Only on night one of a few nights' stay, but it's been great! The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

if the rating was based solely on the room, view, and location it would be 5 stars. When unloading we offered to use the cart ourselves, but they told us we were not allowed and one of their staff was required to do it for us. Even though we asked and were assured the service was free, the helper assumed his practiced "i will leave when I am tipped stance" at the door when he was done. I tried to sneak a cart to our room upon checkout, was denied it saying a worker was required to use the cart and rhat they were not allowed to just give them out. We took our own bags down to avoid being looked down upon. Fortunately, parking was close, 2hich was great since we had to pay $29 for it. Not going back.
I've been to this hotel three times this year and I've loved every stay. Each room was different and offered a beautiful view, especially the two that offered a view of the Gateway Arch. The staff is friendly and very welcoming, the restaurants are amazing and very diverse in what they offer. You can't ask for anything better.
Rooms are amazing! No complaints about that. I believe for overnight guests the parking should be free instead of 29$. apart from that no complaints! Loved the place
The service was great and the staff was very kind and helpful.
Beautiful room, easy check-in. the automated checkout didn't work, but quick old-fashioned checkout. Drain in shower in room 1609 was slow. But overall, a great experience, and a great location!
Small hotel and at the same time the towels aren't washed
Was at the Hyatt for a convention. Nice atmosphere, and everyone who worked there was great.
Awful i booked a room today at 10 amp called to cancel booking at 2:30 they said that could not be done that i would of had to of called yesterday. How is that possible seeing I booked today just hours before.
Very nice accommodations and view. Only thing missing was a microwave.
Good views, near a lot of things in downtown St. Louis including the Arch, other sight seeing venues, many different places to eat or have a cocktail at. Needs some up keep and some tender love and care on the inside of the building. Staff was responsive and seemed to care about guests.
Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff! Parking is a serious challenge.
Stayed for a two night business trip. Was a pretty nice hotel, all things considered. Really appreciated being able to check in online
Very nice hotel in the best possible location for the Arch.
Not thrilled about this Hyatt, it's an older building, you'll hear the highway traffic through the windows all day and night unless you're facing away from the Gateway Arch. It's super busy which is to be expected but just not what it's cracked up to me. Great Fitness Center and I liked the fact that they have Restaurants, Bars and a Coffee shop onsite
Beautiful hotel, the sports bar downstairs has the best ribs!! Must try them!
My friends wedding dinner got all messed up anf they saved the day!!!
I went to Ruth Chris restaurant. Everything was good
Room was clean and had a nice view. However, paid almost $100.00 for valet parking and had to wait 30 minutes for our car the first day and almost an hour the second day. I would recommend parking elsewhere.
It was elegant, clean and convenient for anyone visiting the Gateway monument or Busch Stadium.
Had a great time for the New Year's Eve Event. However when we were going to our room there was security and people in the hall. Not sure what was going on, but we entered our room anyway. Three minutes later security knocked on the door, and told my wife he smells marijuana smoke coming from our room. That we had to leave or pay $250. We decided not to cause a seen and paid the fee. One big mistake on their part. At my job I get hair tested for drugs, my wife doesn't do drugs either. We believe it was a racial profile, because of the fact we are a mixed couple. Now we had been to this event the year before and had a great time, but because of this embarrassing, and degrading moment we will not waist our time or money to be treated like trash.
Good hotel close arch. Bad parking. Must go valet because SI close to arch
Needs some type of breakfast option when your paying almost $200 per night for a room, their parking was full for self parking so we had the option of $40 Valet, no thanks. We parked like 1 block up for $7 per night in a parking garage. Rooms pretty clean but beds made a squeaking noise when you turned over. Also if traveling with kids there's no pool. I would recommend staying across the road at the Drury Inn, pool, great beds, impeccable service and a huge free breakfast and free parking.
Wonderful sports bar with great prices for downtown!
I stayed here for a professional event in the city. My room which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
I went to the Starbucks. It was empty which I liked.
Remember that Valet comes to be about $40 before you do it ;) Great views from the room
BEST PLACE TO STAY VERY CLEAN AND TOOM SERVICE IS ON POINT
I was there for my senior prom. The food was great, and the ball room was perfect. Really nice environment for a dance.
My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights and it was wonderful. Great location, just a few blocks from Bush stadium and lots of restaurants. The room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and the food was great!
Room was very clean and quiet. Great stay at the Hyatt.
Price is perfect, perfectly located, clean rooms. The cons would be small rooms, not in any way luxurious although it doesn't have this price so I didn't expect that. Another pro is the parking which is in house, self parking although you can't swipe out because the system is currently not working. Overall I recommend this place because its in a great location at a great price. Good quality.
Excellent hotel with great food and comfortable beds. Service is excellent.
