Know they're going through COVID-19 but vending machines didn't work on 17 and 18 floor and we had mold on the ceiling tiles in our bathroom. Would give them another chance after COVID-19 is over.

The customer service that I experienced during my stay was exceptional. They promptly fixed an issue with my room and even compensated me without me having to ask. The only thing I didn t like was the size of the beds in the double rooms that were available. They may have been a full or Twin XL but they were small. I will visit this hotel again because it is in a convenient location and just steps from the Arch. This hotel is about 15 mins from hot spots in the city and near the highways. They have a Starbucks on sight and I think 3 restaurants. The view from our room was very nice at both night and day. I would suggest higher floors, that s just my preference.

I stay at the Hyatt each time I visit the area (1 week/year). After over a decade, I have not had the desire to do anything differently. The service is wonderful, and the location is unbeatable--especially during the VP Fair. The workout area is wonderful. When the weather is not great for a run, the window-facing treadmills are a good alternative. All for less than $100/night (off-peak).

Staff was courteous and friendly. On all occasions they listened to our questions patiently and answer them promptly. Only negative is that you have to pay for microwave and that too in such a high end property, if I am not wrong that does not sound to be luxury.

The hotel is beautiful and everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. I m disappointed that they held most of my security deposit for parking fees when I was forced to pay my own parking fees when I was leaving the hotel. Gate wouldn t let me through unless I paid at the meter, so for a ONE night stay, I got stuck paying $60 for parking. Not very fair.

Spent a week in St Louis- this hotel was perfect for our stay. Easily accessible to restaurants, the arch, and other sights. We will be back in a couple months and have already booked our stay.

Everything was clean, bathrooms and rooms were so pretty, the hotel itself is beautiful, near many great places, food in the lobby is amazing. Loved it. 4/5 though, because it is fairly loud at night

Room was dirty and out of date. My wife accidentally left a pillow in the room and when we called later that day were told there was nothing they could do about it. On top of that we were double charged for a breakfast that was supposed to have beem included in reservation. Called to dispute bill and was told to call back another time. Do not recommend. Rude staff and poor service.

Very friendly staff. Went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. Room service was awesome (our first time ordering room service, ever!). The guy that delivered was great with the kids and, of course, very friendly. Lots of stuff on-site to fill our needs. (e.g. Gift shop, restaurants, Starbucks.) Valets were fast and friendly. Close to Ball Park Village. Dinner and drinks at Brewhouse were fantastic.

My wife and I arrived on Saturday with reservations they said our single king size bed room was no longer available . We were then offered a room with two full beds and free parking ($39.00 per night). We really had no choice so we took it. The room was a city view not the original arch view we had paid for. This room being right off the street even on the 12 floor we still heard dirt bikes flying around the streets all night long. #freemeekmill The walls at this place are also very thin you can hear everything going on in the room next door. I called down to get the car from valet, went down to get it only to find out they couldn't find the keys. So happen to be the guy that moved the car took the keys with him so we had to wait for him to return. Other than that this hotel is in a great location, all up to date, and in walking distance to everything.

Drove from Dallas to watch a Cardinals game. Arrived at 5:00 tired and ready to relax. Was informed they could not accommodate my 2017 F-250 and I would have to park 2 blocks away and pay another $130. I don't think so! Went to the Hilton at the ballpark and was very pleased. Valet my truck and given a great room. 360 Bar was very cool!

Our city view wasn't much to write home about, but: the beds we're extremely comfortable, everything was clean, the concierge helped us wonderfully, and the price was great. Can't ask for much else in downtown St. Louis.

Very nice hotel.. Like most hyatts! Perfect location for downtown activities.. the only negative is their parking garage is a pain.. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING BIGGER THEN A STOCK F150.. YOUR GUNNA SCRAPE YOUR ROOF!... Just fyi... but besides garage with a big vehicle it's awesome!

The hotel and my room was beautiful. I had a great view of the courthouse outside my window. The only reason this review is 4 stars is because I had to ask the win a. At check in about breakfast and Wi-Fi, that info was not initially provided. I then needed my card rekeyed to allow access in to the Recency club. Also, my TV remote was missing. Even after a call to the front desk, I never received one. There were no buttons on the tv that I could use to change the channel. Overall beautiful and clean hotel, but needs some customer service help.

We were in town for a wedding during COVID-19 and were very pleased with our experience at the Hyatt. We felt they took extra precaution to maintain social distancing and other CDC guidelines, while maintaining the excitement of the guests in town for the wedding. We were especially pleased when we were able to extend our check out and then store our luggage when our flight was rescheduled. Rooms were clean, bar downstairs was friendly and we were centrally located to everything we needed to do!

We stayed here during a quick weekend trip to St. Louis and I must say this place was very clean, presentable, in a great location and the staff was decent. The only issue is that it literally took all day before they got to our room to clean it but I guess in the grand scheme of things it was not a huge deal breaker. My son and my nephews loved the room and the hotel so much they did not want to leave the room. They liked the hotel more then they liked the trip. I would definitely return to another Hyatt in the future.

