I am extremely disappointed with the customer service specifically the housekeeping manager at the Hyatt. I take responsibility for leaving a shal/scarf in my room when I checked out. However, I called as soon as I realized I left it and was already at the airport (about 1 hr later). I told Hyatt exactly what room I had left it in, that I had just checked out and exactly where it was. Instead of receiving a phone call the next day like I was told. I never received a phone call. Called again the next week, I left 2 numbers where I could be reached and never received a call. I get a hold of them today, about 2 weeks later and the housekeeping manager could not find it. So it has just disappeared. It is unfortunate. I will NEVER stay at this location again. My perception is that their is poor customer service, no follow through and my shal/scarf I take responsibility for leaving but was very diligent in trying to get it back was stolen. Extremely saddened by the humanity and lack of diligence at this HYATT location.
