Great location, great room and close to everything...
Great location, great room and close to everything.
Great location, great room and close to everything.
We had delicious drinks and appetizers though our server seemed annoyed to have our group there. Maybe she was having a bad day, but the rest of the experience was great.
Very nice room with wonderful accommodations! I had a decent view of the mountains and the hotel offered a ton of amenities!
I felt like they were trying to be more than they are. Everything costed extra which I'm fine with when it's truly upscale but based off of the room it didn't feel upscale. The room was clean though and I enjoyed the view, however next time I'll try somewhere else.
When walking in Valet service was rapid and efficient. Walking inside, the hotel looks enormous and elegant. Walking towards the elevators found a Starbucks! Going up to the room, the elevators and hallways are clean. Walking into the room, gray walls makes a feel for business and comfortable feeling. There were two televisions. The bed was comfortable but the comforter was too light. I need something with more weight to fall asleep. Everybody was super nice and helpful too. Loved it!
Consistently the best place to stay in Denver, and one of my favorite Hyatt hotels. Excellent service, amenities, and rooms. I really recommend their club room. Excellent views, as well. The location is very convenient to many destinations downtown in the convention center area.
Here at the hyatt regency the rooms are very nice and accommodating. No issues at all.
It is a hotel with several bars and restaurants, at the lobby level you have an impressive lounge with very nice music to have a few drinks and snack quickly. The restaurants are exceptional the view of the terrace offers you the possibility to see the whole city while enjoying an unbeatable cocktail.
Volunteerumch for GABF. Taco bar was good, but had no options for non meat or non red meat, only ground beef.
The comfort cannot be compared and the view of Denver from 35 at 5:30 am is amazing!!!
Pretty good. No better than the much lower cost double tree 20 minutes north by car, but as a convenient downtown hotel it was ok.
Good place to have a social gathering in their ballrooms.
The rooms are really well very nice view is spectacular
This is a beautiful hotel with impeccable rooms. Try out the lobby bar and enjoy the sites and sounds of downtown Denver as they rumble by outside. Located next to the convention center this hotel is extremely convenient and close to amazing restaurants.
Amazing location, clean rooms, nice workput facility.
Parking is slightly difficult, but the place is very beautiful and large. Great decor and amazing customer service. Will definitely think about the Hyatt when booking a venue.
Pool and hot tub out of order. Soap dispenser empty in restroom. Also low on hand towels.
This is a very nice hotel and in a great part of town. There are tram stops just down the street and many places to eat around. There is a mall area just around the corner. The staff and workers are very polite and there is a Starbucks in the little restaurant area. I did not try the restaurant or room service since we were fed all meals at the conference I was at but if that food is anything like the hotel food then you'll be in good hands. There was only one meal that was questionable where no one are the steak strips made for the fajitas. The steak on that day was very tough even though it didn't look like it would be. No one was eating it and everyone was having the same reaction. The hotel was very clean and there were not huge wait times for the elevators in the morning or the evening even during the conference. The ballrooms were amazing and you also have escalators to go between floors of the meeting rooms as well. There are plenty of restrooms in the meeting areas as well. One bathroom was laid out strangely but other than that there was not an issue there. The larger ballrooms could be converted into smaller rooms as well. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it.
Brilliant location for access to the Convention Centre & all of downtown Denver.
Peaks lounge was a nice experience for us. Drinks were on par for the Denver scene. Appetizers were decently priced. Service was great. Parking for non guests was atrocious.
Great staff, very open and easy to transverse, high level of cleanliness and a multitude of high class eateries accessible to the public.
Very friendly and helpful. Close to everything we wanted to do
Went to the bar up top for some drinks with a friend. The prices were, well, hotel prices but the service was great and the view was pretty on point. Great place to watch the sunset
The only reason that I would enter this hotel is to walk up to the highest floor and look out to the many hotels nearby, and choose another. There are many options right around the conference center, I just wish that I had known.
