Hyatt Regency Wichita Reviews

I came to the Hyatt Regency to attend the annual Kansas Library Association meeting. Staff were more than accommodating, parking was easy to figure out, and I had a wonderful time.

Service/expense ratio not good at all. Women and the lobby desk were not friendly or helpfull. Charged my card twice and acted like I was an inconvenience when I wanted them to fix it

Had KMEA all state there and they were flawless with how they ran everyth

I have been attending seminars here annually for the last 18 years. Generally a really nice place. My most recent visit was not so nice. I had to move to another room two times before I could find one free of cigarette odor. The meeting room on the 18th floor wreaked of cigar smoke, very annoying for a non-smoker. Once I got to my third room and opened the refrigerator to store my water there was leftover food from the previous occupant. Very disappointing level of accommodations for the Hyatt. Other than that the staff was most accommodating.

Great stay in nice hotel wasn't worried about bed bugs the whole time

We were dealing with horrendous weather trying to get to western Kansas and decided to stop in Wichita and find a hotel with a parking garage to avoid the hail. We were able to get a room here. So glad we did because we were safe and in nice accommodations! It s a very large hotel with a lot of activity but it was very quiet and comfortable. We did not expect to have a mini-fridge but did have a very nice one that held our travel supplies. We would recommend this hotel.

The meeting room we were in was spacious and well appointed.

The Hyatt Regency is a great place to stay in Wichita . Beautiful views comfortable accommodations and convenient to all things downtown.

I ve been here for two different weddings. The stay and hotel were good. Staff was pleasant and I would recommend. Food service was quick and for a banquet style meal tasted great.

It's a nice and convenient hotel for downtown functions like the one I attended. Parking is convenient, but the design is fairly plain.

I had the opportunity to attend a company employee meeting, and the service we received was exceptional! I highly recommend this place!

Double charged me for my room them couldn't figure out how to fix. After one week I was finally refunded.

Very nice experience. Half price appetizers during happy hour. Chicken wings are big enough for a meal, and are quite good as well.

Swanky little hotel with some pretty awesome views of the river and the city in general. Staff was nice and helpful, when we asked for a room away from too many people (long drive and all) they made it happen.

Would love have party on roof with fireworks and a pool

I stayed here for my cousin's wedding. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was really nice and considerate, even dealing with the dunks at the bar! My only complaint is that while I was visiting, they decided to paint something in the indoor pool area without opening the doors or airing it out so as soon as you walked in, the pool chemicals and the paint fumes overwhelmed you, burning your eyes. I had to tell the front desk because there were kids (including my niece and nephew) playing in the pool which posed a risk to their health. Overall I would certainly stay here again. The prices were fair.

We had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable and it's has easy access to all this downtown. The staff was very accommodating as well. I misplaced a bag and the whole staff quickly coordinated together and security found it. Highly recommended.

I attended this place playing Pokemon go. The hell hops are super friendly and the front lobby and outer area is super clean.

Nice and clean, definitely upscale. Don't know that the price was worth 6 hours of sleep. Had a great view of the river and downtown Wichita. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My experience at the Hyatt was amazing. I went to a Daymond John event to learn about entrepreneurship. The interior is clean and very fancy. It's the best place to host professional events.

We came from out of town for a friend's wedding. The location is excellent, easy to get to from the airport and then a short walk to the old town area which has some great coffee shops and barbecue joints. Some highlights: clean, updated rooms; friendly staff; a comprehensive selection of basic necessities available to be delivered from the front desk; coffee shop in the lobby. No complaints at all.

I love the Hyatt. I've stayed there many, many times. Nicest hotel in Wichita.

I attended a conference and was not an overnight guest. However, the hotel is a nice venue for professional events. The halls and conference rooms are sizeable and can accommodate most crowds.

I was apart of a large group (150+) that attended an annual meeting my company has, and it was good. Food catered was well made, staff was friendly, and they even gave me free parking in their garage.

It was gorgeous. The only reason they didn't receive a 5/5 was the continental breakfast. People ended up getting stuff they didn't like at all, because the food wasn't labeled or were answered incorrectly by staff.

We had a great weekend stay at this lovely hotel. It's super clean and well decorated with a rustic feel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We submitted a noise complaint (small concert at 2am in the room next door :P) and they took care of it immediately.

The king bed room was roomy with a great bed, pillows, and shower. Very spacious. Coffee Shop, restaurant, and bar were all top notch. I was a little disappointed there was not a complimentary breakfast. Still, the food was great.

If I come back to Wichita, I'll stay here again!

Went to join friends for dinner. I chose to split one of the pizzas with my son and a side of fries. The food wasn't amazing by any means, but it hit the spot and the service was really good.

Visited this in May or June 2014. A while ago. Service was fantastic and people were brilliant.

Wasn't there only outside for fireworks so 1 star for asking
