine from room service and it was easily one of the best experiences I had here. Would I stay here again? Absolutely and I plan to.

It's a great place for a romantic walk on a sumer night

Management at this hotel was very deceitful in pricing and charging at this hotel. I would double check your reservation and any policy they may have. They just seem to care about the mighty dollar rather than doing what is right for their customers.

As diamond members, we rented three rooms to celebrate my sister's graduation and recent wedding. When asking if my sister at least could get a complimentary upgrade, we were denied. When asking if we, as diamond members, could receive complimentary covered parking, we were denied. When asking if we, as diamond member, could have a different room because the room they placed us in was adjacent to a room with very loud children, we were offered a room on a significantly lower floor as the only option.
We will absolutely be canceling our membership with the Hyatt group. There simply is no point staying with them or showing them any loyalty as they simply offer little to no incentive to do so.

Everything is very expensive, which is inconvenient when you attend for a work event

Visited for the anime convention and loved it. The staff were friendly and very attentive, and the convention amazing.

Great service, really clean, the breakfast was so good but was expensive.

Easy parking and festive ambiance. My daughter had a wonderful time at her first HS dance there!

Attended a longevity and retirement banquet hosted by my employer in the Grand Ballroom. The service was fabulous and the dinner was delicious!

Start/finish line for the Prairie Fire Marathon was in front of the Hyatt. We had to park next door at Lawrence Dumont Stadium, but it was only a short walk. I can't say much about the Hyatt itself other than that it has an awesome location right next to the river.

Very clean, nice rooms and excellent food from the inhouse restaurant. The pool isn't very big and the hot tubs were over chlorinated to the point the vapors were irritating to the eyes.

The Hyatt's a great place to stay in Wichita. It is placed almost in the middle of old town and the more artsy district. There is a bit of a drive between it and the university but Wichita isn't too spaced out.

Went in for a tour of event space for a wedding reception. Staff were extremely friendly and prices were very reasonable.

Stayed here for about a week due to work. I switched rooms once upgraded myself to a corner room, I loved every bit of it I have to say the best part about this hotel is how quiet it is. I work odd hours and sometimes sleep in very late, and it is as if I was the only one in the hotel. Not a sound. Great views friendly staff, everyone is abiding by covid-19 policies. This is my go-to in every state I end up in - and in wichita, it sets the bar.

Their staff has been incredible in every way for the conference I am attending.

As expected, a family hotel with excellent service, friendly and attentive staff, I hope to return soon, nice city Wichita.

Great parking scrosd the street, centrally located in the business district.

Everyone was very respectful and always asked if I needed help with anything, rooms were very clean and so was the lobby

Great place to stay very clean and comfortable friendly staff

no parking. over priced. breakfast not included. $3 for water. put a hold on my card of $150 on top of charging for the room with ridiculous add on fees and won't take it off for 5 business days. not worth it at all. cheaply made rooms.

Nice place. Clean and good veiw of river from my room. Access to sky lounge is nice and full of snacks. Would stay here again.

The most accommodating and friendly hotel we've stayed to date. We arrived late at night and check in was a breeze. The young lady's at the bar helped get us something cold to drink in the most friendly way, including getting 2 cold bottles of water (no charge) for our daughter. Breakfast was fantastic. I strongly recommend this hotel based of off pure genuine hospitality and friendliness. The Hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are clean, spacious and amazing. The staff is very thankful for your business and we really appreciated that. Thank you!

Very nice hotel. Quiet, I got a great night sleep in a very comfortable bed, with excellent heating and cooling. The shower was awesome, plenty of hot water and great pressure. The only issue was the portion sizes at the lunch provided during the conference, it looked like a meal for a 5 year old. I will stay here again as the hotel is great.

Facility and room is beautiful. We paid upgrade to be put next to a large loud group. Had to move ourselves and was downgraded to no carpet room. Staffed seemed uncaring. They are short staffed and not fully engaged in the guest. Really unfortunate.

First of all we got there at 3pm and waiting a hour then we finally got our room it was the wrong room double queen is not what I paid for

Nice staffs, great location and very accomodating front office manager. They pulled of the surprise that i requested for my boyfriend s birthday. Im very thankful to them.