The Hyatt is easy to get to, and valet was friendly. The room was small, but was spotless, and quiet. One small issue was they have down comforter, and pillows. They had foam pillows, but really no replacement for the comforter. We would stay there again.

Awesome hotel. Lots of choices of restaurants. I left my tablet charging in the room. They denied any knowledge. I had Amazon track it. It was in the hotel, but I never got it back.

This hotel is upscale and well accommodated. It has a beautiful lobby and several dining options, including a nice fully stocked bar that serves a full menu. You can sit down in the morning in their restaurant and order from their expansive menu, great service from the waitstaff. The hotel has nice rooms, nice beds...very clean and quiet. A mini-fridge in the room makes your stay a plus. Make sure to book a room with a view of the Arch! The best thing about this hotel is the location. Walk a couple blocks to the Arch, or about 4 blocks to Busch Stadium. There are many fine restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well. Highly recommend!

We loved it and honestly can't wait to return! From the valet when we arrived to the front desk that held our bags while we went to check out The Arch... We couldn't have had a better experience! The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Modern touches throughout and amazing views. If you're going to St. Louis this is THE PLACE to stay! Central to EVERYTHING!

Very bad service in the hotel, one day they did not do the room and in the afternoon as they no longer have staff they only sent to make the beds, call to service A rooms and ignore that they are short of staff. The food in the room of very poor quality .. the rescue is the location but it is included in the price

The hotel stay was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The valet service was easy to use, the guest services crew was great and helpful in getting our bags and recommending a great restaurant. Breakfast was amazing with so many options including omelets made to order. The view from our room was spectacular.

Room was clean and everything appeard to be in place. However, the bed was beyond hard! So, if planning on staying specifying sleeping preferences may be a good choice. Valet parking ran $40 per night of your stay with unlimited in-out access. All in all a good hotel that has possibly compromised on the cheaper rooms. Morning elevator access is hectic as all guests move through the same 3 elevators, with those traveling more than 10 floors in some cases it took more than 30 minutes to get to the front desk at checkout.

This is the best hotel by far that I have stayed in over my years of travel. The room is exceptionally clean and the carpet & padding is very plush. The hotel is quiet and the staff is very professional. I must say that Keith Key is one of the best managers and will go above and beyond to accommodate it's guest. The only drawback is they do not have a hotel shuttle.

Excellent location if you have business downtown. It's right near the Arch grounds, in case you have time for a stroll. The lobby bar is much better than the Brewhouse, unless you want to watch a game on TV. The hotel is easily accessible to several area highways, parking is easy, and the staff are very helpful.

First time in St. Louis and it's AMAZING. We first encountered August who checked us in and she was great!!! She offered a beautiful room waking up to the arch for way less than $50 extra per night. Totally worth it panorama view waking up each morning to the Arch and sun each morning. We will be back, can't wait to join the Hyatt family.

The hotel definiitely looked really nice when we first went in but then our experieince got progresively worse. We came into the hotel expecting a nice and clean room. However, when we got there, our room was very dusty and I couldn't stop sneezing for a good 20 minutes because of it (I have not allergies). The bathroom was nice but the shower was not clean and there wasn't a trash bin inside the bathroom. The view wasn't that bad(you could only see half of the arch). And there was a ipod dock as said. But the bed was not made very well (you could see the mattresses and springs...we thought the maid hadn't finished our room but we were wrong). There was a layer of dust on the carpet. The internet costs a fortune though there is free wifi in the lobby and dining area. I was really thirsty and didn't have any water with me. I looked in the fridge and found two bottles and right when I was about to drink it, I found out you had to pay for them. 3 dollars a piece. Bottles water shouldn't be that expensive. And breakfast wasn't free(neither was the parking). The staff was pretty nice. Overall, I was just disappointed.

Immaculately clean and beautiful. Very comfortable rooms with dreamy beds. The staff was superlative. Courteous, resourceful, respectful, kind and efficient - every single staff member we encountered was that amazing. Excellent value for the full service attention and elegance of the Hotel.

Hilton Arch St Louis August 1st 2019 room 619

Hilton Arch St Louis August 1st 2019 room 619

Room is medium sized with a large flat screen, king-size bed, small closet, writing area with ample light and a view of a parking garage. The do not disturb sign falls off the door every time you open it.

Bed was comfortable with ample outlets at bedside, not much art on the wall. Great location with proximity to restaurants and the arch. There is a mini refrigerator and coffee machine, no microwave.

The lobby is impressive in what appears to be a building that used to be a bank. The business center and tiny convenience shop is located in what used to be a vault. Noise from the hallway was a bit of an issue but my room was right off of the elevator lobby. I could easily hear young people outside my door after 10 p.m. conversing and laughing while getting ice from the ice machine.

The bathroom is large with a huge jacuzzi tub. There is a separate shower and large counter space. There were no washcloths in my bathroom only about 5 hand towels. The separate shower has very good water pressure.

Excellent hotel! Room was fantastic, and had a gorgeous view of the river. Staff was very friendly and went out of the way to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!
