Disappointed in how unemployment is handled. I have been waiting since March to receive my benefits. No one is available to speak to anyone now because of Covid -19. This is frustrating. I deserve my funds like everyone else.

Yes, I finally got through....twice!, and the same uninvolved, rude receptionist put me to "TALK TO MY HAND" automated line without letting me to say more than half of sentence. This organization definitely is not "pro-people" and does everything in its power to do the least possible
