Typically American in supply and quality of service. We can spend a good time in the late afternoon with a drink.

Good staff and great views of saint Louis. The arch is vusable from half if the windows ! I attended an event there and the staff was so friendly and caring twords the guests. I was amazed.

Dinner at Ruth's Chris was exceptional! We will definitely be back!

Everything is super nice and clean. The only complaints we had were that they had no pool or hot tub and there was not a microwave in the room.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is obviously well managed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the Brewhouse Sports Bar in the lobby. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Solid experience. Great location near the Arch, convenient restaurants and a Starbucks in the building. Made for a good conference location. Recommended.

I stayed here for a conference event. The rooms were comfortable and lovely, the staff was phenomenal, and the food was amazing. I have loved every minute here.

I had an excellent stay here with my husband! They always take care of us, and make sure we have everything we need! The rooms are always clean, and more than enough towels and pillows! Whenever we stay, we eat at the Brewhouse Sports Bar, and it tastes very good! The gooey butter cake is amazing!

Beautiful hotel! Very polite and friendly staff! The room was absolutely gorgeous and they even upgraded our room from the original one we booked! The very of the arch is really something special! Hotel is also on walking distance of the arch as well as the cardinals stadium.

Bad date to stay here, it is a long holiday and there was no when to enter reception ..... no car was moving. Tube I cancel my reservation and look for something for the emergency ....

Very nice hotel located in the heart of St. Louis. With views of the Arch.

Room was a bit small and smelled a bit like someone had smoked at one point but otherwise a great hotel close to the stadium.

The hotel was nice, big, clean and in a great location. The nightly rate was reasonable for the location and being the weekend before a holiday.

Attended a new year's eve celebration at the Hyatt. Good food, entertainment and the staff was very accommodating.

The room and view of the arch are nice, but the service at the restaurants inside the hotel are awful.

The first room had carpet stains from someone throwing up and juice/soda spilled around. Called to change rooms and was told I would receive a $50 credit. The second room was nicer, but all the sheets and blankets had small stains (blood and something else). Called to get fresh sheets, even those where stained, besides one. Smh and didn't get my $50 credit.
The elevator were filthy and smelled. Unfortunately, there was a church convention and a cubs game when I booked, so it was a last resort deal.
Next time I'll go for the suites/rooms on the very top, not on a busy week.

The bed gave my wife and I back pains. Hotel management did nothing to rectify when we brought it to their direct attention.

I went there for winter warm up. We didn't stay over night but spent the day there. Had lunch in the restaurant. The food and service was great. All the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting

We got a room that had an AMAZING view, but the hotel didn't feel very clean. Granted, it's a large hotel and I'm sure they do their best. The lobby was filled with people taking photos for Instagram and things like that. So overall, it's a cool place, but it could be better taken care of.

Found COCKROACH in the bed. When we complained to the girl at the front desk she moved us to a smaller room with smaller beds and told us house keeping took better care of these rooms. Did not sleep well here!

Really enjoyed our stay. Upgraded to a suite w/ great view of the base of the arch and court house at check-in for $20. Ordered room-service which was amazing. I recommend the cheeseburger, chips, and chili.

It was our 3rd year anniversary and I called to see if they could maybe do something "special" for our stay at the Hyatt. I talked to Andrea and she said she would have a nice surprise for me and my wife. I didn't imagine how much she did for us. Thanks Andrea and everyone at the Hyatt hotel for making our anniversary special.

Decent hotel, a bit below normal Hyatt standards. Needs renovation.

HYATT EVERY WHERE WE GO NOW! Service is the greatest everywhere we visit! the breakfast here was TOP NOTCH DELISH!! AMAZING VIEW OF THE CITY AND ARCH... Saw the whole parade right outside our window! Room was everything we wanted with separated spaces. Very spacious and modern!

Not impressed. There website said they had a pool and I have a 2 yr old grandson so awesome!! When we got here we found out there was no pool

It took 2 hours to check in. There were no towels in the room. The hallway carpet was extremely damp from the ice maker that was not working

Reserved an Arch view room and was absolutely amazed. First time staying at a luxury hotel and it was worth it.

Absolute S#!+ Show.... Lied to by management trying to sell breakfast by stating the wrong time it starts on Saturday. One bar states other bar has last call at 1 AM yet after walking in bartender states they close at midnight but could serve beer. Parking is a joke. No concessions for handicap parking. More concerned with selling valet....... If handicapped avoided at all cost. Would post 0 stars if possible. Have stayed at many hotels in DT St.Louis an had a fantastic stay! This is by far the worst.....

The staff was very helpful, the room had an amazing view, and it was very spacious. My only complaints are that the pillows don't hold their shape, so I had to use two, and they don't offer complimentary breakfast, considering the price everyone pays.
