Great location! Right across the street from the convention center and within walking distance to everything downtown. Try and get the park and surf rate so you can get free valet parking and free internet during your stay.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall Very nice hotel.

Hotel staff was very friendly throughout the stay, from arrival to checkout. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff kept things that way, even when I left it a little messy between conferences. The only thing I was less pleased with was the food at my event. The breakfasts we're sub par, and not tasty. If you were vegetarian (as were some in my party) the options were very limited, if any. Lunches we're reasonable, if small portion sizes. All in all, I would visit again, and would suggest the same!

All the hotel staff was amazing. I got treated very respectfully. The staff at the front was fast and efficient. The dining staff was kind to our special requests. Would defiantly stay here again.

Peaks lounge is phenomenal. It's on the 27th floor and has a Wonderful view of the city and mountains. You don't need to be a guest out need a key to visit peaks lounge. It is A little pricey but worth the ambiance and view. The lobby is comfortable as well.

Summary: if you like a cold room do not expect this hotel to work for you. Miserable sleeping experience for the price. Find somewhere else.

All 4 people in my party have been frustrated by the lack of properly working AC. Target temp was 64 but it felt like low to mid 70's. Management suggested cracking the small window and letting the outside cool the room. Failed. They sent their engineer on the third day and once again nothing changed. They then said there might be some eco mode that the hotel uses to keep the rooms within a temp range. This was not just our room. Management let us test another room and that room didn't hit the target temp either. The hallway was more cool than our first room. The second room we tested did get cooler with the AC but still didn't hit the target temp. The first room was better after we opened the window yet still never got close to the target temp. Couldn't use the cover to sleep. I spoke with some other guest and heard similar complaints.

Staff and management were friendly. The hotel view and location were excellent. The food was great. Parking was on the high side but parking for less than half price was two blocks down. Beds were very comfortable and entertainment system was decent.

We all loved everything about the hotel except the AC. Unfortunately not being able to sleep comfortably at night overrides everything else. I do not recommend this hotel if you like a cooler room.

Edit:
Knocking off 1 more because of a rude manager. On our last day during checkout, I was asked how my stay was. I informed that person about the problems and he got a different manager. That manager was rude and said something along the lines of "I'm sure you were told this was an eco-friendly hotel" and didn't take the issues seriously. The problem to me was that we brought up the issue daily and even talked to more than one manager. One nice lady helped me with some suggestions but the management didn't do their job.

This is a very nice hotel located conveniently next to the convention center and nearby restaurants and downtown. Very clean and comfortable rooms/beds. The staff is extremely pleasant with smiles and a genuine concern for the customer. The only negative would be the cost of drinks. My wife and I bought 2 drinks in the bar one night and, with tip, it cost $37. I realize that Denver is going to be more expensive than a lot of cities, but that seemed pretty outrageous to me. I don't know about the food as we did not eat there, but the restaurant at the hotel is listed as a higher end establishment with regard to food and price.

This is a great hotel located right in the middle of the city, very convenient location for almost anything you want to do in Denver. When it open two years ago I went on a tour of the hotel and did a lot of research on the hotel for a project I was designing next to the hotel. The main lobby is very grand with extremely high ceilings that go up to, I think, the 2nd or 3rd floor where the ball room for conventions and events are.

The rooms are very nice with marble countertops in the suites and flat screen televisions. Uniquely designed, each room has a pretty good view of the city. If you want to see even a greater view, I think on the 26th floor there is a bar/lounge that over looks the north side of the building to see downtown Denver and the rest of the city, it's a spectacular view, I recommend going up there at least one to check out the view and to grab a quick drink.

I've rather enjoyed my visit to Denver. The people are extremely helpful and social. However, my time at the Hyatt regency bar was, by far, the worst experience I've had in a long time. During off Peak hours I approached the bar excited to grab a great local beer Unfortunately the bartenders refused to make eye contact with me, and when I finally was able to get one of them to speak to me he was uninterested in my needs (unfortunately the name tags make it hard to read) . He dismissed my request and continued to tell me "I'll be with you in a second"....still not making eye contact. Never came back to take my order. Finally Kimberly approached me, however, she made me feel like lower class. After watching her serve other customers, I was the only person she told the price immediately after my request. I felt like this experience could be better and there is a lot to be done here to bring the level of customer service to Hyatt standards.

Checking in was a hassle, and I was overlooked more than once while in line. Employees are vague about what cost money and what doesnt. I was charged 50 dollars for checking out at 11:03 when the checkout was at 11:00. My daughter's iPad was also left behind and it appears that I will not be recieving anything back from there.

I stayed for three nights on business and found the Hyatt to be an exceptional experience. My check in was very pleasant despite the very late hour of my arrival. The auditor did a great job explaining the hotel, including parking and all. My room was spacious and clean. I had very few interactions with the staff outside of my chekc in but housekeeping did a fine job remaking the room each day.

Clean room, great views but attention to detail is lacking. Room service is sub par. Pictures of food aren't accurate foods you can order. Hamburgers do not have the option of lettuce and tomatoes etc. Just 2 patties with cheese and bacon and sauce. Dinner order was messed up. Better to eat out instead.

The staff is great, the rooms less so, and everything is far more overpriced than similar hotel chains. In addition, there is mold on the shower walls, towels have smoky odor, and the floors are not clean.

HYATT is very nice! Food and beverage are overpriced for the amount of items offered. Coffee shop had raw oatmeal and some old food. Should be kept up better. The name HYATT means very elegant, but the food does not match. Cleanliness of the room was great! Though I had do not disturb on the door, the maids still went to my room and cleaned. I also understand that the HYATT is one of the better hotels in downtown Denver.

Second time being at this hotel. This time it was my birthday. The room was awesome and the staff were friendly too. We told the front desk that it was my birthday and they upgraded to a better room for my wife and I. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.
