Perfect location with immediate proximity to the Superdome. It's not close to the Quarter, but great for watching the game. Borne is great and there's a Starbucks in the hotel. Great convention space

Hotel is neat and clean. Service was great. Very busy place but they still made us feel important. They recommended a city tour that was very worth the price. Bed was a little firmer than I am used to but I still slept good. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok place, but not for the price. Lobby and restaurants/bars look nice, but the rooms are more dated. Bars are really too pricey and the city has way more options. Pool is small and they don't always have someone attending the pool bar. Elevators can get really busy; I heard someone say they waited 19 minutes. The maid service woke me up at 8:45 on a Sunday to clean the room.

A beautiful hotel, great location and makes it easy to use the trolley cars to move around the city. We came here for our 22nd anniversary. First off, Antonio our valet, gave us some great local spots to visit. Jovana was our guest specialist who provided us with kindness and respect. She answered all of our questions and provided us with an amazing view! Last but not least, 8 Block Restaurant. If you have the opportunity to visit this restaurant ask for Molly or Nella, we had the pleasure of their service on 2 separate occasions. This is the epitome of great service. As a server myself, I tend to be a bit tougher on the staff. These 2 ladies are phenomenal, engaging, and most important to me, they really love what they do. My hats off to the staff here. We had an amazing Anniversary here in New Orleans. We will be back and we will definitely be staying here.

Very good place to hit the bed, its a very huge property so the entry looks as if you are walking thru a shopping mall or an airport. But eveything is spot on, very good sea food at the ground level restaurant.

The rooms are really nice, but the bed are super small if you plan to have more than 1 person in the bed. And everything in the hotel is overpriced like the snacks and drinks. Also they make you pay for parking by the hour and vehicle size starting at like $40.

Staff is friendly

Staff is friendly
Hotel is clean
Orientation in the hotel isn't ideal - better plans would be nice.
Decor is decent for a hotel - ugly carpet but well.
Rooms are average sized and clean.
The beds are really comfy and bathrooms are clean.

The gym has a nice view butdoesnt have a large range of equipment.

The parking is 25$ per day without valet... A bit of a rip of as the hotel doesn't offer any discount.

Very big, lots pf areas to explore, rooms are nice, modern, with a small refrigerator, great views of downtown, and the river. Close walkimg distance to Canal street, Bourbon street, and right across the street from both stadiums. Staff was helpful and professional.

Great place to stay - location, views and service are fine, rooms are decent size and very well maintained. Staff was friendly, helpful and provided good tips about surrounding area, restaurants and places to see. Also, it's kind of cool to ride upstairs and see sunset, great place to host a conference or just as weekend gateway.

Well I went there just to see how the floor plan was because I'm going to a convention being held there in a few months. The place is beautiful. Pretty much all of the people working there were cleaning and you could tell what they had cleaned already bc everything was sparkling and sleek. The bottom level was hard marble floors and when you got to the second and third levels the carpet was like memory foam. So were the stairs. It felt great especially if you were coming back to your room from walking all day in New Orleans. Didn't get to see the rooms yet but everything besides that seemed immaculate and sleek. I'm really looking forward to staying there when the time comes.

The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in through the door. Bathrooms were very clean which was a plus specially since I was there for a big event. Location wasn't too bad, not that close to downtown but walkable to many places.

Excellent stay - the staff was always so helpful, rooms were awesome and cleaning crew was top notch. I will stay here every time I am in New Orleans. The buffets were excellent and the pool was great!

None of my expectations were met from previous conversations, prior to my arrival. I requested a feather-free room and didn t receive it. I requested extra towels, and didn t receive those either. I was also forced to wait/ sleep in the lobby until 3 A.M. because Karen (Front Desk Agent) had to finish paper work. While waiting, I witnessed her check in 3 different groups. I later requested to speak with a manager because I didn t understand why I was forced to wait when the room was vacant. Joana (Manager) came out to speak with me. Her approach was very aggressive! Joana didn t greet me with a hello , nor did she ask how she could assist me. She immediately started telling me what I couldn t do before listening to any of my concerns. She did a lot of eye rolling and cutting my sentences short. I returned the aggression to get my point across and advised Joana to work on her customer service skills.

Very fancy. Practically a mini-mall at the bottom. Right next to the Superdome. But they tend to nickel and dime you on everything. $40 Valet or $25 self parking each time you want to drive.

Worst hotel experience ever. First they checked me in at a handicap accessible room. I asked to change so it is available to someone who may need it. They gave me a lower level room right next to machineries and facing the bar. The noise from the machines will give you an instant headache! Not to mention the bar full of young loud drunks! So I asked to move again.
They gave me a room this time with half a shower curtain and no hot water!!!
I called and told them I had to take a cold shower because I didn't want to be late to work. They promised to fix it and never did!
I call and wait for the manager to help and he says it's the first he has heard of this issue and will send an engineer "if there really is an issue".
Waiting for an engineer for over an hour. And no one has showed up yet. I am late to work!
By far the worst hotel ever. Only looks good but service is worse than a motel!

I have not stayed at a conference visit (night stay next to Hyatt House). It's very large, and it's hard to move around in the hall alone. It is convenient because you can get back and forth from the Hyatt House on the second floor walkway.

Over priced.Very complicated non initiative sytem for elevators.Poor signing and instruction as to how to get from checkin to room.soft drinks, drinks and food very expensive
Wanted an additional charge for internet which would allow you to watch TV shows or video movies on top of $300 plus a night charge.I will not be back.
