Their parking garage is confusing but they offer is much in that one hotel! They have a Starbucks, a couple restaurants, meeting rooms, gift shopping, etc. There s so much room for activities! I love this place, so beautiful to just look at too.

I was like, cool a 4 star. Nice view. Comfortable bed. Grody grime and some unknown white stuff on the shower, tiny little room, blown bulbs, yellow stains on towells, and since I don't dress like money, most employees dismissed my questions and I was pushed to the side for valet. Overall, I've stayed at super 8 or red roof that have nicer service, cleaner rooms, and more amenities provided for free.

The location, restaurants, and convention spaces are all great. Staff is friendly. My room and others in my group had some issues with the room being completely clean when we got here. However, we were allowed in our rooms early and it's a large convention so that's forgivable. Good stay so far

Check was fast and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as depicted on the website. Last but certainly not least, the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at any hotel. Seriously, if I lived in downtown St. Louis, I would go there just to eat breakfast!

The staff here was exceptional. The rooms were extraordinarily nice. While my room did not have the best view, compared to other sides of the hotel, there was still a welcoming and professional atmosphere there.

Such a nice hotel w great views, great restaurants, clean rooms, and steps to the Arch. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious and the price was awesome! And the fourth night is free, I think that's all the Hyatt hotels though.

If you have king room with Arch view , you are lucky ,
I have somethings to say about this hotel:
1- parking 29$ per night even if you are a hotel resident which should be free or include the full price .
2- if you are thirsty, don t drink the water bottles in your room, one bottle cost 3$ !!

We are dealing with 4 stat hotel. It should provide a fantastic and good services and keep the customers happy about the services

I can buy 24 bottles of water with less than 3$ !

And let my customers happy about it .

Hotel was OK butVISIT THE ARCH! An absolute delight. The guides are perfect, they trip unique and the view unsurpassed. Safe and secure you can see for miles and miles! Don't miss it if you ever have the chance.
You can book online, but be advised they may have openings that don't show up on the internet. if you're by there, drop by and you may just get a front-row seat.

Clean rooms and friendly service
Close to the arch and downtown great views from the room and the sports bar is worthy of a bevy or two.
Ruth Chris restaurant in the hotel and a Starbucks for those interested

Great beds, view, and location. We stayed for one night and checked in late, around 5pm. Within that time frame, we had a bad experience. Staff knocked on our door around 6pm thinking our room was vacant and someone knocked at 8am asking if we checked out yet. At 4:30am the alarm went off twice. We walked down 9 flights of stairs to the lobby to find out it was a false alarm, and they made an announcement over the intercom 45 minutes later when most people were back in their rooms. Their way to apologize was free coffee and tea, since that's already not provided in the rooms. However our coffee pot wasn't working so just as well. May have just been an unlucky night, but we're not coming back.

The hotel is clean and lovely. Every hotel staff and waitstaff member I encountered was smiling, helpful, and kind. The food was great. The room was roomy and comfortable. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the valet parking. When I checked out, I was told my parking had been taken care of and I owed nothing. When I went to valet services to get the car, I was then informed I had to pay for parking ($64). The girl who took my payment was flustered and unattentive. She handed me a receipt and as I stood there waiting for the attendant to bring my car to me, others who were at the same conference were able to get their cars without being required to pay. I asked again why there was a problem. She refused to comment and brushed me off. Then when I got home and ready to submit my receipt to my club for reimbursement, I could not do so. She had given me another person's receipt! So I called immediately and was told someone would check into it and email me the correct receipt. That was two days ago. Bottom line...great hotel in many ways. I cannot speak highly of the valet service.

I was in town for a conference and I was lucky enough to get into the Regency last minute as most hotels were booked. In terms of location, it's in the right part of town...close to the ball park and restaurants.

Overall the stay was nice, it's an older hotel but the rooms have been renovated. I had a really nice view of the arch, and the service was good.

The buffet breakfast was well equipped with everything from the basics, to things like smoke salmon. The turn off was that they probably need to find something to cover the food because the desert area had flies everywhere.

My complaint about the room itself was that they actually put the exterior cover underneath the bed sheet that they replace...which I thought was weird since they don't replace the covers. You're basically sleeping with the bed cover on your body that everyone has used. It sort of grossed me out and made me sleep without any bedsheets on.

Not bad, and I appreciated the hotel staff. I've stayed in newer and fancier for the money. Half the hotel has a great view of the riverfront and the arch. Be aware though that the other half is just staring right across a street at the wall of another high rise.

We stayed at Hyatt at the arch on May 27,2020. It was not good.
The first room we were given had the toilet full to running over when we entered the room and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The next room had no towels, no drinking glasses and the bathroom sink area was all sticky. Room was not clean.

This is one of the most racist hotel and the staff is rude. We stayed for my daughter 18th birthday on Mardi Grah, people running around drunk and loud. But they choose the black people room to put us out at 3 in the morning. People running around drunk and loud nothing was said to them at all. Thanks hyatt for ruining my child birthday, high five to you guys.Zero stars from me.

Everything was fine until i looked at my bank account the next morning. I paid the amount that was due upon check-in, and unbeknownst to me, the hotel charges an incidental fee without ever discussing the amount let alone the existence of the charge. Not a HUGE dral considering its just me and i didnt destroy the room. As i attempt to pay for the $22 breakfast buffet, the waitress informs me that my card is. Being declined. How can this be? Sure enough the HYATT had made another random debit and thr bank froze my account for suspscious activity. So, if you dont wish for a hotel to treat your bank like an ATM, I would think about looking elsewhere. But dont worry " they do this from time to time and im not sure why"...that was the explanation....shame on you HYATT

Could be a nice conference center if the hotel would acknowledge 21st centry business models. Nice meeting rooms with an enormous linear lobby that is a total wasteland! There is not a single stick of furniture for conference participants to use for breakout, collaboration or networking. Sad.

Arrived here and was told that they had over booked our room and so they upgraded us to a king suite free of charge. Hotel staff is very friendly and Helpful! Room was clean and up dated. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in St. Louis!

We ate at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and it was phenomenal! The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My wife has Celiacs and it can be difficult eating out. We had a great experience there and will definitely return.

I was amazed by the number of people who come into town for Cardinals games, but that's an aside. The hotel was very accommodating, even with the aforementioned fans and a *huge* Indian wedding. Close to everything we needed to get to downtown, and once the gateway arch renovation is complete it will be an ideal location.

We booked the room to watch the Blues play the Minnesota Wild and spend the weekend exploring St. Louis. Without thinking about the dates, it wound up being Mardi Gras weekend and hotel staff handled the events of the weekend and the crowds of people exceptionally.

The room had central air rather than a loud wall unit. The bed was super comfy and the room was super spacious.

The Arch is located in the backyard of the hotel. Cross the street and you are there! It was also within walking distance of many fun attractions, parks, and restaurants.

All-in-all, it was a great visit and a great stay.
