Just got our room for 2 nights. The room is very subpar for a 4 star hotel. Also be prepared to spend 25-40 dollars for parking, something they dont advertise. Been to better hotels that are worth their rating.

First, upon arrival (on time) for check- in, our room wasn't ready. There was not even an ETA on when it would be ready, and the only solution was that we upgrade to another room that would cost us $20 more per night. We declined (I don't More

The rooms are clean with (some) great views (careful of the upgrade fee, I paid it initially and my 'view' was in between two large buildings, directly above the pool -where even 16 floors up I could hear the screams of children playing and the giant fans underneath my window). They allowed me to switch rooms with no problem, but lost the swimsuit I accidentally left drying on the back of the first room's bathroom door...how these things go missing I'll never understand...
The pool felt small, but the deck was very large and a bar at the pool with complimentary water is nice.
The elevator system is fun until you're there for a conference and it doesn't realize 2500 ppl are trying to get up/down and keeps calling the same car over & over....the hallways are open to the 32 story atrium which I enjoyed. It's a bitt of a walk to bourbon or Frenchman street, about an $8 uber, so I'd stay somewhere closer if those are your main points if interest. A street car goes right past the front of the hotel, but you need exact change to ride.
About a 15 min walk to the WW2 museum and across the street from superdome & smoothie king center.
Comolintary late checkout available and a luggage room so you can still enjoy your last day in NOLA!

Such a beautiful hotel and it is where the filmed the movie "Girls Trip". The room was amazing, the property is flawlessly clean, the elevators are super fast, hospitality is on point... I would recommend this hotel, hands down. It is amazing!

I enjoyed my stay here but the elevators are frustrating. Had some issue with my card at the elevator bank and it would not work so had to go all the way back to the front desk to get a new one. This place is huge. Seriously huge. It is nice and it is close to everything

The views from any floor are phenomenal. The restaurant and bar were above and beyond, as were the guest rooms. The staff went far beyond, especially when I got turned around in the middle of the night and went to the wrong parking garage. One of their Bellman took the time to walk with me to ensure that I got what I needed from my vehicle and back to my room safely. He spent over 20 minutes walking with me and keeping me from getting lost again.

Great stay for the past two years aka two stars. Rooms are nice. This year unfortunately we experienced overcharges and unnecessary questionable charges that we did not request. Took multiple times to call to get it fixed, often left on hold for long periods of time. When 'fixed', we were never refunded the correct amount. Food was overpriced and buns were stale!

The hotel is fancy at nice but you pay for it. I've been to this hotel a half-dozen times that I've never had a room here due to the fact that so many places in the area are cheaper. I'm usually here for conferences, and many of the rooms are nice. Some of them better than others. The tech here is pretty bad that's half the laptops in the rooms didn't have internet access and there was no Wi-Fi available unless you were staying here.

The place looks great and the food is pretty cheap for room service fair. My room did not have stable WiFi and the elevator system was over stressed by the large conferance going on which made getting to the room hard.

Clarisse at front desk was great. Got upgraded to Executive Suite, which was very comfortable (Rewards Member). No real 'view' from the room.

HOWEVER, they have automated elevators THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Some in my group waited TWENTY minutes for an elevator. I know one person who snuck onto the Freight elevator to get downstairs. The floor layout is also confusing with escalators and elevators only going to certain floors... you need a map to get around this place.

Conveniently located next to Superdome, though. Very clean. Food was satisfactory.

The hotel is very nice. The interior is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The elevator system is frustrafrustrating to use, and the pool does not have a hot tub, sauna or other amenities. The fitness center is small, but adequate and overlooks the city. The rooms are pretty standard, clean, and comfortable. However, there is no microwave in the room.

Had an issue with my room as I was given 2 Queens on the 23rd floor. I asked for a king and Arin went to the back and since occupation rate was 47 %, could could upgrade me for free.

I used to be a DIAMOND member but now since I am retired .....

Went to my room on the 6th FLOOR. Bad view and you guessed it.....2 QUEEN BEDS.

My girlfriend had a conf call and I had to use the head so we declined. Settled in. Went to lobby and spoke with another gal with Slavic accent. Forgot name. She offered to move me but she should have gotten a manager.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. The hotel is absolutely luxurious, and the restaurants inside are of high quality. Close to everything you need to get to aswell, great location. Will visit again.

In January, the prices were so low, I thought it was a misprint ($100 per night). For a single, the room was small, but well furnished (good for business, excellent wifi), clean and very comfortable. Where they "get you" is the food - nothing special and over priced. Most eating establishments are 10-20 min away by foot.

The Valet department, bell service were the best I've seen in my life. Seriously!! I was in disbelief on how well it was operated. The Valet manager, the lady with the glasses and short hair run a tight shift. I gave away all my casino money to the bell service and valet parking. The rooms were great too.
