Parking $39/night or you can park at the other lot which is always full...Breakfast $20 per person. Beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab with a $10 mattress topper from Kohl s. Severely congested in the entrance. Can easily hear people above and next to you. Hands down the worst $130 a night I ve bet spent. I will absolutely never return here.

Most awesome hotel I've been in lately. Only draw back was in the pump house bar, the bigger waitress was very very very rude and lazy. Erika, I believe was her name, was fantastic. Valets awesome

Not impressed. Very expensive and no special treatment at all. 30.00 day to park. Gift shop only open about 25 minutes every hour. Halls to room and entrance has no heat. 4.00 for a small water in room which we had to drink because refrigeration in room froze our drinks and they exploded. Brewhouse bar and restaurant inside was nice and fun.

Hadn't been back in years. Sadly, somewhat "bonbed" out. Obviously an attempt to renovate.....but with retail stores in the current disappearing mode, highly unlikely that there will be tenants. So sad!!

This is the only hotel I've ever been charged to park at. They want $30 to park in their own garage. That was mentioned absolutely nowhere as we were booking the room. Such a complete joke.

I book a room in the Executive suite at the Hyatt downtown Stl price shown roughly $230.... after taxes and fees it came to roughly $280 at the time of booking.... when I arrived at the Hyatt I was charged $330 for the room ... I called the front desk and was informed that they charge $40 upfront for parking and a extra $50 at arrival for deposit. I was told the $50 would be returned to me within 5 to 7 business days ... when I first arrived I was told I was unable to park in the garage because of a function that was going on inside..
I will not be booking with the Hyatt downtown stl ever again.

Very good location. Two bars and a restaurant. Their self parking is always full............. So you will get caught paying 40 dollars each time they valet your car. There are nearby parking garages but I didn't feel like leaving my car there....

They provided a shaving kit very quickly when I asked and the room was very clean. I used hotwire and got a super great deal.

Well run full service well-appointed hotel as you would expect from Hyatt. I did find room cleaning to leave something to be desired. I noticed that it's a dirt I saw on the floor remained on the floor for 3 days and the resupply with soap and toiletries was spotty. One day I got bath soap one day I didn't; one day I got coffee creamer one day I didn't. Otherwise very nice hotel with the best location in St Louis & views of the Waterfront and the Arch.

For a Sunday afternoon, the check in process went incredibly fast. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, and provided plenty of dining and sightseeing recommendations around the city. The checkout process the next day was just as quick, only taking about a minute to take care of everything. We did not check out any of the restaurants within the hotel, and the FedEx location had a friendly staff, but not the greatest at wrapping/packing an item I needed to ship back home.

The room we stayed in was a Deluxe and it had more than enough space. The bathroom was nice, but without a ventilation system, it got extremely foggy in a hurry while the shower was running. The bed was comfortable, but not as soft as I was expecting. The air conditioning took quite a while to kick on, stay on, and actually cool down the room, but when it did, it was nice and cold in there.

Given the right price, I would stay here again. However, after talking to a few other out-of-towners, they mentioned their downtown hotels were really nice for a cheaper price. I'll give other places a try first, then maybe come back here again.

Stayed here with my family on a vacation trip in the summertime. Enjoyable and unique experience. Staff was extremely pleasant and offered high quality service. The suite rooms were clean, organized, and offered a lot of privacy for four adults, two of which had a baby, and also two teens. There was a breakfast bar, which was not included in the price, but did include a huge variety of food, but nothing more than the usual staples. There were menu options outside of the breakfast bar that were of better quality. The restaurant had a good relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant staff was just as professional and pleasant as the hotel staff. The pool was located on the rooftop and included a spectacular view of the arch and the St Louis skyline. There is also a fully equipped business center and a fitness center. This hotel is just minutes away from all the local hotspots that you won't want to miss on your visit to St. Louis.

Phenomenally clean, up to date and everyone is insanely helpful and nice. I really am enjoying my stay here. As this is a business trip, having a great room for working sure helps and the two restaurants onsite allow me to have choices at the end of the day without having to venture out. Highly recommend!

Very slow, poor room service for such a high-end hotel chain. We asked for extra shampoo and waited an hour for it. They dont even bother to hide that the bottles water in the room that they charge 4.00 for is cheap Nestle brand.

I just added a star because they credited us for the Club fees. It's all still true but they did right by us. I'd try it again now. The rest is the original review.

Nice location...but...
Lobby bar had no table service. Terrible for a place of this class. At 4pm the club lounge was unstaffed. There were stale cookies and the other snacks were depleted. The coffee machine didn't work. There were not even stale cookies between 415 and 5pm. The first front desk person gave us no credit for this lapse. The second one offered us a $25 credit. It wasn't on the bill. Still isn't. I paid whatever extra it was for club lounge and basically got hassle instead of club level accommodations. This is nothing like what I am accustomed to with Ritz or Marriott properties. $39 for valet parking with no other options and NO NOTICE of it when reserving when you have your own garage is nuts. So, No...not very happy.
Also the TINY valet line is ridiculous for this place. We waited 10 minutes just to get out of the car.
Great location, Clean rooms. Most of the staff was nice but I would not stay here again probably.

Stayed here overnight right before Thanksgiving. Fantastic location which made spending time at the Gateway Arch National Park convenient. Good dining options within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet with partial view of Arch. Only downside is they allow dogs and someone let their dog use the bathroom in the hall.

Wonderful room in the Hyatt Regency St Louis at The Arch. The hotel has both a Starbucks and Ruth Chris on site. It is located extremely close to the Arch itself. The rooms are very spacious. See pics of Room 1155. The hotel is a straight shot from the airport (about a 20 minute drive/ride).

It was a nice hotel, the rooms look like they have been updated and include the staycast. It is only a 2 minute walk to the Arch. Valet was $40/night with in and out privileges that was really easy to use. Only issue I had was that the hallway always smelled like cigarettes or pot.

The rooms are small and the bathroom could have used a more detailed cleaning. I was charged for items that I did not consume during my stay. While, the charges were eventually removed, during the course of my conversation with the staff, I was condescended to and given no apologies for the error or subsequent rudeness. When I wrote an email to management, I received a less than enthusiastic response. I would advise anyone visiting St. Louis to book elsewhere.

Amazing place. Once you make your arrangement they email you asking if there is anything they could do to make your stay better. We requested the highest floor we could get with our arch view and recieved the second to the top. View was amazing. Bed comfy and clean. Room was clean as Well. Floors area bit of a maze to me, but by the 3rd. Trip to the vending machine had my way.