I was really looking forward to this trip. The hotel had good reviews so I thought that we would enjoy a really nice stay at a seemingly nice hotel.
We arrived late to the hotel, and the immediate greeting by the front desk attendant was not warm at all. She immediately told me that they would be charging me $50 a day for some deposit, as if the nearly $300 a night that I was already paying with no breakfast, and no parking included wasn't enough...
The first night we were there, the toilet was flushed and then it ran all night, so I told the front desk the next day. Someone apparently came to fix it, but did nothing to the toilet as it was still running after one use. So, I called again, and another person came. This time, we even had to tell them that a specific part needed to be replaced. The part was replaced, but alas, it was still running. So, we called again. Another person came to fix it, and apparently the part had been put on incorrectly. However, it was finally replaced and I was finally able to use the toilet after three days... They gave us a $10 credit to be used in their cafe as a courtesy. I went to use the $10 and again, an oddly unfriendly hassle even to get coffee. (too confusing even to explain, just odd...)
We stayed five nights and our trash wasn't taken out a few nights, it was overflowing as I got some takeout, and the obvious used glasses in the room were not even cleaned.
There is no vent to turn on in the bathroom, so after a shower, the mirror is cloudy and you just have to open the door and wait for it to clear up before you can use it. (The shower head is nice and the water pressure is good)
We paid the ridiculous fee of $35 to park, we tried to exit where it says exit, of course even though it said that it was open, it wasn't. We had to back up and put the ticket into another exit, and it said that we owed an additional $15 for some reason, no surprise at this point (which was wrong) but, they did finally pen the gate for us...
I was there for a conference. Multiple times people came into my room and placed advertisements on the furniture and on the bathroom mirror, by day two or three my bathroom mirror was covered in stick on advertisements even though a sign for privacy was placed on the door...I did not like this at all. If you want to slide something under my door, fine, but I do not like walking up to the room and seeing someone coming out unannounced...Completely unacceptable.
The last day that we were there, a jackhammer was put into use at 9am that you could hear throughout the hotel...
When I was checking out, I wasn't surprised that I had a balance, they had apparently charged me wrong the first time. It wasn't much, so really no big deal, but by this time, I at least wasn't surprised by the hassle.
I would look into other options nearby. They might be the same price, but some I know offer breakfast and/or happy hour and hopefully are at least friendlier than the folks at this Hyatt.
Great venue for large events. Excellent layout, right in downtown Denver just one block from 16th street mall.
Great view from the room. Excellent services. Highly recommended hotel.
The Hyatt is the perfect place to stay for Decadence at the Colorado Convention Center. And prices weren't that bad for new years either. This hotel is literally right up again the front door to the concert. Perfect for people coming to the concert from out of state as well!
Lower bar, when entered, had dirty tables and chairs.
Updated, refreshing feel with the true Hyatt level if service. The rooms are a nice size and offer a great set up. The bathroom is what little strange. The vanity runs into the tub, making a smaller entry to the tub. Is you are a bigger individual you might have a challenge.
This review is only for their convention center amenities and such. I recently attended a multi-day conference here and I enjoyed my experience. Upon entrance, there's a gigantic Christmas tree in the lobby. The decor inside was festive, yet modern.
The keynote and various workshops were split between 2 floors. It was easy to navigate with lots of signage throughout. There's also an electronic monitor of the day's activities and locations. Restrooms were well stocked and clean. I'm not sure if catering is done in-house, but I enjoyed all the food I ate. All the staff I encountered were nice and pleasant.
Rooms are on the pricey side, even with a conference discount, but I have no comment on that since I stayed else where. I also can't comment on parking as I walked or took public transportation to get around. Overall, I'd love to come to another conference at this Hyatt.
The space is nice and clean, stag is very informed and helpful. Plus the hotel is right in the heart of downtown, which makes walking places pretty easy
Very nice venue. Went to a black tie gala here and was very impressed with how they did.
