Fantastic location! Steps from the Arch and very convenient to everything downtown.

Great location, easy check in/out process, restaurant, bar, Starbucks, great rooms, and they allow dogs!

Views/ location are a 5 star. However multiple toilet clogs, horrific dog barking in room next door made for a less the enjoyable stay. City was great.

It is a nice hotel but I had a bad experience with the room I stayed in. The water glass was dirty and the cabinet door handle was broken.

Exceptionally clean!! Sami the mgr. helped us with a computer problem we had. Everyone went above and beyond friendly and helpful to make our stay great! Breakfast buffet was pricey but well worth it!!

No fitness center. On clock in room, instead an iPod stands circa the iPod nano. No airport shuttle. My walk to my room from the elevator was so far it helped my Fitbit steps.On the plus side the room was comfortable,

Went to the Boys and girls club event here. It was a good time.

This is not the place to go if you want comfort and relaxation. They do have a secure elevator but the place was dirty and has bugs. The toilet leaked and sheet was ripped. I will say in there defense I did not complain because I was there for a conference and not in my room much.

It was a great hotel with one issue: I requested room service and left the tray outside my door when finished. It took the hotel 2 days to retrieve the tray that was left out in the hallway with rotting food. I called the front desk after one day, they said they'd get it. 24 hours later, it was still there.

As expected. Nice hotel, especially for $. The breakfast Buffett is vet good and with $20 if you don t feel like walking to nearby coffee breakfast houses. Been here several times and have also ordered off menu, to avoid overeating. Menu is typically 12-15$. But we had a great room rate for $99 so it is still very good deal. Very nice staff.

If you don't want to be haggled, don't stay!!! From parking, to early check-in, even the Concierge had his hand out!

Very clean, friendly staff, outstanding view. 1701 is the room, if you don't mind a bit of a walk to and from the elevator the view is worth it.

This hotel was stunning. We had a room that looked right out on the arch. It conveniently had a steak house and coffee shop downstairs and the concierge were very friendly and helpful in making recommendations.

Service has been wonderful, the parking left much to be desired.

It's getting a 3 because of housekeeping not doing there job but the Hotel was great. The rib house was great. Ruth Cris over priced. You can get a great steak at Coltons half the price.

Housekeeping is non-existent...unless you call after realizing they aren't coming... even then work ethics are lacking. Day two the bathroom was restocked in our absence but not cleaned. The room was untouched also. My other complaint is that I knew the hotel was animal friendly without having seen a pet.

Stayed here for one night during July. The room and bathroom were good. Over all price was good, but the whole time everything just smelled like weed. It gave me a headache.

Richard the gm was awful me and my boyfriend were at the brew house inside the hotel. He said the f word 1 time. We checked out and left thats hiw that ended. Sad we really thought we were going to have a good time.

Great hotel. Great beds. Great helpful staff. I stayed here in high school as well, and I swore it had a pool. Now there is none. This was quite the disappointment. Also, there is no parking except valet.

It's my 2nd time here and I'm from Chicago. Kinda sucks that they lost the pool.

Got a great deal through Priceline. View of the arch. Nice rooms. Kind of small but nice. The parking can be a problem though. Recommend you use the lot next door. A little cheaper and more space.

The employees were very friendly, rooms were clean, only problem I had was, when I booked and asked them to add roses for an anniversary day, it didn't happen.( ' -' ) other then that this place has a great view of the arch.

Room was great, people were great, and the only issue was that the pool was closed.

The hotel location is ideal however the room left much to be desired. As it was somewhat small, dusty and in dire need of renovation.

Nice room/hotel and location. Breakfast card though that was on the door was missed which was frustrating. Also didn't have all the items in the bathroom. Shampoo and soap were missing on check-in.

WOW! Very clean, fancy, everything! Obviously close to downtown. Has a outdoor area near the 18th floor that you can go out on and look over the river and arch. Was first class!

A large, upscale hotel right next to the arch and old courthouse with reasonable rates. Very clean and functional rooms. There were several power outlets for charging, including two in the table next to the bed, which was great for my cellphone. There was also a USB charging station, ergonomical desk chair, and small fridge in the room. Key cards are modern tap-to-enter technology. We had a great view of the arch from the 17th floor.

It was convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. We had drinks inside the brewery bar late one night; the lobby bar said open but there was no one around. I purchased some souvenirs in the gift shop. They had many shotglasses where as the arch shop didn't sell them.

A little pricey. Rooms are nice. Would love to stay there but I would not pay my money.

We loved our stay. Our daughter was thrilled with our partial view of the arch. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views, close to many entertainment venues. Visit Ruth's Chris in the lobby for an outstanding steak.

The service was fantastic and the room was great. Valet service was reasonable. The hotel is downtown near a lot of major restaurants. Ate breakfast at their restaurant the next morning and it was very good as well. A+

Rooms are large and the location is the best. You can see the arch from your hotel room window. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Wonderful experience. We had a block there for our wedding and they treated us perfect. Mr. Kieth was in charge of guest services and he catered to every single need including letting us and our parents check in early and out late, bringing whatever we needed, and surprised us with multiple treats. Most inexpensive place downtown with awesome views of the city.

Hyatt is a brand that you can rely upon to be consistent throughout all of the more populated cities throughout the United States. It is a brand that represents quality and Quality customer service.

Hotel room was fine, good temperature control, clean, updated amenities. Staff is friendly. Prices are steep, and parking is expensive. $26 for self parking for the day. $36 for valet parking for the day. when we arrived in the afternoon, self parking was already full, so we had to go a few blocks down the road to park for $20 a day.

It was good. I came for a conference and had no issues. Check in was smooth and everyone greeted with a smile.

The hotel is located across the street from the arc. Nice, beautiful and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The rooms are a little small but very cozy. The bed is nice comfy. The bathroom is small but well laid out. Overall the hotel is very nice.. Lots of things to see and do. Lots of different restaurants around.

Someone fell down on wet ground in hallway, and nobody took care even asked.
