Nice clean up-scale place. The rooms are big and accommodating. The workout facilities are top notch. Staff are professional.

Room stunk. Booked 2 queen beds got a king and booked for rooms to be close together they were not. NAM pageant is all about money.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, comfortable beds, well staffed and staff very friendly and helpful. Parking garage attached with only a short walk outside. It is a conference hotel so the prices are on the higher side, but it is a very nice hotel.

House keeping stole money from the night stand. Valet never moved my car. Only two shared microwaves for the building.

We had a great stay for our anniversary. The valet attendant wrecked our car but they are taking care of it.

Did not stay overnight. However, I attended a meeting there for work. The food was great and staff was exceptional.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Has a nice bar and restaurant menu. Breakfast was a little pricey for my liking. The pool and hot tubs were great, but do need updating/renovating. All in all a good experience.

Side note: if you have a tall vehicle eg lifted truck you won't be able to use their parking garage and there is limited outdoor parking.

Clean and accommodated a lot of people. The food was decent.

It is a beautiful facilita. I was there for the Kansas Library Association's annual conference and we used many of the building conference rooms. The Wifi didn't have a solid connection upstairs, so that is the only reason I didn't give it five stars.

Was there for a baby shower and the room was well-lit, spacious, and very clean.

Very nice hotel in an easy to access location. I've got a corner king room and it has a great view of the river.

Everything was great. Service was fantastic. Meeting rooms were well furnished and staff was friendly. The bedrooms were very nice but beds and pillows were a little hard. I'd come back any time.

The location was nice, right next to the river area. The Q trolley runs right there! It has a Starbucks, restaurant, pool, 2 hot tubs and huge lobby. There are also conventions happening there occasionally. There were little things that showed the wear on the hotel but other than that it was nice and we were happy.

Ate at the restaurant. They had great service and delicious food, but did not have that big of a variety on the lunch menu.

Five stars for the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. Loved the decor throughout.

The food was good, facilities were clean and the staff was polite

Service people were friendly and efficient, room was clean and well put together and the bed was comfortable enough. We did have a view of the river, as advertised. What we didn't like was hearing the neighboring room's shower running. The sound was enough to interfere with listening to the movie we were watching; kinda sounded like the shower was in OUR room.

Nice, comfortable upscale hotel. Good location close to downtown. Free parking available across the street. Decent gym

I travel for my job, I have never stayed in a more pretentious hotel, over priced, rooms are cramped & the staff is arrogant like they're the center of the universe. It's Wichita for gods sake. I will never stay at a Hyatt Regency again

The location is nice if you've the opportunity to get out and explore the town. The rooms are stylish, and the view is nice.

Very nice place but ran into several bumps along the way for the price we paid. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and when we mentioned it we were told we could move rooms but it would be a downgrade with no refund. The ice machine did not work. Upon checkin they told us that they were putting a hold on Our card for incidentals and it would be released when we checked out but come check out we were told that it could take up to 3 to 5 business days. The hotel was beautiful but very unorganized and semi disappointing.

Very fancy but the housekeepers don't speak English. I really can't rate on how staying here is..but, working here is not at all fun! If you aren't Spanish, you are pretty much sol.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great accommodations and amenities. The only issue I had in my stay is that the shower lacked sufficient hot water. Water was warm, but not relaxing hot.

Recently remodel and great catering staff. If you are having a event there Charolet did a fantastic job of putting it together.

Went here for a conference. The surrounding area is lovely And the walk down by the river is beautiful. The rooms are top-notch simplistic elegance, the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. What makes this truly unusual is the restaurant. The food is all locally raised and grown so everything is fresh and delicious. Even the cheese and the butter is made locally. I was truly impressed

So I think it has gone downhill since the new owners. Found the beds to be very uncomfortable. Thanks for the staff that still make it tolerable. Might need to try the ambassador next time.

3 full days of conference here. Excellent staff. Breakfast and lunch was very good. Comfortable seats in conference rooms. Always had drinks available all day. Impressive.

Probably the worst value for money and customer service in Wichita. Automated service, waiting on some rude person to finally take your call 10 minutes later is ridiculous. Gonna have to step it up a lot to cancel my Hilton reservation.

The Harvest Restaurant is the best fine dining in Wichita, I don't know why more people don't eat there

Went for a business meeting. The room was clean. The glasses weren't the cleanest. The food wasn't great - the turkey sandwich was the worst I have ever had. The audio from the podium microphone had a loud ring to it and when we asked about it we were told that there was nothing they could do. The Riverview room was quite a long ways from the restrooms.

Customer service made the difference apart from the rooms being beautiful. The location of the Hyatt in Wichita is a bit confusing to get to but parking isn't bad once you're there.

Nice place and great service. My baggage didn't make it, and the staff really set me up nicely since I didn't have any of my things.

I stayed there for two nights to attend a weekend convention. The rooms were cleaned, beds and bathrooms and beds are comfortable. Customer service is amazing. Closed to highways and to downtown.

Clean, well kept rooms with all the amenities you'd expect. The bar/restaurant is good.
