Had drinks with friends at the Peaks Lounge. Beautiful view of the city from the lounge. Great seats up against the windows. Cocktails were ok but didn't have martini glasses so ours came in rocks glasses.

Downtown is often a pain, but the Regency has valet parking that makes staying here a breeze. The rooms are excellent and well maintained. Housekeeping and room service are very polite. The room service menu is delicious and more affordable than expected. But the real draw is the peaks bar on the 27th floor. Excellent service, and a great reason to visit whether you stay or not.

I have stayed at Hyatt properties around the Unite...

I have stayed at Hyatt properties around the United States and have always been extremely satisfied, until today.
My partner and I booked a room for a fun weekend in Denver. However at 11pm on our 1st night we had a knock at our door saying we had multiple noise complaints, which is odd since we were not marking any noise. Well the TV was at half volume and an episode of South Park on. I was surprised, but staying in hotels frequently I chose to be respectful we turned the television down. Literally 5 minutes later we were greeted at our door with a security manager, who was polite and attempting to do their job, and 2 armed police officers. Rather than argue the point, after some compromise, we took a downgraded room. It turns out, according to hotel staff we had a complaint by elderly neighbors. I want to make it clear, I am not complaining about the staff, they're awesome, like at all other Hyatt properties I have stayed at. I am very upset about the fact you have to send 2 armed police officers for a minimal to non existent noise complaint. I didn't pay $260 a night to have to sit in a hotel room at with the TV at half volume wondering if I'm going to upset an elderly hotel guest. It was also pride weekend, comic-con, and there was ample noise on our original floor, and the floor we were moved to. I just find this situation poorly handled, and consider this the WORST hotel experience I have encountered. I can not even comprehend how a minimal noise complaint commands an armed response.

Is all right, people there have their own thing going on and don't pay you much mind. If you find yourself in its lobby, be sure to check out the miniature rock museum and the peaks lounge on the 27th floor

Location: 5/5 It's right next to the convention center and the mall portion of the 16th street mall. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Pepsi Center or you can take the 16th street free bus to make it a shorter walk. Lots of restaurants are nearby.
Gym: 5/5 The gym was exceptional. It had lots of machines for weightlifting plus plenty cardio machines. There is an outside hot tub although it wasn't hot the night I used it. The swimming pool is tool lanes.
Staff: Very friendly and helpful. No complaints.
Room: The room was very nice. The pull out desk was nice for work and the TV was very large.
I forgot to take a picture of the room and gym. I have pictures of the building and some of the views.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Denver was fabulous! Every staff member, not some, not most, BUT ALL staff members spoiled me rotten!! :) The room was extremely clean, the food from in room dining, Altitude Restaurant, or Peaks Lounge great! All Hyatts should continue at this level of courtesy!!

Attended Muster 008: Leadership Confrence put on by Echelon Front. Confrence was amazing. Had a little intro to Jujitsu as well.

Hotel was incredibly nice. Rooms are very nice with great views of the city. The staff was accommodating to big event. Food and drinks were great the entire 3 days I was there.

Excellent Hyatt property in the heart of Denver, close to historical downtown area and it's restaurants.
Really liked the overall service and amenities, with the Hyatt gyms being second to none when compared to the major hotel chains. Makes business travel and getting a workout in between meetings in much easier.
Sheraton and Marriott take note.

My husband and our 1.5 year old son stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for my husbands work. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating for us since we had a child. They provided a pak n play that was clean and actually had a kids mattress with blankets inside rather than just giving us the hard surface that fits on the bottom. It was also already set up so it made my life a bit easier since t was nap time by the time we checked in. The bathrooms were updated and had a great shower. We also loved the soaps and lotions provided in the room. I also loved the security we felt in the hotel. You need to use your room key to use and access rooms in the elevator. Location is right in downtown so shopping and food is easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again! Well worth the price.

Very pleasant staff but nothing worked. First they didn't send a QR code so I could get my key from my online ck in so I still had to stop at the front desk. Neither the phone or refrigerator was workingg. So the engineer had to come up. Then my in-room Wi-Fi went out. Plus only glass highball drinking glasses for the bathroom. Kinda dangerous. I'm waiting for the toilet to back up. The last is a joke but would not surprise me. If my mtg weren't in the hotel I'd check out.

The Hyatt Regency is one of my most favorite places to stay downtown . The rooms are great and the beds are comfortable . The service is outstanding and the lobby bar is a great place to unwind . There are so many great restaurants within walking distance as well .

Stayed here on our anniversary a few years back in a big room. Wanted the same room and they told us it s only for special events. Apparently my anniversary isn t important reason enough for me to not come back. Embassy suites is wayyyyyy better right across the street.

I have stayed here many times without any issues until recently. I have no problem with the rooms or room service. The parking manager and attendants were clueless. I was over charged by almost 50 dollars for a single day. This did not happen only once but 3 times over the course of 1 week. The parking manager was anything but professional. He was very difficult to even talk too about my issue and didn't want to give me any kind of refund until I threatened to take it up with the front desk instead.

Avoid parking here at all costs. The rest of the hotel was fine.

Nice Hyatt located right next to the convention center, near many restaurants and shopping spots. My room was spacious and clean, wifi signal was strong (26th floor), but bathroom was a bit cramped due to the way the door was arranged. I ate breakfast at the lobby restaurant, food was good, prices were reasonable for Hyatt and downtown location, but service was a bit slow. Staff at checkin and checkout were great as was the concierge.

Went for our anniversary about a month ago. While we didn t fully expect anything special for our occasion after reading the reviews of everyone saying how nicely they were treated during special occasions I did get my hopes up. No one even mentioned it. The room was good with a partial Mountain View. The tub didn t really drain so we had to shower while also creating a bath. The upstairs bar was awful. Service was basically nonexistent and they were out of everything we wanted. Overall nice hotel but they really put zero effort into making it feel special.

Third stay here and I can't say enough about how great of a hotel this is! Club level is a MUST and the guest experience and accommodations are on par! We've even enjoyed a couples massage, followed by the hot tub was the cherry on the cake! The gym is also the best of any hotel I've seen with EVERYTHING needed for optimal work out away from home. Lastly, the price is unbeatable for the value of this hotel! EDIT: I forgot to mention parking (the only downside to staying here)..1st time: paid $42 premium..2nd time: we had trouble with rude parking attendants and pricing miscommunication ..3rd time: we parked in garage around the corner for $16 a night ;) and walked over. 3rd was best option as we only had overnight luggage (small travel bag) ...and still keeps the hotel 5 imo

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night. I felt like it was a good value for the quality of the hotel. There were tons of really great amenities included in the price which we loved! The hot tub was really full so we did not get a chance to use it but other than everything else was pretty perfect. I would stay here again.

Nice lobby, good location, good room cleaning service, fast elevators. Room decor look somewhat dated especially the bathroom. They charge $3.5 for a bottled water which is not common at other chain hotels nowadays. I did not like the food at their restaurant (Altitude). Not worth the price and you have plenty other choices nearby.
