Beautiful hotel , but very pricey for the New Year's extravaganza.. food was mediocre Even for VIP tickets (I've had better at all you can eat buffets) .. we won't do that again. Chee Weez made it worth it... Awesome band...

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in recent memory. On first arrival, I was put in a room adjacent to the extremely loud outside power generators. After complaining, I was moved to an oddly arranged room with poor air circulation; the bedroom was about five degrees warmer than the rest of the suite and had a strange odor, but at that point I was too tired to care. The next day after housekeeping came, I noticed that there was a large (blood?) stain on the comforter; see photo. After I complained, someone came to the door, handed me a new comforter, and walked off. Evidently Hyatt Regency expects its customers to correct housekeeping's mistakes themselves. I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again after this.

Upscale and very nice hotel. Expansive! Sometimes confusing to get to a room. Lobby is really nice and comfortable. Right out the balcony was the Superdome, which is really pretty lit up at night.

I love it ! we have 2 more nights here and already the check in was great and the but the parking was hell and expensive the hotel makes you park at a lot they don't own and it's 27$ a night and if you move your car you pay again smh other than that great music played and food !!!

My mother in law was staying at a connected hotel. Rather than direct her to the skybridge, an attendent directed her to the street and through a parking garage which was much less convenient.

Business hotel very well located. It has excellent facilities, has a Starbucks, with shops and a convention center.
On the doorstep of the hotel is one of the NOLA hop-on / hop-off stations. Crossing the runway at the center is one of the stations of the yellow tram that operates 24/7 (remembering to find out a little more since the tram can be a practical and economic option for the tourist)
Single flat: bring plugs, the air conditioning equipment of the surrounding buildings are very noisy.

We met with hotel guests for drinks I'm the bar. There was a jazz band and singer playing which was unexpected and very entertaining. Great food and atmosphere. A little pricey but worth the extra green. Get your valet ticket validated at the bar for free parking.

Beautiful hotel and lovely amenities. However, the layout to the first 3 floors is a little confusing and the elevators can be tricky the first go around. Otherwise, gorgeous views of the city and everything is conveniently located!

Hotel in prime area next to the Super Dome. A short walk or Uber ride away from Bourbon street. Hotel was very clean with helpful staff. Food and bar on property was amazing. Beds were comfortable... can't wait for my next stay!

Great hotel! The room was nice and the staff at the hotel are all very kind and welcoming.
I recommend trying the chippery chips, they are excellent! The culinary team at this hotel is very talented, everything I tried tasted great and was displayed nicely.

We went to the hotel bar for live Jazz music, and we were not disappointed. The group consisted of a piano, a set of drums, a trumpet, a bass, and female vocals. The service at the bar was quick, but our waitress was very polite and pleasant.

Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great staff. The only trouble I ran into was room service but I dont hold it against them because of the concert that just ended and the time. Very clean looking with comfortable beds. It's also within walking distance of the super dome and the smoothie king stadium, you can see them clearly from the backside of the hotel

Service Personnel very friendly and helpful. Nice clean interior. Shower water pressure merely adequate. Nice Starbucks, bars, and restaurants on site. Came here on business, but would come for leisure.

Was my first trip to New Orleans. Couldn't have picked a better hotel. Central location, right between Superdome & French Quarter. Staff was friendly & the whole experience was top rate!

I was here for a conference, so I can't comment on the rooms, but the lobby, lounges, bar, etc are all very clean and modern. They layout for the conference/convention rooms can be a little confusing, but I also didn't bother to check any maps or floorplans. Friendly staff, and all the room changeovers during the conference were quick and almost invisible.

They refused to even come close to accomodate two dbl beds. I pay to stay at a hotel and then must pay to park my car! oh no! BEWARE, parking costs in this city! NO FREE PARKING for guests. NO accomodations for handicapp, which is a federal law that they provide. Front desk rude and like robots, hard to understand english. Took almost 3 hrs to get coffee for my coffee pot i requested in the room. Front desk employees only tell you what you want to hear in order for you to go away! STAY AWAY! I have been treated better in lower paying hotels. This hotel is only for the rich who have more money than they know what to do with. Room was fairly clean, dust all over bathroom countertops and blood splatter on rubber bath insert! GROSS!!!!!!! then they have this fancy check out from your room that doesnt work and no one downstairs is helpful at all!!!!!!!! AVOID and save your money! Stay somewhere else or heed the warnings. Dont hickup,,, they will charge you! Too much walking for a handicapp person and they are of NO help! Oh, and dont expect to pull up and unload and then park,, they wont let you unless you are in a limo or a taxi! You will have to walk with your luggage from where ever you pay to park! I will stay with the poor people hotels from now on.

Great location... More of a destination than just a hotel. The location is prime, right next to the super dome and the stadium. Lots of food outlets in and out of the hotel. Quiet rooms, great views. Beds are just ok nothing special. The bathroom is clean and plenty of towels.

Shocked..this is the worst Hyatt I've ever visited.. rooms not cleaned well or Hyatt standard.. ordered room service pizza and asked for plates and was scorned by Ms Sharon "it's a carryout" delivery charge $4.. unbelievable it's in the hotel so you'll be charged $4 for every eatery you order from but one person brings it all up at the same time ate at restaurant downstairs breakfast buffet $21 per person..filled out omelette card food wasn't hot..waiter Mohammad was slow..he stated he's busy.. very dissatisfied because it wasn't crowded. Not the Hyatt way!!

Service was excellent! The lobby was beautiful! The room was nice but the bathroom was tight quarters. Our plane was late flying in because of inclement weather so we didn't get checked in until 3 am and got a room in the North wing on the 6th floor (Room 665) which had no view. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing at first, until you walk it several times. The mattresses in our room were sunk in and needed replaced which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was great and we would love to stay there again! We love New Orleans! We love the Hyatt Regency New Orleans!!!
