Lovely hotel in a great location with great amenities! Highly recommend
Lovely hotel in a great location with great amenities! Highly recommend
It was expensive as if they want the money for a 5 star hotel however so many issues. Motel 6 does better in overall than this place
Hyatt Regency Denver is a fantastic venue for conferences. Nice, clean spaces and wonderful, helpful staff.
This hotel caters to high school kids after sending my account a noise restriction ordinance for NYE before we even arrived. When I called and said I had a problem with over 25 kids getting on my elevator and stopping on every floor, which on some no one got off on, they said they supported the "convention" which is a rave. This is upsetting and loud. I wouldn't recommend this as a Hyatt.
Attended a fundraising event in the 2nd floor ball rooms. The catering staff was very professional, the food was good, and the quality of the venue was top notch. Highly recommend for large fundraising events.
Great hot, very clean. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Great location with close proximity to 16th Street.
The room 2as a disappointment. It felt more like a 3 star. Valet was $50/night or self parking was $39/night. Room service was good. The women who checked us in was not very personable.
Peaks lounge has some nice view. Appetizers were good. It's pricey. I don't think I would go back there again though.
Fairly nice hotel; it is a Hyatt after all. The fitness center and got to are phenomenal. Love Peaks with the view of the city. Rooms are nice enough but the showers are pretty terrible; ours had awful water pressure and it was impossible to turn off the tub faucet. Also, the pillows are awful. They literally folded our pillows in half to make them look bigger.
Stunning location! Impeccable service! The food and staff are wonderful the amenities superb. The parking excellent and the surroundings of course priceless.
Great service and spacious rooms. Full amenities and just wonderful people.
I work at a lot of dinner events at this location. The facilities are great, the staff are professional, and the location is easy to get to. The three star review is because of how much it costs to stay in one of the rooms for a night. Sure, if you have the money go ahead and splurge on a few nights at this hotel if it makes you happy. I just personally think that there are better ways to spend your money while visiting Denver. Support small businesses over corporations.
This is a quality hotel with excellent rooms and well placed amenities. The staff I have come across here have been head and heels above many other establishments!
The Hyatt Regency is one of my favorite hotels to stay at while in Denver. It's centrally located, but most importantly the stay is always excellent. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very nice. I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt to anyone
The Peak View bar was quaint, medium nose level with plenty of room to watch the sunset
Not the first time in this hotel, always satisfied. Rooms are cozy and spacious
Very new and modern hotel in relatively convenient location. Was here for a 4 day conference in the hotel.
My husband and I spent our 5th year anniversary there, it was the best experience ever!
Great view of the mountains from the bar on the 17th fl.
It is clean and the staff are friendly. Very close to many downtown attractions. Main gripe is that it is expensive but nothing is included.
Stayed in Denver went to comedy show them drove up into mtn for a balloon ride with Grand Adventures.
Great hotel. I go there often for work and it's location is perfect right next to the convention center. The service, rooms and everything else is great as well.
Toured hotel on a pre-conference visit, selected the Hyatt Regency as our conference hotel. Very impressed.
Room was nice. Comfort was average. Very busy location. It had all of the amenities but wasn't worth the price.
We were upstairs in one of the ballrooms and it's foyer. The food was good. The space we'll decorated and the coffee outstanding!
Fancy high end hotel with amazing lounge bar on 27th floor.
The parking fee is absolutely ridiculous. They say this is an "amenity " of the hotel and don't disclose the fee ahead of time. We stayed for 2 nights and found out about the parking fee upon check out. For the price nightly, parking should be included and disclosed up front! The food bar is outrageously priced. They nickle and dime you at every turn.
The event was well excuted and the hotel was a very nice environment!
We ended up here by accident, but it turned out just great! We couldn't find any open camping spots on the 4th of July weekend, so we rolled the Priceline daily deal proverbial crapshoot. Lovely people working there, fun people staying there and it's on a great location! On 15th Street, we walked over to 16th and enjoyed what Denver had to offer in all of its glory!
The spa is amazing, as well as the service and location. By far my favorite hotel ever.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service specifically the housekeeping manager at the Hyatt. I take responsibility for leaving a shal/scarf in my room when I checked out. However, I called as soon as I realized I left it and was already at the airport (about 1 hr later). I told Hyatt exactly what room I had left it in, that I had just checked out and exactly where it was. Instead of receiving a phone call the next day like I was told. I never received a phone call. Called again the next week, I left 2 numbers where I could be reached and never received a call. I get a hold of them today, about 2 weeks later and the housekeeping manager could not find it. So it has just disappeared. It is unfortunate. I will NEVER stay at this location again. My perception is that their is poor customer service, no follow through and my shal/scarf I take responsibility for leaving but was very diligent in trying to get it back was stolen. Extremely saddened by the humanity and lack of diligence at this HYATT location.
I can't tell you anything about the rooms, I didn't stay a night. However, I was there for three days as part of the Great American Beer Fest Competition team and we were treated well. Breakfast and lunch was very good and the staff was extremely helpful. The competition tables were ready every morning as planned. On the way out each night I saw every seat filled in the downstairs bar and eateries. Very close to the convention center. Great location.
