I stay here often. Customer service is top notch. Ask for a room facing the Arch and grab a steak at the Ruth Chris downstairs.

Parking was the biggest inconvenience. The room was decent and had a nice of the arch.

Great service as I usually find at Hyatt. Staff was very professional and room was spacious and clean. Lounge had appetizers and deserts.

Great price in a good location. We were able to walk to the Scottrade for a game. Rooms were nice, though bordering on being outdated

Great location! We had s small issue with our room but it was handled immediately by the manager and to out satisfaction.

Restaurant downstairs was a little expensive. But everything else was great.

Had a great stay. Stayed 1 night... nothing wrong... was able to do a late check out until 2pm for 25 more.. great views.. friendly staff

it was right next to the arch and not far away from the downtown area so there was always something to do

Limited parking at the hotel which you must pay for even if you are staying at the hotel. There wasn't enough parking for all guests ans we had to park a block over and pay for parking there and then walk with luggage a block in the dark to get back to the hotel. Room was nice but small and it was a maze to find it. Staff was nice. I would probably stay again except for the fact that to park there you have to pay and there isn't enough for everyone staying so you most likely will have to park a block away and pay then walk.

Very beautiful place. I was here for a conference. The rooms are good and the view of my room is excellent.

Everyone was very nice and polite. Food at the restaurant in the hotel was amazing.

This place is nasty. They are making me sleep on a bed with the mattress exposed. No fitted sheets just a pad that doesnt even cover the mattress. No one would answer the phone as I was going to bed so I had to get dressed and go to the lobby to be told I was sleeping on an exposed mattress. She seemed quite confident in the fact that her guests all had to share the same sleeping surface. This is disgusting. Last Hyatt I will be in.

The Gateway Arch only footsteps away.
And a great selection of restaurants in the Lobby.. including Starbucks...

Location is great and the rooms appeared to be great. However a moldy ceiling tile fell during my stay but the staff treated it in an awesome manner.

Very good hotel. Good place to reach various attractions, public transport and subway. A little expensive for Bulgarians.

We loved this hotel. We stayed over 4th of July weekend and the fireworks are amazing! The rooms are clean, spacious, and renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotels location can't be beat, and is situated right beside the arch. We will visit again!

Hotel room was very comfortable with a good view. Good selection of restaurants within the hotel. Only downside, the shower had not been cleaned properly and there were hairs on the walls of the shower.

Very comfy bed, great partial view of arch. Shower was slow to drain and the drains gurgled at various times. Tub was slippery. Room service isnt great (order was wrong and came in a brown bag...not what I expected from 4 star hotel room service), better off getting something delivered. They keep a garden and bees on the roof, very cool!!

The hotel is great, but not well insulated from sound. Noises from the street below sound as though they are coming from within your room.

I don't want to give a thinly veiled review as to why I rate this establishment so lowly, so I won't say any more.

The Hyatt Regency was a great hotel. The service was excellent and every staff member was extremely helpful and professional.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! Staff was friendly, lobby areas were clean. We did not get a room, we met up with our daughter who had stayed here with a school trip but what we did see what beautiful! If we were to ever go back to St Louis we would stay here.

No free breakfast with your $200 room. AC and heat didn t work in our room. Close to the arch though

Food was good but overpriced for a run of the mill menu. Gooey butter cake was delicious.

Very nice and comfortable room. My room was super clean, temperature was perfect, not musty or smelly. Just a beautiful room. The whole hotel is extremely nice. Bed.was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. Easy check in and out. There's help unloading your luggage. Friendly service. Great location. Everything is close by and Uber drivers everywhere. Cheaper than the cab services.

Excellent views of the arch, good sized rooms that are clean and well maintained and serviced, great restaurants on the first floor (Ruth's Chris and a brew pub), huge conference rooms with good breakfast and lunch buffets for meetings. If you're in town for the arch you can see it and walk to it in seconds.

Stopped by to meet up with a friend. Staff was friendly and helpful with parking arrangements.

Huge Premium per day price plus $30 bucks per day self park. Then no streaming access to Netflix or Vudu. $22 bucks for a movie I can go to an IMAX theater and watch for 17. Rediculous.

Very nice hotel. Service was wonderful and everyone was very corteous. Location is walking distance to the Arch, which makes this an ideal location when visiting St. Louis.

Hyatt Regency at the arches of definitely a place you want to stay if you're traveling to St Louis or staying there anywhere near the arch a Quality Hotel with a minimal staff restaurants in the hotel very good a little more on the expensive side but good service the rooms are comfortable and spacious up-to-date and the concierge will gladly provide little things if forgotten example slippers mouthwash Etc

Our stay at Hyatt was fine. Only thing I disliked was breakfast was not included and it was an additional charge. Most of the hotels have breakfast included with the stay.

Took 10 mins minimum to reach front desk at 7PM , only 4 clothes hangers and our ironing board was broke - Rating may improve, this was after being here 3 hrs.

Wonderful location, just by the arch. Our stay was excellent, although brief. The rooms are spacious with good views and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would love to come back here and stay for a longer period and explore the city.

Luxury accomodations. Vincent was the best. he deserves whatever kudos you can give him. he was awesome

We were kicked out our room for watching a movie and laughing. Security was very rude.

Attended an event there. It went off without a hitch. The entire staff was fantastic.

Non-smoking room stank of smoke. Staff addressed immediately - upgraded to a great room with amazing view. Found more trash in this room. Bottom line - house keeping needs some work. Good value when booked on third party sites.

Was there for Cardinals Winter Warm up and it was fantastic as always.

More attention should be given to the men's restroom.

Beautiful like so many convention hotels but it is the outstanding staff that really makes The Visit pleasant. The omelets prepared by chef Matt are a special treat!

Great service. Closest hotel to the arch. Clean and well organized.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a partial view of the arch, which was honestly quite spectacular. The brewhouse was a little louder and crowded than I expected, but the RED was a great alternative. Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Loved our room. We got a corner room to look at the arch. It was heaven.
