Good hotel. My keys stopped working twice during my 5 day stay, but the staff was quick to help and get me new keys. Overall, the hotel was clean and had a nice environment for my stay.
At some levels this place is awesome, at other levels it very much needs work. Customer service is lacking. I believe that improving on communication is a key to a successful hospitality business. Teaching Employees to listen with 2 ears and to speak with 1 mouth would greatly improve this.
Went to the Starbucks and had no issues there. Bathrooms in the hotel lobby needed attention.
We always stay at Hyatt properties for our travels. The staff as well as the hotel itself at this Hyatt has offered the best Hyatt experience we have had in the past few years. Had 1 glich but it waa addressed accordingly. Great location. Regency Club was very accommodating.
Great customer service and staff, perfect location by the arch, clean and comfortable rooms that were decorated tastefully, good amenities, including a couple of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet was great.
Great stay. However. The self parking option is horrible. System should be updated to reflect if the lot us full or not. I expected more from an exclusive hotel.
The hotel is way over priced. Parking is 40 bucks. I spent almost 200 for a room. Parking should be included. There's no pool. The rooms are TINY. There was mold in my shower! I was pretty disappointed with the amount I paid. A bottle of WATER in the room marked at 3 dollars. Just sayin. Some cheaper hotels would of been better than this! Won't book again.
Well u get a room with a tv. Lol. I shoulda just went to the Drury or Marriott.
The parking could have been easier to get in at night. At 10 pm was full. We paid $29.00 a night , should have been a spot for their paying customers!!! The rug near the front desk, the very long one. Very, very dirty !!! Had no shampoo in room.
Very clean and friendly staff. Loved the room overlooking the Mississippi and Arch. Location was excellent and walking distance to Bush Stadium. Only complaint, the plumbing has issues. Haven't had a chance to call maintenance
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great facility for a conference. The food was incredible!
Excellent accommodations and service. All of the restaurant have outstanding food and service.
Great rooms, beautiful lobby, excellent restaurant s attached. We will definitely be returning!
The quality of the rooms, and the building itself was excellent. The prices for service items were fairly high, as to be expected from an upscale establishment such as this. The only reason it was rated 4 stars is because we booked the room without being informed of a $30 parking fee for their garage. We were only told of this charge as we were checking out. I've never heard of being charged to park as a guest. We would've have booked elsewhere I'd we had known about this charge because it ended up putting us over our lodging budget. Parking issues aside, if this isn't a problem for you, and you don't want a pool, this is a wonderful hotel.
The location is incredible. The hotel does not offer breakfast or a pool, but it is in front of the Arch.
The service was great and the room is very good.
The hotel does not offer parking.
Nice hotel and good view of the arch but disappointed that they had no pool and no shuttle. Also disappointing to pay double the normal price for the room because the Cubs were in town playing the Cardinals.
this was a nice hotel....back then it was formerly the Adams Mark Hotel & Resort...
Stopped at the Brewhouse for dinner and drinks. Had the Toasted Lager and quesadilla during Happy Hour. Both were great!
Unbeatable location. Great accommodations. Price isn't ridiculous.
Room was fine, a little small for a double queen. No pool, great location, easy walk to the arch. Parking cost extra $$$$.
Cable didn't work and the view wasn't as nice as I expected.
5 star experience as expected from a Hyatt Regency!
By the Arch is my go to spot when im in business in St. LOUIS. Ideal spot and the rooms are modern and comfortable.
Such an excellent place to stay, very affordable, a wonderful view and your at the doorstep of the arch.
The vallet attendees were amazing and helpful kind and very professional. The front desk and others inside were not very helpful and seemed bothered by us and other customers.
Rooms were nice, people at the front desk we're very helpful.
Extremely clean rooms and all around. Hotel was in a great location- right by the Arch and many good restaurants. Amazing fitness center as well- just wish it had a pool!!
I was here for my cousin's wedding and the staff was so helpful! It was a brilliant experience.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great reviews, has cheapest cost per night of the down town hotels but makes you pay for parking which evens it out compared to the other hotels in the area. 3 min walk to arch.will stay here for all future st louis trips
Great view of the arch we had chicken wings it was pretty good
This hotel is in a great location! It is right downtown next to the arch. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and up to date. The beds are a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. This is why I deducted 1 star. Otherwise a very nice hotel with good customer service and amenities. I would stay there again, especially if they update their beds.
Awesome hotel with great views that is literally right next to the Arch
It was great! Valet named Mike was helpful and had great customer service skills.
Dollar for value... the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The location is great ...the room was clean ....the staff was amazingly awesome ...we parked at mansion house just a block away for just 3dollars on a Friday night! We will definitely book this hotel again when we are in the area. :-)
Perfectly located Very friendly staff Enough places nearby to eat
Great service and value. Staff professional, beds comfortable and quiet...
