We throughly enjoyed our stay in a suiteoverlooking the Arch. Great night's rest, food on premis and very good breakfast.

They could use some high dusting. Only needed to stay one night. Parking cost is crazy!
Very nice hotel, great rooms, views will be awesome once the work is done on the Arch grounds. Definitely a nice place to stay!
Top-notch hotel. Very courteous staff, from the desk to the bellman. Great views of The Arch from the rooms.
Enjoyed my stay but the parking situation is confusing, they made me park a couple blocks over
Great place to stay. You can not get any closer to the the arch than this place. Only 4 stars because of parking. It sucks. You will have to valet and it is not cheap to stay multiple nights. All in all though I would recommend. Will stay again.
Beautiful and clean, staff very helpful, and good food. However there is a lot of hidden charges ($9.95 for Wi-Fi per day for one), no convenient parking, the breakfast buffet was $16.95 per person, and the gift shop was very expensive for everyday mundane things (a roll of breath mints was $2.00). I probably wouldn't stay here again.
Great facilities and super nice staff. The coffee and water stations in the lobby are such great touches.
I rated this hotel 5 stars due to their impeccable customer service, particularly by Samantha at the check in desk, but things started out a little rocky. I do recommend anyone staying here to figure out parking in advance. Their garage was full and we had an issue getting into the right one offsite due to wrong directions. Once that was settled and checked into our room it was not clean. It wasn't anything too horrible, it was obvious the floor wasn't vacuumed but the bathroom was not something we could overlook. After debating on how to handle, neither my partner nor myself are ones to complain, we decided to go down to the front desk and talk to them. Samantha, who also checked us in, quickly addressed the situation and we didn't even have to go into detail about the issue. She did not make us feel like we were complaining at all. She quickly got us into another room, which to our surprise also had a better view, no questions asked. The new room was spotless. This helped make our first trip to St. Louis even better. The hotel was a little busy but, elevator use was simple and there are several restaurants and a Starbucks in the hotel making it convenient if you don't feel like heading out. We would certainly stay at the hotel again in the future and thank Samantha for handling the situation swiftly and professionally.
Had issue with size of room and also they charged my card randomly (3 times) throughout my stay.
Comfortable setting of room. Very spacious closet and bathroom.
Staying at the Hyatt with my mom and sister for the Joyce Meyer Conference. Excellent service, customer assistance and excellent room for all of us.
It was nice, room service was good. The staff was very friendly as well.
Incredible hotel! Chefs were conscientious of food allergies and provided safe, delicious food. Parking was costly, but convenient and staffed by friendly people. My room had the best view of the Gateway Arch. My experience was wonderful and the view was better than I could have imagined.
Always made to feel like I'm the most important person staying here. Great access to downtown, the arch, and stadiums. Nice rooms
Clean room, up to date amenities, and friendly staff
Amazing! Great staff! Great room! Fantastic view of the sunrise both days of our stay
Large, convention center style hotel with a bar, coffee shop, restaurant, and multiple conference rooms and halls. Great location for the Arch and park; no swimming pool; had issues with phone not working - which is a safety issue in a multi-story - and other broken aspects of the room (bath water spout, door lock on bath) but they offered to switch rooms and seemed like an isolated problem to that room. If driving, be prepared to figure out parking - cheaper lot is very close or you have to pay valet.
STEM Tip: The Arch at St. Louis, gateway to the East and West USA, was envisioned through nature! Curves that occur through nature; in this case, it was a catenary inverted.
In physics and geometry, a catenary is the curve that an idealized hanging chain or cable assumes under its own weight when supported only at its ends. The catenary curve has a U-like shape, superficially similar in appearance to a parabolic arch, but it is not a parabola.
Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and I loved the decor of the room was very contemporary. Overall very satisfied with our stay!
Our three night stay at The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch was simply amazing. The staff (concierge, guest services, front desk) was genuinely interested in helping us make the most of our short stay in St Louis. Great gym, slightly pricy but really wonderful breakfast buffet, room had everything you could possibly need - can't say enough about the hospitality. We will definitely stay there again.
The room was very clean, cool views of the city and friendly staff a++
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency was good. The room was clean and we had no issues.
Great view of the Arch and grounds. No pool though.
Good job.Wouldn't say bad about this place because it was good.Great job St.Louis, you made me feel like I was at home.
Our stay wasn't bad at all only that we left an expensive item in the room and when we asked them to check for it they claimed it wasn't in the room. So beware not to leave anything behind your stuff will turn out missing! !! !!
I attended Whiskey in the Winter as a vendor. The Hyatt staff was extremely courteous and so helpful with organizing and providing the tools needed to run our booth. Thank you!
Only some of the rooms have views of the arch! Most are average.
I've stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it has always been a great experience.
Great hotel i could stay here a month.. Next to everything downtown Arch..Busch Stadium...MX movie theater ..Sushi at Ballpark village . ..City Museum ..Old Court House Museum ..horse carriage rides...lime scooters everywhere...oh and this hotel has very professional staff who care..with a Gift shop. and Starbucks. Its worth the price for so many reasons.
When we arrived, parking was full so we were directed to a garage across the street. It was $14 per night and terribly laid out. Not easy access walking in and out, especially with luggage. Overall a good visit, - room was clean and comfortable. Lobby had a good atmosphere and a nice little gift shop. Our particular room didn't have a good view. The morning of checkout, they allowed us an extra 2 hours for checkout, which was nice.
