They make you feel like a king. Open doors for you and all. I made the mistake of leaving my wedding ring on the counter of the bathroom that morning and was at the airport when I realized it. Called them and they found it and mailed it back to me next day! Thank you again

What a great location! All the staff was very friendly from the front desk & guest services to the valets and housekeeping staff. Our room was ready a few hours before check in and we had a great view of The Arch. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first experience in St. Louis and probably our last! When we arrived at the hotel, the parking was horrible. We had no choice but to use the valet parking ( $32.00 a day), all the other parking garages were full. The only restaurant nearby is the one at the hotel, and it is over priced. No microwave in the room, and they say free wifi but it doesn't pick it up. As much as the rooms cost you would think you would atleast get a free breakfast but you don't. It was a horrible experience. Check other places before you book your room with them!

Great hotel not to bad on price either room is super clean. The staff everywhere in the hotel were super nice. Kinda felt like I was a important person with the way they treated my wife and I. Because we were traveling my bank card got frozen by my bank but that was no problem they were very understanding and everything worked out. I really wish I knew the guy at the front desk name because he came through the whole hotel did. Thanks for a great stay. The pics are the view from my room. The blurry night one is of the hotel from the park next to it. Super nice place

Location by the arch is incredible. Literally a 45 second walk to the entrance to the arch ticket office and tram, etc... Also, pretty good location for walking to some restaurants and I think the ballpark is walkable. Comfortable beds and clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. There are also 4 restaurants and a Starbucks right in the hotel (we didn't eat at any of the restaurants so can't comment on their quality).

We ordered a room with a King bed. When we arrived they informed us they had no King beds available so they put us in a room with 2 doubles. The only up side was that we got a room with a view of the Arch.
Their are no microwaves in the rooms, only in the lobby. You can walk down yourself for free to reheat food or they can do it for you for $25.
The cable initially didn't work but they were about to fix that.
The bathroom door was broken near the bottom making it difficult to close.
Overall not what I expected at the Hyatt. I've stayed at other Hyatt hotels before. The only thing good about the St. Louis at the Arch location is it's proximity to the Arch and it's location in downtown.

The room was great. Very clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom and very nice common areas. The employees I encountered were very kind and professional. The parking was a bit... Difficult. Valet is $36 a night, self park is $26 but there are only limited spaces for that, and the other parking is in a garage down the street for $15 or $16 overnight. If it weren't for the limited and pricey parking, I'd give it 5 stars.

Nice place to stay, you can literally walk right out the front door and you are right at the Arch, there is a beautiful park/walking trail surrounding the area. Right behind the Arch there is a place for a riverboat ride. Also there is a casino only like 2 blocks away. Great location, will bring my family back. There is also a restaurant downstairs called Brewhouse, had an awesome salad there.

Great place to see the Arch! Walking is closer than the actual parking ramp for the Arch. Valet parking for the hotel only but chaos when checking out around 11 am. No breakfast and prices are on the higher end restaurants.

Me and my friends stayed there and got put out at 3 in the morning they said we was to loud but it was people who didn't have a room there drunk in the hallway worst hotel ever I would never stay here again

I didn't get to stay here! My wife booked the room through Groupon. Our plans changed and she couldn't get a hold of anyone at Groupon to cancel. She tried canceling directly through the hotel, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Groupon literally said "someone spilled coffee on our computer again, try again later". I can't believe the hotel wouldn't help us out. I mean, I'm sure they received their money. I'll never use Groupon again, nor will I stay at a Hyatt.

Attended a conference here. Everything was well set up. Reliable internet and conference rooms that we're not freezing for a change. The only downside was that catered lunch was surprisingly tasteless. Otherwise it's a great location for a professional conference.

Awesome. Great accommodations. The perfect conference location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to all downtown St. Louis attractions and restaurants. Definitely the place to stay in St. Louis.

This is only my second day staying and the room was very clean and comfortable great layout. The steakhouse on the peoperty, the food is simply amazing compliments to the Chef and staff. It's a bit pricy but well worth it.

Great location to stay if you get either a full or partial view of the Arch. Front desk staff helpful and polite. The only downside is the parking is expensive($36 for Valet parking - $26 self parking for s day). Rooms cozy and comfortable.

Stayed at the hotel for my birthday. Went to Ruth Chris for the first time in my life. Had a great Wyatt evening on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the arch. I've already made reservations for New Year's Eve.

Our stay here was quite nice. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and the view that we had was very nice as well - partial arch view, city view, and partial stadium view. Mike at Guest Services was very helpful in bringing our bags to the room and explaining where all of the amenities were. Additionally, Armend who was managing the valet service was very helpful in loading our bags back into our car while my wife and I enjoyed breakfast. He wants very prompt and courteous when bringing our vehicle back to us upon out departure. Very professional service.

t was a little frustrating showering. I used their Shampoo and conditionar thinking they were decent products considering they state "natural" "cruelty free" "vegan".. etc.. and when I used them my scalp was on fire. Burning. I tried looking on the back for an ingredients lable...nothing. I tried going on the company website for their "argan oil collection" ..nothing. I spent most of my morning trying to figure it out and still got nowhere. So I went to the front desk, spoke with Jon, and although he was kind and empathetic, he still had no answers but did say he would let the company know and list "hypoallergenic" on my stay notes. Still upset that my scalp is peeling and burning though. :/