Everything is pretty nice about the hotel. Nothing spectacular, but a good location and all and all... Solid. Except the bed... The bed is soft.
The HISTORY of ..... HYATT REGENCY St. LOUIS at The Arch. FRIENDSHIP and good FLAVOR always endures in TIME Thank you marcel
Great room, friendly staff. They overbooked the King beds, but gave us a nice view instead.
Visiting st. Louis and really enjoying our stay at the hyatt!
Very well posted by Arch side and beautiful river view. Has all the services needed and comfortable bedrooms
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is right by the Arch and has amazing views of it! The rooms were very nice, clean, and modern. There are a ton of amenities downstairs such as bars and restaurants. Highly recommended if you're staying downtown.
Rooms were huge and if you're lucky (or pay for it) you'll get a beautiful view of the Arch! Great for my conference. Delicious food. Couldn't have been better!
Check bed for bed bugs before even thinking about staying here
Extremely friendly staff and our best experience in St Louis yet!
A wildly popular hotel, the Hyatt Regency boasts one of the best locations in town, with Gateway Arch right next to it. Many of its rooms offer phenomenal views of the famous landmark; they are all stylishly decorated and kitted out with flat-screen TVs, a coffee maker, an iPod docking station.
On top of this, the sophisticated four-star hotel has a great bar and restaurant, as well as extensive event spaces ideal for hosting business conferences or glitzy galas.
Location: Very centrally located, the Hyatt Regency is just a short walk from Gateway Arch, as well as countless restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.
Awesome, and luxurious. Kieth, the Hotel manager was great!
Friendly service. They gave us a spacious room with a beautiful view of the arch. Wonderful experience!
Clean, well staffed, home to Ruth Chris's steakhouse. Close to the arch and much of the business district.
We stayed here for Winter -up. Other than minor issues when exiting the garage, the stay was great! Parking is insanely overpriced especially for the price you pay for the rooms there. I can see maybe $10-$20 per day for parking, but it cost us almost the same as a one night stay just to park for the weekend. All the staff were kind and courteous and very helpful!
Clean and best spot that's close to all the good restraints
I only attended a conference here, but did not stay at the hotel. So this review is for the hotel common space and conference space. Hyatts are typically very modern in design, but this hotel is showing its age. It generally feels old and in need of a major renovation. That being said, it is functional as a conference venue and the hotel staff have been helpful. Their A/V team is absolutely top notch for presentations!
We used to love to stay with Hyatt regency when we are traveling for tournaments . But this one is a little disappointing. Self park was full only valet parking . We liked to self park because we can leave the tournament bag in the car without carried them around and always can access if we need to without waiting for 20minutes to pull the car up front. Then we asked for a late check out because our tournament started at 8:00 and probably done by 11:00- 12:00, ask the front desk if we can come back by 12:30. They said they charge $25 for late check out after 12:00 even as a member. I wonder do we get discount if we check in at 10pm and check out at 7:00am, it is not full 24 hours stay to be charge $216per night.
Nice room with a fantastic view of the arch. Great location, walkable to Busch Stadium, the arch and restaurants. Only downside was the road nose which lasted thorough night.
Parking was not available and would have been way overpriced anyway. I only paid $6 to park all night and it was only a 3 minute walk. They wanted to charge $20 more/night for breakfast, but there is a Starbucks on the 1st floor, so I would just save your money and eat there. However, it has the best view of the Gateway Arch and you can walk there in minutes. Close to everything you'd want to do in downtown.
Friendly staff, perfect location right next to the arch. Very fancy, which my 6yr old loved
Great Location! Right next to the Arch. The staff is very friendly and they are ready and willing to help with anything you need.
Great service and location. I always stay here when I visit St Louis.
The visit was nice just too cold in the conference room
Nice hotel everything at a finger tip I loved it and will be staying here again really soon
Very lovely hotel. There rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The decor is inoffensive.
It was a very very nice place staff is very friendly
The ballroom was very spacious and well maintained.
Fantastic!! What a great hotel. Was offered an upgrade with and arch and river view for a small price, so we took it. Amazing, awesome room, awesome views, friendly helpful staff, walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants too. This is our new must stay spot while visiting St.Louis.
Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning the bathroom. It's shame too because the hotel is beautiful, and conveniently located with great food choices. I would have rated it five stars, but if they didn't clean the tub let's me to believe they only do half the job. Plus housekeeping left an old brown room service brown bag in my room, instead of taking it with the trash.
Super clean and comfortable hotel. Everyone seemed nice and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
The rooms are still expensive but the quality is much cheaper than they used to be. There wasn't shampoo/conditioner in our room, the toothpaste i requested never made it, they tried not to let us into eat our prepaid breakfast because we arrived at 1050am and not 1045. A whole night the sirens were going off because someone kept pulling fire alarm so we got no sleep.
Not staying here again.
