Sweet sweet hotel. We stayed in a River View King room. The view was nice although obstructed by furniture, room was spacious enough, the bathrooms are nice, and the bed in comfortable. Valet service is quick and well priced. The bar-restaurant is surprisingly really good but the complimentary breakfast is very standard of a cheap/budget hotel. Although they seem to go to some lengths to cover this up with fancy setup. Staff is all polite.

Beautiful rooms and view, but horrible customer service. Called the morning of to see if we could check in early, 1 pm, they said we could, and we didn't even get our final room until 7 pm.

The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, plus having a pool makes this a must stay when you're in Wichita.

I visited the Hyatt for a wedding. I was very impressed with how decorative and clean it was. It made me wish I had stayed there instead of the Hampton across town.

Good hotel, clean and friendly. Breakfast buffet is very good. Downside on day of check out room service wanted to clean the room at 9am prior to checkout.

A fantastic experience and an awesome hotel. One of the best in Wichita. Their restaurant has a great selection of food that is prepared from local produce. The indoor pool is great and we will come back to stay here again. Since my wife and I celebrated our anniversary here, they did surprise us with some sweet treats that were delivered straight to our room as a complimentary.

Like staying here when I'm in town, and use business commendations if I need to while in town.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel bar (open) was serving food from the restaurant (closed) during quarantine. The coffee bar was open in the mornings, and although the hotel is (expectedly) mostly empty during quarantine, they did a great job of taking care of us, while we were working on the road.

Very clean, staff was very friendly. The pool was a little cold but a great place to stay I will stay here again.

Hyatt is a well appointed hotel with an amazing list of amenities. Great service and hospitality all around. I ordered in room breakfast and they paid close attention to details. Very pleased and will be back again!

The workout health center and pool area were nice. The lobby and garage parking were great too!

There is a room rate that comes with a free breakfast option, which includes eggs and bacon for the warm items. There is also toast, croissants, and bagels to toast up. Then there is cereal, apples, oranges, togo parfaits, and togo fruit cups. Throughout the day there are snacks you can grab as well as water and soda. This was a really nice feature.

My reasoning for the low rating is the lack of hot water for my showers. I tried calling down to the front office 3 times ( because I had already gotten undressed) and no one picked up. I know that the weather is unusually cold right now, and there is a chance that everyone might be trying to shower at the same time. However, I turned the lever towards top heat and the water was undesirably cold. I tested the temp turning the dial in the opposite direction, and the water only got colder.

A hot shower, clean room, and fresh sheets are my non negotiables at a hotel. Despite the lovely interior and extra amenities, this shower issue has me feeling frigid.

I did hop in the shower in the morning and the temperature was on par with a relaxing heat. I really wish this had been the case for all of my nights.

Rooms are clean, updated and comfortable . Front desk staff is always pleasant and informative.
Views from the west side of the building are spectacular at sunset.

Had a great room for a pretty good price. Had a wonderful shower with good pressure to it. Huge TV in the rooms. Has a starbucks in the hotel.

Went to the restaurant for dinner prior to going to Century II for a show and it was great. Great food, great service great atmosphere. And they give a discount when you go to a show

Attended a company awards event, and stopped by the bar before beforehand. Everything was great!

Excellent burgers and house made pizza. Our view from the room was great as well, right on the river overlooking the arts center.

We had a very nice buffet dinner for Thanksgiving. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay here. Met all the requirements of a first class hotel. Clean. Comfortable beds. Courteous professional staff. Had a very good hot breakfast buffet.

We stayed here one night while the river festival is going 1 the reason why stayed here, bez our frigerator went out and we thought it was going to be a easy convenient in-and-out nice visit but it turned out to be a horrible stay. as it during the night my grandchildren Was chilly and tossing so I got up and split my blanket crawled back in bed early morning I got up and showered because we were told our breakfast was complementary for 2 of us we had no problem paying for one of them as I showered I noticed the hair was filthy(shower)I was so glad I had showers shoes on when I got out I noticed right there where my face was the outer side of the blanket, that I removed was a gigantic blood stain I instantly didn't think I grabbed an ice cube from the frigerator because the frigerator didn't work so we put ice in it try to keep or things cool it didn't work the brought the stain to the comforter so I poured my entire bottle of Peroxide I'd on it as it bubbled As a bubbled my grandson ask me what's going on what is that from Thinking I had a nose bleed in the middle of the night I replied seen you guys was Cold so I split this comforter took the outer part off and got it back in bed woke up and showered and this is what I found he said O gross I am sorry So scramble I'm so sorry I will call down to the desk as I'm finishing up it grossed me out. We got ahold of the desk Courtney was her the manager she told me she was sending up somebody right away I said we have no time For this nonsense somebody needs to get up here right now 33 minutes later we get a knock just as we're tired because I told them we're not waiting longer than 30 mins. for this and I mean I told my grandson's they were both hungry. I told them to go down an just wait as we opened the door there stood the housekeeping manager I don't remember her name she didn't speak English she didn't comprehend English .very well but she did repeat to me and my grandson's that they would comp the Room and I told her we live in this city. We would like to come back and stay and we booked this with a 3rd party she replied no problem we will comp this Room and take care of you and I said we're going to eat breakfast and will be back she said I'll talk to the downstairs manager and let her know we are Complementary your Room and repeated it. I repeated it again that we are 3rd party booking and she assured she's able to comp. the Room. I said would rather book another stay and work it out that way, she said she would like to comp the Room and give us another stay free my grandson's both thought that was a Fair deal considering I was super grossed out and we don't know what that blood was carrying that could affect my health. an we went downstairs I mostly talk to the people next to us and as we sat there Visiting with these young ladies they to notice us when we walked up that lady was talking in Spanish to the other girl about this couple. I told them what I said heard them say because I understood Spanish enough and those people both knew the manager knew I knew she was talking about those girls because I told her As we go upstairs we noticed the light is all so then we go downstairs and a manager downstairs and Courtney proceeds to tell me just because I didn't tell her in the same order I told the housekeeping manager they were not going to do anything besides pay for the one lunch/breakfast I told her that was not cool there was not what they you told me and then I'd let her know I had it had recorded the conversation and then she started to threaten me with a rest trying to say that it was illegal for me to record I know Kansas is a 1 permission state and I had permission from myself and and that's all I needed I felt threatened as soon as she started raising her voice and then the other manager behind her I felt threatened that's why I got out my phone Any case if you're wanting to have a good time in a clean Room I don't recommend this place if they don't take blood Very serious And then lie straight to your face. I was overcharged on my park

