The service from the AV guy in Capitol 5 where i was giving a presentation was terrific, however the location of the event space was horrible. When I arrived I had to walk through another group's lunch buffet including zig-zagging through a maze of tables where people were eating just to find our space tucked back in the corner of a hallway.

Go to the bar on the 27th floor - it's an amazing view of the mountains and the city. The only downside is they don't have any draft beers, just bottles and cans, which is a little on the pricey side, but it's worth it to enjoy at least one drink looking out the windows.

Rooms are very nice, but nothing amazing. The view of downtown and the mountains is pretty great though. 21st floor is high enough to be above most of the surrounding buildings but still be on the short elevator. My one complaint is that the "smart" TV is very laggy. If you want to type in a 2 digit channel, you have to time it perfectly. Too fast or too slow and it doesn't register. Every button on the remote had a noticable delay before the TV responds. I didn't use the exercise room, but my colleague said it was very nice.

I've been here several times for Denver Christmas Conference. This Hyatt never lets me down, same as the others I've been too. EXCELLENT fitness center. The dining experience is good. Security was helpful, and concierges were great. 5 star.

I liked the location and the accommodations. The gym and fitness center is fantastic. Full of equipment.
The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is fantastic. Omelets made to order every morning, absolutely 1st class breakfast Buffet. Really good $ 25.
Valet parking is 49.95 per day or 35.95 off site by hotel. Its cheaper by far to find a parking garage.
No laundry accommodations but they will do it for $10 a shirt.

The valet put an $1,100 dent in my car.

I was visiting some friends in Denver for the weekend. They wanted to meet at Peaks Lounge in the Hyatt Regency Denver. I arrived with my Chevy Suburban rental car, dent free. When we left I stopped down the street to get gas since the rental car was due the next morning before my flight. I then noticed the new damage but was SOL since I had already left the Hyatt property.

Hotel facilities looked very nice. I can only speak to the bad experience I had with the valet.

Very nice hotel in a prime location. Great City views and convenience to everything imaginable. We stayed for a convention and it was right across the road the road! Staff is friendly and helpful and the amenities are great!

A beautiful hotel all around. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with even the bottom tier of accommodations offering great beds, a mini fridge, and a decent (though not extremely ample) amount of closet and drawer space. Denver tap water also tasted great, so I was happy to cut some costs by simply filling up my water bottle using the bathroom sink.

The hotel grounds themselves are just as nice as the rooms. The convention meeting space has a good amount of rooms with ample seating and comfortable accents throughout each one of them, such as water coolers and complementary pens and paper.

The location of the hotel is super convenient, being right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to all sorts of unique shops and restaurants.

Only drawback is the high price, but this is understandable given the quality and location. An excellent place to stay!

Room was clean and comfortable. TV had a Chromecast built in which was a plus. Not 5 stars because towels seemed worn out/scratchy and hotels downtown at a similar price serve breakfast. Very close to the convention center if you're going there.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff that instigates fighting. As a paying customer they treated my guests and I as if we didn't have money. Evicted us from the room, mind you, forcing me to wake up from my sleep. Keeping the door to the room wide open as I got dressed. Worst customer service in my life

I was very disappointed I made the reservation weeks in advance asking for an early check in so that me and my family could go to a spa appointment at 1230 I called early in the morning and was told there wouldn't be a problem but when we arrived they said the rooms weren't ready. So we had to leave are stuff at the front desk . they guaranteed the rooms would be ready by the time we got out of are spa appointment but only 1 room was ready and said they were working on the other they were joining rooms and were not working on it the room was not ready till 4.
The first room had a plugged sink they never sent anyone to fix it. There were other things this was a celebration for my daughter and just feel like the hotel could have done a lot better being that it is the hyatt I thought we were going to be staying in a really nice place The front desk didn't really seem to care about any of my concerns They just brushed me off

I attended a session presented by EBSCO while in town for ALA Midwinter. The lunch provided was amazing-I might've had more than one of the desserts. My director is allergic to onions, so the staff provided her a version of our meal without onions. Everyone was courteous and nice.

Alex at the 27th floor bar was phenomenal, drinks were prompt, and accurate. Went out of his way to reserve my spot at the bar and also showed upmost professionalism! The Hyatt is a gorgeous location to stay in Denver and all around service is fantastic! Ask for Alex when your looking for a good cocktail! 10/10

Clean hotel, that takes COVID seriously while still providing great staff service. I recommend becoming a member on Hyatt's site before your stay. Because I was a member they upgraded me to a higher floor with a nice mountain view. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Denver.

Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. The staff was not very helpful upon checking in and in two days no one brought towels to the room.
I was impressed with the mountain views from the hot tub.

Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable. We had the king mountain view. It was decent. Would have liked a corner room, but it was still nice to look out. Room service was also good and a fair price. Location was on point and very close to transportation and sites.

Was here for my company party. The catered dinner had small portions and a few of my table mates we skipped over for dessert. Loved that I had a city and mountain view but didn't have to pay extra for it. Unfortunately my hairdryer only worked on the low setting. Overall it was a good stay.

This was a nice clean hotel. The room was nothing fancy, but the lobby bar area and peaks lounge were good trendy places to hang out at. Basic Wi-Fi is free with is nice, but everything else is redicoulously expensive like many hotels. A bottle of water is nearly $4 and a drink will cost you on average $14.

Awesome room service, food was actually great. Valet was way too expensive considering what you re already paying for hotel and a car rental. Check in was friendly and the lounges and cars were clean and had great customer service.

Stayed here on a Sunday-Tuesday business trip in mid July 2017. The hotel is really nice, I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, the gym and pool were top notch, and the view was great too. It all added up to a 5 star experience. I would return to this hotel if given the opportunity, and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice

I may be one of the few people to give a low rating on this hotel. We started at the Drury Inn in Stapleton for 2 days and then snagged a deal on Priceline for one night at the Hyatt Regency. We hoped it would be the highlight of our trip because it was a $459 room on sale for $180... We should have paid another $140 for the Drury. In comparison, the rooms, which were the same configuration but smaller at the Hyatt, had nothing at all extra to offer. The hotel, though grand in it's size, location and entrance, simply failed to up the bar on anything else. As made clear by numerous signs, the Hyatt is not kid friendlyh. The pool, though salt water which is awesome, was worn down and deteriorated in a dark room. A delicious, Free breakfast buffet at the Drury, made this hotel's steep $15 per person breakfast seem insulting and their tiny $7 soup was terrible and uncooked. Parking! $35 per night! This is the highest parking fee we've paid in Denver to date, Drury was totally free. It must be all about location, 15 minutes closer to downtown cost us $110 more for a night and did not deliver.