The woman who checked us in was amazing and went out of her way up upgrade us on Valentine's Day. This shows how some employees still take care of their customers. Room was immaculate and spacious and I would absolutely stay here again!
The employees were friendly and kind. The food was great at both the Brewhouse and RED. The room was very clean, with a beautiful view. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed utilizing the valet service during my stay and the rooms were beautiful. I booked a room with an arch view and requested a high floor and I was not disappointed.
A full parking lot, hurt such a big hotel maybe they try to expand their parking building. The valet parking was fifty dollars. Also our bath was dirty when we arrived back to our room, when we asked someone to come clean it it tool about fourth five minutes for them to arrive.
Great location to the Arch, the stadium, and restaurants.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of St. Louis. All the best restaurants and the ballpark are a stone's throw away.
Excellent location.. ended up staying here last minute on a Saturday night and got an awesome corner room with an amazing view of the arch and riverfront. Was reasonably priced as well.
We booked a block of rooms at the Hyatt for our wedding guests this past weekend, and had a wonderful experience! The staff at the Hyatt really exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond exceptional service. I had been in communication with Kelsey several months before the wedding, and she was so helpful and quick to answer all my questions. She even asked what kind of snacks and drinks we like so they could have them waiting in the room for us! Keith, the manager, was a huge help to our wedding party when everyone was trying to get settled in and ready for the big day:). Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend the Hyatt for anyone looking for a quality hotel in an awesome location!
Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Hotel very clean and nicely updated!
Great hotel, very clean with a fantastic view of the arch. Right on the river and within walking distance of several restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff was super nice. However, the room aren't stocked well. There was no comforter or heavy blanket, although they brought one when I asked. There are limited toiletries in the room but an easy service to call (with a big list in the room to choose from) and have things brought to your room, like shower gel, toothpaste etc. They also offer things you can borrow in your room, like hand weights, curling iron, foam pillows, yoga mats, etc. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I would recommend this hotel.
Rooms are nice and modern. The location is within a short ride to many downtown hotspots. Hotel has great access to the Arch. Only real complaint is the slow speed of the (complimentary) WiFi.
Hyatt is a modern and clean hotel. With multiple restaurants and bars within the hotel. Brewhouse is a nice place to have a beer with friends. Red is a nice place to sit down for dinner. Ruth's Steakhouse is always a good place for a great dinner! The meeting rooms were modern and well equipped to accommodate large crowds.
My reason for being at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch was to volunteer at the Kids Shouldn't Have Cancer fundraising Gala in Memory of Jonny Wade. The hotel staff and valet parking staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean.
It looks pretty good from across the street where we are staying!
I stayed for the last day of my honeymoon. The upgraded our room, gave us access to the club member lounge, and sent a bottle of wine to our room. And Andrea the concierge recommended the perfect restaurant for our night in the city.
Ok, so I checked in on Monday night. I noticed stains on the towels, fortunately one seemed clean. I left a note for housekeeping to leave fresh towels. I arrive from work on Tuesday and housekeeping never even came in. Towels dirty, trash can full, bed unmade. I think even a 2 star hotel would provide these essential services. I went down to guest services, since the button on the phone for that department doesn't seem to work. "No problem", they say. We'll send someone up right now. I arrive from dinner only to find the room in the same condition. Today, Wednesday, finally housekeeper came and brought towels. Did she leave soap? Nope. Obviously you have to buy it elsewhere since they won't even place a small one in the bathroom. Will I stay here again? No.
I liked it, but my girlfriend was like "Where's the dresser?" Personally I can live out of my luggage, because I'm a nut, but she needs these kinds of things.
We loved it here. It s the perfect spot for anyone to come and stay if you are planning on exploring St.Louis. The hotel is walking distance to the Arch and many other spots.
Food and other activities are just minutes away. As well as Starbucks inside of the hotel for your morning coffee and Ruth s Chris steakhouse for dinner.
There staff is very friendly, but the hotel felt old and worn. There was also a pervasive smell throughout the halls and rooms. Strangely, the bar was never open the whole time we stayed. Which might have been a good thing, because I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet the first day! This hotel would work in a pinch, but I would prefer not to stay here again.
We ate at the Ruth's Chris steakhouse. Have been to many of this restaurant in other states, they never fail to deliver great food as well as service.
Nice atmosphere. Was just meeting there for work related event, but can recommend.
Check in was not ready and we were not offered any accommodation even though we were there on a business trip. Room phone is inoperable.
Forced to valet park every night and pay $37 a day and charged for self-parking $25 a night. Find somewhere with parking, because this is ridiculous
Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff, but the toilet paper rolls are hard to unwind.
Easy check in, and great location. It's in walking distance from many of St Louis's attractions
Great hotel for a thousand rooms. Beautiful view. Good service.