Beautiful hotel. Nicely appointed. We had a perfect room--corner king overlooking the river and ballpark with a bonus fireworks show! But the best kept secret here is the Harvest restaurant. The food was outstanding! Fresh, imaginative, delicious!

The hotel is clean and very nice. The meeting and rooms are spacious and the work out facility has quite a bit if equipment and better than many other facilities that I've seen. The one complaint that I have is that the walls are pretty thin, so I over heard my next door neighbor in their room on the phone. And when they took a shower their water was really loud.

Room where the presentation was held was clean and ready for our event. Plenty of room to fit all attendees. Overall the presentation was a huge success.

I have stayed before and the rooms were nice. I have mainly been at the Hyatt for conventions or dance activities. The meeting rooms are nice, but the temperature is always way too cold and there are not enough outlets for charging devices in the meeting rooms. More seating outside of the meeting rooms would be nice as well.

Nice rooms, fast elevators and really helpful staff make this a great place for conferences or vacation.

They have changed from being a corporate owned facility to a franchise and for some reason, the service, cleanliness and efficiency is much better than it used to be. The workout facility is professional grade. Highly recommended!

Stayed here on a Saturday night after a downtown event with my husband as kind of a little getaway for us. It was a great choice! The bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean and well furnished, and the view from the top floor was spectacular. The staff was also friendly.

Our event at the Hyatt went off without a hitch! The food, service, and location were all premium quality and I wouldn't change a thing.

Great service as usual. The parking garage has a Tesla and other EV charger which is nice. They have huge TVs in the rooms as well. I wish they had better streaming service options like Marriott where I can sign into my accounts.

Very nice meeting facilities and room. Been to several functions here and they have always been very nice and the food was very good.

Wonderful Hospitality from the Lobby Staff and the Hotel was sold out and crazy busy! Made to Order Omelette with the Breakfast Buffet was fantastic, too. Wonderful start to the day. Overall, it was a GREAT stay!

Hotel was of good quality. Its resturaunt was WAY TOO OVERPRICED. The Coffee Market place actually had some gluten free muffins at least. The hotel staff was nice but the resturaunt and markwt were very unfriendly and provided poor service.

I went to attend a gathering, the African Summit. The valet was very nice, cost was $10. The inside was very clean, and all of the employees were friendly. The room was large, with a nice simple style. I'd recommend holding or attending an event here.

The hotel is attached to the Century II event center, so it is a very convenient place to stay if you are attending any sort of event at the center. Besides that the hotel is also right at downtown Wichita and there are many places in walking distance to go eat. The rooms are very nice. I would stay at this hotel again.

This was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms. The sink faucet in one of the bathrooms leaked water underneath, leaving a big puddle on the floor when we turned it on. It was late when we arrived, so we decided not to call for maintenance and just used the sink in the other bathroom. The interior side of the shower curtain in that room had boogers smeared on it from the last guests. It was something that couldn't be seen until you were in the shower with the curtain closed. The girls at the front desk were very apologetic and helpful when I mentioned these things during checkout. Despite those couple of problems, we thought our rooms were otherwise clean and comfortable and would stay here again.

I have attended events here in the past, and the staff was always polite, helpful, and very friendly. I had the opportunity to visit a friend in their room recently, and the view over the river was astounding. The bed was very comfortable to sit on.

Nice hotel great location for traveling through. Nice staff and VERY clean. I would give 5 stars but they allowed dozens of guests to hang out in the lobby without masks. A basketball tournament i was told.

The service is fantastic, the beds are very comfortable and the TVs are huge! I always look forward to eating on the restaurant, they truly have the best burger and fries- don't forget the housemade ranch dressing (even if you think you don't need it!)

All the staff I have interacted with have been very polite and extremely helpful. They are courteous to everyone I saw then interact with and the rooms are quite nice.

I am usually here 1-2 times a year for events and the last several summers there have been free events, such as fireworks or live bands, when I have been here. The river walk is also really nice AND there are a lot of great things to do in walking distance.
