Service was great. Parking bothered me. When I pulled up they asked if I wanted to valet or if I would be willing to self park. I told him I didn't mind parking myself. He then advised me that their hotel garage was closed to self parking guests that night and I ended up having to to drive a block and parking in another hotels garage and walking back. Other than that, the room was very clean, the TV was nice, view was good. My wife was disappointed when she saw that there wasn't a pool. I would definitely stay there again, just be mindful of self parking next time is all. And not having a pool didn't really bother me too much

They force you to valet but then when you have to get your car you have to go down to the garage to get it- I hardly call that Valet. And our room was never cleaned- 3 nights and not cleaned even when asked.

Wonderful location, very cheerful and friendly staff, clean and courteous. There were multiple places to eat in the hotel and we we're close to the riverfront, the stadium, and downtown shopping. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because there were a few amenities lacking in a hotel of this caliber. The mini bar wasn't stocked, our room was not made up after our first night, and the system for retrieving a valet parked car is a bit confusing. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if the circumstances led us into the area.

Great location.. we love this place! It is next door to the arch. We parked at Mansion Houston parking garage down the street. The room was comfortable and everything all feels nice and clean.

Booking was easy, no hassle. Staff was polite and responsive, hotel and amenities were great. Food was really good at restaurant and room service, though watch the fine print regarding automatic 24% gratuity (easy to miss).

Free slow WiFi and the room was a little overpriced but the location is fantastic if you are catching a game or visiting the Arch. Parking was full and closed later in the evening. Check in closes early.

Was only here for one night and didn't really spend much time there, but it's pretty good. Comfy bed, plenty of pillows, plenty of amenities. Staff was really friendly.

Was not a fan of their parking options. They want to guide you to their $40 valet parking by lying about their self-park lot being full. Spaces magically appeared once I insisted on seeing the lot for myself, and parking is $30.

We we're attending an event at the Hyatt and opted to spend a night. We booked a room on the club level. Check in was efficient and the desk staff professional. Our room on the 17th floor faced the neighboring hotel with a slight view of the river and Eads bridge. Our room was clean, however the acrid smell from exhaust permeated our room and could not be remedied. The bathroom was incredibly small and smelled of mold, serious mold. I am guessing from the stained drop ceiling that water leaks are an issue. We asked for a different room, but due to the number of events there were no available rooms to swap. The bathroom sink tap had two temps, blazing hot or freezing cold, thankfully this did not plague the shower which had good pressure and was very clean. The sheets on our bed were a lesser quality than what we have experienced at other Hyatt properties, very rough and felt like a blended fabric and not cotton. The club lounge was well stocked. Saturday breakfast left us looking elsewhere as the pan of eggs was cold, watery and looked more like egg soup than scrambles eggs. This is an old Adam's Mark hotel that Hyatt assumed. The rooms definitely do not reflect the Hyatt quality we are acustom to. The event we attended was well done. Next year we will likely stay at a neighboring hotel.

I'd like to give this place more like a 1.5 star. soany little things were just wrong. Had to call to get our toilet fixed. Then had to call to get our bathtubs drain unplugged. Then we didn't have any room service for the entire stay there. The entire freaking stay. We had to so much trash piled up we had to have a random worker we found in the hallway take our trash for us. We had 2 light bulbs that were out. 1 got fixed and we just said screw it and let the other go. The batteries in the TV remote controlled died. We didn't have any linens at all for our pull out bed. We didn't get any soap or conditioner or anything for the shower . Hand towels were on shortage. The sports bar food downstairs was not very good. They served us cold food. Not even sure who our waiter was because there was multiple people coming to our table which was confusing. Didnt know who we were tipping. Starbucks in the lobby didn't even have new drinks that were being advertised on their televisions. Just a bunch and bunch of stuff that all added up to a really disappointing stay at a supposedly high star hotel.

Room was clean, location was amazing! Valet was not on their game I brought my car and around an hour afterwards I came down to smoke, and my truck was still there. The bed is why I give a 3 star, beds were hard as stone and had no fitted sheets. Won t stay again.

Rude staff. Very average room for it being a 4 star hotel. Shower mat was stained, vending machine on our floor was broken, so staff told us we would have to go to the parking garage just to get a drink. I get better service at a Comfort Inn. Was hoping for a nice experience, was sorely disappointed.

The hotel is located adjacent to the Arch. Part of the rooms have a nice view overlooking the Arch and river. The rooms are well kept and nice features. Luckily, I'm here on business or it would have been quite expensive. There is no complimentary breakfast but there are three restaraunts and a Starbucks accessible from the building. Overall it is lovely but a bit overpriced.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Everything about the Hyatt was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Terrible water pressure, uncomfortable beds, loud noise, unkept rooms, shredding towels, trash everywhere...WILL NEVER STAY AT A HYATT AGAIN

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Beautiful hotel! Very polite and friendly staff! The room was absolutely gorgeous and they even upgraded our room from the original one we booked! The very of the arch is really something special! Hotel is also on walking distance of the arch as well as the cardinals stadium.

Booked online for 4 adults and when we got here, put us in a 2 double bed room. Called down for a rollaway bed and waited another hour and nothing. Called desk and was told rollaways are only for king bed rooms. Later I called down for extra blankets and pillows to make the floor a bit softer. Almost an hour later I had to call down because nothing had arrived. What a horrible experience. PS. Then pay $32 to valet park your car because self park is not available.

This was our 4 new year eve party here. Always a great time! This year was fantastic... Except for the madness that was the pizza, the complete lack of food after hours and non functionality of he vending machines! Come on Hyatt.... Step up your game!

I was only there for a few hours to babysit, but the place looked very nice (and still very crowded when I left a little before 11pm! Popular for a reason I guess). The rooms were very nice and we had to go ask the front desk people questions a few times and they were extremely nice and helpful!

Comfortable room, great breakfast buffet. The Gateway Arch, a short walk from the hotel, is an interesting place to visit. Highly recommend taking the "elevator" to the top for terrific view. Also, the construction history is neat to learn about as well.

5 star location. Next to the Arch and walking distance to the stadium. Rooms are just okay, mediocre. Lobby, bar and the restaurants at the hotel are very nice and make the stay well worth it.

Pricing was reasonable, except for having to pay $30 parking at the hotel your staying at. The only soda vending machine is in the parking garage lounge that says air conditioned but it was atleast 90 degrees in there and the machine didn't work. Then the snack machine is near the lobby and it didn't work either. The room was nice & clean but there is not enough accessible outlets for phone charging or medical equipment like C-Pap Machines. Also, there was a surprise room deposit upon arrival also that I was never informed about. So we've had to order pizza just to get a soda delivered to us because the gift store is closed and no room service. I just am not overall pleased because this is a Hyatt it should be up to par at all times regardless.

My husband and I went to a JCS event at the Hyatt and stayed overnight. The staff was very polite and helpful at every turn. They tell you everything that you need to know to make your stay enjoyable. Their rooms are gorgeous, with plenty of space, the rooms are equipped with safes, and even if you don't have a room with a view of the Arch, you still enjoy an awesome view. We would definitely stay here again. They have his and hers sinks in the bathroom, and the beds are comfortable!
