Fairly nice hotel; it is a Hyatt after all. The fitness center and got to are phenomenal. Love Peaks with the view of the city. Rooms are nice enough but the showers are pretty terrible; ours had awful water pressure and it was impossible to turn off the tub faucet. Also, the pillows are awful. They literally folded our pillows in half to make them look bigger.