I only stayed here one night, but was overall impressed. Their rooms are adequate, nothing fancy. Their carpets look like a design made for not cleaning it often - reminded me of dirty graffiti. I appreciate that they have a fully functioning lobby restaurant that is open fairly late, as well as multiple bars. Very cool lobby. Their pool and hot tub were a nice touch. I would go back just for these. Overall I had a good experience, but I feel like the price I paid didn't reflect in the quality and amenities and size of the room. Bathroom quality was sub-par for the price of the room.
Well located. Rooms clean with good decour. Has no rooms with Queen beds, unless they include two double beds as well.
Nice hotel, good location to the convention center.
Very nice hotel, nice clean and comfortable rooms that are well maintained. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance
Great location, right across the street from the Convention Center.
Really liked this hotel and have nothing bad to say about it.
We came here for the 1940s ball and stayed at the hotel after. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly when we spoke with them. The only thing that was frustrating is we had requested early check in because of the ball and I had a salon appointment at 2:30. They didn't have our room ready and I had to change in the bathroom and my fiance and I missed the beginning of the ball.
Ive stayed at 2 star hotels that been more satisfying. Came here for my bachelor party and spent an extra $200 for the king with ballroom, thinking it was gonna be awesome. Literally a regular room with a king bed. 10/10 would rather stay anywhere else. positive note, the elevators are real fast
Very big hotel. The peak lounge had a beautiful view of the denver area and is open to the public.
Stayed here during a conference. Great hotel, great location.
Quite nice hotel, loved the selection of desserts and drinks on the concierge level
Nice location, and the hotel itself is very clean. They also have nice views from the window if the room. They also provide the breakfast in the room, but I didn't try it as it was not cheap (I don't think it's not too expensive either, considering the price of Denver and the quality of the hotel).
Good venue for business convention, great location near 16th Street mall
Rooms were average size. Hotel perfectly located to Mile High Stadium. Great food in and around hotel. Hotel amenities awesome. For guests flying into Denver and plan on staying here. DO NOT RENT A CAR!! Self Parking is $40!!!!!! Valet parking is probably a mortgage payment. Great location. Free public transportation all over the city. Best to utilize pedi-cab after the Broncos Game. Again, Great location for Mile High.
Really enjoyed peaks lounge. Views are amazing at night, but food is just OK
Excellent atmosphere, very friendly staff & quality rooms.
The room was wonderful, with a lovely view of the sunrise over Denver, but that is not why I'm writing this review.
My spouse is blind and I have a severe latex allergy, which basically means that nearly everything in the modern world is likely to land me in the ER and/or dead. This creates a rather interesting dilemma when we travel and at least 3 to 6 months to prepare for.
The best I can usually hope for is to find one hotel and restaurant in any given city that does not use latex gloves and hope they also will not have balloons for decoration, advertising or just randomly brought in by customers. This does not address all the other ubiquitous things that create airborne latex, such as rubber bands, bath mats, rubber fatigue mats, weather mats, elastic-bound bottom sheets on the beds, rubber backed carpeting, etc. So I generally assume that sooner or later I'm going to get hit with a reaction with life-threatening consequences.
Sometimes the choice of hotel is mandated by the event. More often than not, the hotel uses latex gloves and so I simply cannot go. Even with my doctor ordered respirator, the amount of latex would overwhelm me. This year, the conference hotel was at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. My spouse contacted them well in advance and found out, of course, they used latex gloves. However the general manager and VIP manager expressed interest in accommodating my latex allergy. They agreed to switch out all latex gloves for latex free gloves throughout the hotel and all food service. They took great pains to make sure our stay would be safe, including having meetings with staff and personally overseeing the hotel room.
Nevertheless, I am used to arriving at what should be a latex safe hotel and running into all sorts of things that they forgot to remove. I walked in to our room at the Hyatt and... I could breathe. They took care of everything. After a day of difficult travel, I could just collapse on the bed and BREATHE. We ordered room service, and I could eat without choking. I slept without waking up gasping for air. Both managers wrote me a personal welcome and assured me they wanted to know if there were any issues to address.
There was one hiccup but that was immediately remedied when we called down, and it never happened again. I also received calls and a visit from the Executive Housekeeper to follow up on the reaction from the mats. I can honestly say that in all my travels, domestic and global, I have never been treated with such concern and attention to detail.
As for my blind spouse, the Regency Club which provided breakfast, snacks and evening desserts were excellent assistants. They helped him choose foods and brought plates to him, so he didn't have to try and find them by feel from the buffet. All this done with such amazing good cheer and professionalism that they felt more like family than staff. More importantly, he felt accommodated, not disabled. This positive and helpful attitude was apparent throughout the hotel no matter who we interacted with.
The Hyatt Regency, at least in Denver, gets my highest possible rating not just for the excellent lodging and food, but for accessibility at its best: Making disabled persons feel at home... and normal.
Nice hotel, nice room but charged me $35.00 for parking......
I had a do not disturb on and forgot when I left for the day they texted me to see if I needed service and was able to get service because of that type of service
Fantastic convention center! This hotel has so much to offer it's guests besides their beautiful rooms! A place with friendly faces and great team work!
It was a huge hotel. The rooms were not quite luxurious but not anything that disappointed either. It's worth staying there but not going out of your way for
Room was nice and spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable & the view was nice. Breakfast was nice & staff was friendly.
Came for a professional conference. Descent coffee.
Excellent place... events are amazing, the attention is perfect... I love this place
Great place for corporate events and centrally located.
Awesome.. very clean room we upgraded to a suite and was very pleased. However parking is super expensive per day, but overall we would definitely stay here again.
