We stayed there for 4 nights. It was a real nice experience. The hotel was beautiful, the restaurant was great, the service and the waiters including customer service was great. The only complaint that I have was one breakfast I ordered from room service. 1 order of charcuterie with cheese and the bill was $58.00....too much for 1 order but overall it was good.

The inside is very nice. Spent most of the night in the banquet room. The bathrooms were well kept. Don't know how the rooms were since we didn't stay in any. Overall I would stay there if I could afford it.

It was a great stay overall. Clean, friendly and professional. I thought 30+ for the parking garage was outrageous for paying customers. Also our last morning there the maids were so LOUD and banging things around next door we obviously didn't get to sleep in what so ever. Our fridge couldn't hold left overs and we had No microwave for $200 a night I expected better. I would have to say I rather would have stayed in a LaQuinta Inn. They have more for less.

Came here to get some relaxation and I am surrounded by construction that begins at 6am and is still going at midnight. Its absolutely ridiculous that the city allows constructions at all all times of the night. And shocking that the hotel has not brought this issue to the city council.

Hotel amenities were clean and nice. We were on the 30th floor anf the views were fabulous. The front desk staff were accommodating. I wish you didn't have to pay SO much for parking, but I suppose that's just the way it is in Denver. The reason for the 3 stars were that there was a mess in the hall for the whole 24 hours we were there and every time I called the front desk I was put on hold. The other complaint is that we were woken up by housekeeping at 8:00am. My husband answered the door in pajamas and clearly had just been woken up. Rather than an apology we were asked repeatedly when we were leaving (checkout is 11). We only stayed one night. I would go back, but put a do not disturb sign on the door so I could decide when to wake up.

Very nice! Easy access to all downtown. But be warned! If you park on the streets, read signs very carefully! Denver parking enforcement loves to write tickets. They can smell an expired meter within seconds and have created a great revenue stream. We've gotten a couple over the years.

Very nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. Great views of the Rocky Mountains from upper level rooms. However, a noisy patio at the Le Meridian hotel across the street can be annoying at times.

The location can't be best if you are in town for anything at the Convention Center / downtown. Good service from what I experienced. Lobby bar was OK, cocktails we're much sweeter than they should have been, but not terrible.

I had a reservation and came all the way from Utah. It was raining the whole way. I got to the hotel at 4:00 am with a reservation. They would not check me in and left me stranded in the rain after driving all the way from Utah. I will never book a room with Hyatt again. There policies are rediculous and they would not accommodate me. They would not take my cash for parking and deposit. So they would not let me rent the room and left me in the rain all the way from Utah!!!!!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful My husband and I left the hotel at 8 a.m. in the morning we return by 5 p.m. our room had not been cleaned yet around 6 p.m. we were changing to leave again for dinner the housekeeper did not knock but just entered the room my husband was nude she apologized I told her that we would only need towels at this time after I received the towels from the housekeeper I used the top latch to the door to securely lock it she then tried to re-enter the room two more times without knocking it was a very frustrating and embarrassing situation.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Pay a little extra for a high room with a view. Bar on the higher floors is fun with cool bartenders. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. Prime location right next to the convention center- but you re going to pay for it. Bubba Gump next door for some good seafood.

Just had a buffet breakfast at Former saint . I can t remember where I had experience worst than that last time. I had to ask where the buffet is and what should I do to start- that s how counterintuitive the setup is! A waiter took us to the farthest from the food, rotating and wiggly table possible and disappeared completely- we haven t seen him again. It s good that a very nice lady took over and waited on us despite been seemingly overwhelmed with work. She has saved the last bit of the establishment s name by explaining us where we get what. It turned that in this buffet you can t make your own coffee! You need to stand 20-30 min in line to have an omelette!
At the end I had to beg to pay for this, so I can leave.
Well, it s the opposite of fancy for me. It s pretentious to the point of useless! It s meaningless to mention the quality of food here. Any self respecting bed and breakfast makes it as good as this. Where s the wow?!

Excellent hotel, and great value for the money.

Excellent hotel, and great value for the money.
The service is top notch, rooms are large and comfortable. The west facing ones (even numbers) of them have an amazing view of the mountains, whereas the east (odd numbers) offer views of the capitol building and the city park.
Location is pretty great, quite central, with lots of options for dining, steps away from the convention center, and walking distance to 16th street (shopping and dining promenade).
It s totally worth to pay the extra $ for a regency club room, as it offers free breakfast, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks all day, and evening hors d oeuvres, as well as desserts after 8pm.
Overall, a great option to stay in Denver.

Fast check in and clean rooms. Elevators are quick. Recommend higher floors for a better view. Bubba Gump restaurant across the street. Great coffee shop in lobby. Staff is very friendly. Ask for extra pillows for that perfect nights rest.

Great value, amenities, and location! A better stay than any other nearby. Lowere level staff is impatient and lacks basic manners. However; they went out of their way to make it right.

We had a fun staycation at this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice, quick and answered all our questions. The room was very clean and had an amazing view! The bar on the 27th floor was a nice surprise. Fun drinks and breathtaking view of Denver and the mountains.

Loved this hotel within easy walking distance of shops and sixteenth street bus stops and free shuttle plus train station to airport. Close to sports complex and in downtown Denver. Great hospitality at the hotel. Rooms were spotless. Liked the lounge and the bar in the lobby. Definitely a gathering place