Way overpriced, as anything downtown is. Lots of homeless people directly outside the hotel, some of whom make their way inside and sleep in public areas. Nice view from the 37th floor.
This place is truly a been in Denver. I recently attended this establishment for a holiday party and had a blast.
The food was amazing and the service was even better. I lost my parking ticket and they were extremely forgiving.
Started the night off at the peakaboo bar on the 27th floor. If your looking for a good spot to start a date off, I would suggest bringing them here.
Didnt spend the night, only visited all day for a conference. They have a nice conference area and clean and pleasant lactation room. They also had a freezer in the luggage area that they let me check a lunch sized bag into.
Wrong Hotel! After a mix-up in booking (on my part) we realized we were in the right hotel, but not the one we actually wanted to be in. From Chuck at the Front door to JT at the Front Desk, we were greeted and treated awesome. JT especially helped by finding the right Hyatt location and moving our reservation to it. What a great team. Thanks to everyone!
Over $40 dollars for parking is outrageous. We already paid for the hotel guest's shouldn't be charged to park. Won't stay in downtown Denver again because of this.
Great check in, I got there early and was able to get in my room 3 hours early without additional charge. Room looked great with a view of mountains and the giant blue bear, AC worked great, hot water never ran out. Room was cleaned daily and bathroom accouterments restocked. The shower head was high quality. There was a small window that opened to hear the sounds of the city. Security was enhanced with the guest having to scan the room card in the elevator to reach the upper floors, gym etc. I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room, though there are microwaves available in the lobby.
Great Hotel, great staff, great location. If you need it they have it. The food is really good, and the spa is really relaxing. I will definitely be back!
The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.
It's a Hyatt. Great location, great team and the rooms are luxurious.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, free WiFi. All around a good place.
Excellent hotel! Stunning decor and great service. In addition, it's comfy, cozy, clean and fancy! The hairdryer placed in my bathroom was not working, so they promptly replaced it and apologized with a $10,00 credit in the coffee place of the lobby :) Loved to stay there!
Wonderful stay and beautiful view, wish I was there longer then one night.
Good location but had an issue with the room set up and the pool was closed.
Nice big hotel but nothing spectacular... very friendly staff.
Very nice hotel close to all of the downtown activities. Much like the others in town in regards to the sleeping arrangements. However, the bathroom was very clean and luxurious?
Attended an event. Food was very good. Filet mignon cooked perfectly!
Great downtown Denver location right across from the convention center. Rooms are on the nicer side for quality and the service has been great so far.
I had a conference here. Decor was nice. Conference rooms were pleasant.
Great location, excellent customer service and clean, well appointed rooms.
Excellent hotel! Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Room service- in room dining was delicious. I had the Buffalo burger & sweet potato fries. Professional, helpful, friendly & very courteous staff. Wonderful views of downtown & the mountains. Conveniently located to dining, shopping & entertainment. Traveled for business conference & all of my meetings were in the hotel's conference area. Very nice accommodations.
From the time we checked in until the moment we left, they treated us like we were their most important guests! The consierge, the valets, the desk clerks all created us with a smile and helped us in every possible way. The only thing we had to find for ourselves was the handicap parking (go down, then take the exits--by the elevators next to valet slots).
Their conference hall is exceptionally clean and their staff is extremely efficient.
Excellent staff, good location to 16th street and convenient to convention center
Awesome property! Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was good too.
Friendly staff, nice rooms, and great location. I'd say the location is great because you're right near the middle of 16th.
Nice hotel. Only complaint is that the rooms have a queen and a double bed. A little cramped.
Lovely hotel place to stay in the heart of downtown Denver.
Nice place and the roof top bar is really nice but I put my family here for a few days this summer and was disappointed in the rooms, especially for the price I paid. If you're going to charge we that much for a regular room, it better be nicer than a regular room at the Marriott ... and it wasn't.