No complain. Good sized rooms, silenced HVAC. Would go again!
Great hotel! The customer service is outstanding, the views are nice, and the food is amazing. It is within walking distance of the city museum and the stadium, so you can not go wrong staying here. We had a great experience.
Warm, welcoming atmosphere. Go to the top to visit the 360 Restaurant to get a roof view of downtown St. Louis. You can find seating if you get there early enough in the evening.
We were in town for a wedding during COVID-19 and were very pleased with our experience at the Hyatt. We felt they took extra precaution to maintain social distancing and other CDC guidelines, while maintaining the excitement of the guests in town for the wedding. We were especially pleased when we were able to extend our check out and then store our luggage when our flight was rescheduled. Rooms were clean, bar downstairs was friendly and we were centrally located to everything we needed to do!
Attended the Arch Grants Gala. Both my husband and I had a wonderful time. The event was well run and the hotel beautiful.
Great, comfortable beds. Close proximity to the arch, stadium, old courthouse and many more downtown "things to do".
Clean room, average downtown price, friendly staff. Hotel parking lot was full but downtown parking available for an additional fee 2 blocks away. I would stay here again.
Star bucks was great! They have great space and plenty of seats to lounge in.
Attended for the AAFCS national conference. Hospitality was great and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was pricey but expected in the downtown area. Parking is a bit chaotic, so expect to pay for valet as self-parking fills fast. The valet was well worth it and very convenient. There was a small leak in the bathroom that occurred over night and it was fixed immediately.
Great rooms at great prices. Room service is better then the 4 seasons
Check in was EASY, gorgeous room with a river view. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was soft with extra pillows. Paying a lil extra to get club room access is definitely the way to go at this hotel. I didn't care they don't have a pool :D Super convenient location, walking distance to any and everything. To be honest I didn't like paying for valet BUT. The valet attendants, and the valet manager did an excellent job (quickly retrieved our vehicle ) and were very polite when holding the door open for my wife and I, helped load our luggage and wished us a great day!
There bed bugs in our room. I don t recommend this place at all.
Comfortable! You can hear noises through the walls and floors but doable
Great location, could see the arch from the window. Wish I would've taken more of an advantage of the many amenities. Would love to stay there again.
Hotel is located right next to the Arch, which I could see from my room. The room was comfy and well cared for. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with providing items I left behind on my trip.
Had a great room with a view of the arch. Hotel had great service with the valets, front desk staff, and attached hotel bar. Hotel room was clean and was promptly cleaned for us when we left for a few hours.
While the valet was fairly pricey, it was expected for the hotels location. Within 15 minutes to the stadium, 7-10 to the at h right next door, and lots of quick cab rides to bars and restaurants.
Online and check in and check out was perfect!! Connected restaurant was easy and food was delicious. Large selection of beer was awesome.
When I booked the room, nowhere did it say that check-in was at 4pm. We called and they said they could get us in at 2pm. So we wasted some time, and when 2pm rolled around we headed over to the hotel. When we got there, they said we couldn t check in until 4pm and we had to wait in the lobby with our two dogs.
But that s not the worst of it. At 1am someone comes banging on our hotel room. It s the security guard. He demands that I open the door so they can check the smoke detector. My wife is indecent and I m in my boxers. We were both asleep. The security guard, Donte, has brought a smoke detector engineer with him and they need to reset the smoke detector.
He walks in my room. Stands around for about 7 minutes as I stand there waiting for him to leave. This was an awkward situation. After looking over the entire room, Donte finally says it doesn t smell like smoke in here and leaves. I felt violated and intruded upon. When you get a hotel room, you feel that hotel room is yours for the time being. Donte made it totally apparent that he was trying to find signs of smoking so that they could charge us that fine. He didn t touch the smoke detector, nonetheless reset it. And the smoke detector engineer was nothing more than a maintenance man used to add credibility to Donte s reason for disturbing me and demanding entrance into my room.
The hotel manager was friendly enough and discounted our room. However, I d rather not have been startled at 1am and my privacy invaded.
Very nice hotel. Great buffet breakfast, best location with Arch and Museum literally across the street!
We stayed in the Jr. Suite very roomy and perfect to view the arch!
This place was awesome. Very clean & reasonably priced for a downtown hotel. Great view. The staff was exceptionally nice, polite, & helpful. Great view of downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
The closest hotel to the arch. Great service and great food.
Great location with a beautiful view of the arch. Not very family friendly in my option but great for an over night stay.
Nice one! The room was excellent, very clean and spacious and with good amenities. A great hotel for the price.
I will ALWAYS stay here when I'm in STL. The rooms are EXTRAORDINARY for the price. PAY the extra $15/night for suite overlooking The ARCH... worth EVERY penny...
Stayed for 5 days for a convention. They had incredibly good wait-staff and ammenanties for the convention.
The service was good but waiting for the elevators was just a little ridiculous. 15 to 20 minute wait at times. It was a busy weekend but hotels have been those. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Easy to find. The ballroom is huge and accommodating. Bathrooms were tidy and clean.
Nice clean rooms close to the Arch and Saint Louise Cardinals Stadium, And good food places.
Very friendly staff and very clean room. Nice view. Thank u reception lady.
No microwave, parking was $30, but overall, good stay. Also very good location.
The Hyatt is a great place to visit. The service was spectacular and the food was exquisite. I would definitely visit again.
