The hotel is located in downtown Denver one block away from 16th street and attached to the Convention Center. The services offered by the hotel are excellent, starting from the car vallet that makes you find the car ready in 5 minutes from your call, to the outdoor hot tube pool and the beautiful gym. The hotel lobby is very large and gives a sense of "luxury" to the structure. The rooms are very large and well kept with two large queen beds for a good rest. During our 3 night stay everything went very well.

Picked up a group here driving the school bus. While trying to find where to park, one staff member told me to use the valet entrance and park in the structure. When I tried that, one of the valets told me it was too busy and I should just park on the street. Overall the staff was accommodating, but unhelpful because they didn't know anything about the school groups other than the fact that they had stayed there and were checked out. That's not really part of their job, I guess, do I wasn't that miffed. Picking up was also very difficult here because they wouldn't let me use the valet lot, and the surrounding streets are all one-way with the building to the traffic's left, making the bus door on the incorrect side no matter where I parked. That's also not their fault, just the incredible mess that is Denver's road system. Just a really crappy place for an event that requires large scale transportation.

**You have to pay $25 for parking** Don't come here if you smoke because you're not guaranteed a smoking room. The bed wasn't comfortable. They also double charged me and it took 4 days to put it back. You pay for the name, and this hotel definitely doesn't live up to the name.

Nice hotel close to the convention center and lots of restaurants and shops downtown. Their bar in the 27th floor (Peaks Lounge) has one of the best views of Denver and you don't need to be a guest of the hotel to have a drink there.

I stayed here for a conference. They room was very very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and always had a smile. My room had a king size bed and a high definition TV (which was nice). There is also a 24 hour convenience store located just around the corner from the front desk. They make really good cookies. The air conditioning when placed on low, could hardly be heard.

The hotel is located one block over from 16th street. 16th street has a lot of restaurants and sidewalk activities. If you do walk around, there are homeless in the area - so be cautious and generous were appropriate.

I like the hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

I was looking forward to a stay at a hotel a little fancier than I'm used to. However, the shower didn't have hot water any of the four mornings I was there. Honestly, very little about the room seemed nicer than other hotels I stay in. One exception was the fact that the TV had a Chromecast. That made it easy for me to watch my preferred content.

Stayed in the Hyatt Regency in Denver for a couple days on our vacation and it was great! Our hotel room was super clean and service was great. The thing I enjoyed most was the Regency club. This spot has a great view of the mountains and the city. The service was phenomenal. Hyatt, whatever you are paying Adrian (the server inside the club), double it. The service he provides for the guest and for the size of the room is impeccable. We will be back!

It's a quality hotel and experience. We went to use the hot tub last night and a staff member came to ask us if the temperature was acceptable, which was awesome. The tub was a little cold but they turned it up. The bathroom seems a less up to date compared to the rest of the experience though.

The room was clean and cool. The bathroom was in tip top shape. The highlight of our stay has definitely been the front desk staff. J.T. was especially helpful and kind. This hotel is doing a fantastic job with covid protocols as well.

Location is great. Central to many things, plus just a block from 16th St free bus service to Union Station, the airport and more. The rooms were perfect and the views from the Peaks Lounge were awesome. Only thing I'd suggest is adding soundbars to the TVs for better audio clarity.

Attended for a conference for a few days, Wi-Fi was fast, location was central to all the fun that's happening in downtown Denver and all the staff were helpful. Still feels clean and new all around

Very nice and clean hotel located directly across the street from the convention center. Hotel has a bar and convenience store that serves Starbucks coffee. Just 2 streets away from the 16th Street mall with shipping and restaurants. It's quite a hike from Union Station though (that's where the train crib the airport ends).

The main lobby is beautiful. Lots of cool sculptural artwork within the hotel. Front desk were all young, energetic, and super helpful. Elevators were so fast it made my stomach do flips. The hotel room was standard size..clean with a great view.
The regency club was amazing. The staff was awesome in there. The man who made our drinks was excellent. The dessert was amazing. Jacuzzi was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
