Rooms are clean and well appointed. Surprised to see that the Tv's have Chromecast which is really nice if your not a fan of cable TV. Had to remove a star because I preordered breakfast but it never arrived.
Excellent facility. Rooms were nice and spacious. Amazing views of the city! Amenities were very nice, especially the 24-hr coffee/snack shop in the lobby (great idea!). Food was very good, and the servers at the Strata Bar were awesome, especially Corey and Kimberly! Two of the best!! Highly recommend this hotel...will definitely be here again if my travels bring me back to Denver!
Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Right next to the convention center!
I visited a friend at the Hyatt regency. The lobby is immaculate and modern. The hotel is right across the street from the convention center!
Nice hotel. Plenty of food/drinks within walking distance.
Nice, clean room w/comfy bed. City view from 24th floor was amazing. Too bad that it doesn'tt have double queen bed suites.
Great hotel! Just completed our third stay and it just keeps getting better. It is as if they want you to have a great experience while there as opposed to mitigate flaws after the fact. We forgot phone chargers, hair brushes and a few other items. Every time we called to see if the hotel had what we needed, they always said yes! Lifesavers, and the Colorado suite was great.
Stay in a room or use their parking for all day adventures...very affordable and safe.
It was a beautiful place to stay. The hotel met all our needs. We would stay again in a heart beat.
Attended a seminar here in one of the ballroom areas, everything was provided as expected and the hotel is very nice. Soundproofing was good in the ballroom.
Clean, quiet & convenient location. I like being a bit south of 16th street, not as many characters!
It was nice and downtown. Pricey bar but that's expected for a hotel.
Beautiful place. Helpful staff. Clean. Close to all sorts of fun places.
Great place in the heart of Denver's Union Station.
The Collabfest was awesome! Well done, hope it can be there again next year. What a great day!!!
I just spent 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Convention center and had a wonderful stay. From the time I arrived, until I left everyone was very helpful and nice. A special shout out goes to Katie, the server in the lounge. She was awesome, fun, and made me want to come back! I also have to acknowledge the awesome ladies in Starbucks! They were all cheerful and positive, even when the line was very long. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the food was good. Overall a great experience and I will stay there again if I am ever in Denver again.
Was there for a conference and it was top notch. The hotel looked nice but i did not stay there.
Met with a client for coffee at the Starbucks and then had our meeting in the lobby area. Nice open space with comfortable seating.
Wonderful location for any and all conference goers. Also only two blocks off the free buses in the mall, allowing you to travel through the downtown easily. Rooms are standard Hyatt fare. Well appointed, but not especially luxurious. Great on-site food choices and a top floor bar make it easy to spend all your time on-site if desired. Service is very good, also a Hyatt staple
Such a nice place to visit. The people are so friendly and it's right in the middle of the little town. So many cool shops on 16th street that you can visit.
Definitely recommend this place if you're staying in town.
Conference center was well equipt and the quality of the catered breakfast was excellent.
Nice, very professional and helping. Has a great breakfast and restaurants.
Peaks Lounge is worth it just for the view. Food is good, but not great. Staff was very friendly.
Nice rooms and staff. The free parking option is a bit inconvenient but you get what you pay for. Nice bar for drinks and convenient to shopping.
Wonderful hotel and great location! We love staying for the weekend. Nicole and the front desk staff are unbelievable! They always seem to go above and beyond for us!! Thank you!
most of all the decor and staff are always absolutetly '#fabuloys!
smiling: cashiers and staff
Great Hotel with Luxurious decor. Good location for the center and for Denver experience. Rooms could use an upgrade in modern items but better than most hotels.
The staff that you deal with are great. From the valets who took excellent care of my car, the front desk staff and and bell hops. The spa service here was wonderful. Ask for Katelyn or Lindsey for a massage. My wife and I got a couples massage and really enjoyed it. The Peaks Lounge upstairs is really nice and the food is the greatest. If you go to Strata downstairs for a drink, see if Eric is working he takes great care of his guests.
Why only four stars? Housekeeping. The first day they took a very long time to come. They didn't come to clean our room until 4pm. Then the second day they were waking us really early in the morning. There was a stain on the carpet near the bed that made me think they didn't clean after someone vomited on the floor. They didn't take the dirty glasses away and the shower curtain was tattered. When we first arrived there was only decaf coffee in the room. I noticed the freezer in the mini-fridge looked as if it had never been defrosted. I was just disappointed and expected more. I know we only had a Colorado sweet but I really expected better housekeeping from a Hyatt Regency.
Love staying here. The staff seemed a bit rushed and forgot my bags and I had to call vallet. Rooms are clean, restaurant is great. I stay here every year.
Taxi around the building they parked always, never follow city regulation, Hyatt recency hotel SECURITY need to help to remind them.
Close walk to Union station and a very clean lobby and bathroom
Excellent cleanliness and a nice mineral collection. Expensive but service as good as you can expect. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast not in price for room included.
The rooms and staff are fantastic but the location is subpar at best due both to the construction near by and the lack of food options near the hotel.
Lovely stay, convention or vacation. Great location and easy walk to many venues and sights.
Clean and located within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. I didn't feel like it was a great value for the inflated price.
Beautiful hotel and great conference venue. For a large crowd of about 1,000 people it would have been good to have screens in the back of the room as well as the front. The vegetarian "Mac n Cheese" w/mushrooms, brocolini and dried kale lunch was delicious and I'm not a even a vegetarian!
This hotel has it all...location, great prices and lots and lots of amenities. The bar on the top floor (22nd floor?) has amazing views. The bar at the main floor has great drinks. The rooms are spacious and you can beat the location!
Very convenient location, rooms are modern and well furnished.
Got drinks at Peaks Lounge and it was a great view with a great atmosphere!
Perfect hotel to stay in for a holiday because of the staff, location and price
Attended the extreme ownership conference great hotel clean rooms amazing staff. This is a great spot to stay at in Denver. I recommend the porterhouse steak in the restaurant. Had a restful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
I stay at this hotel regularly and it is fantastic. The staff is wonderful, the location is great and the hotel is very clean. Their fitness center is amazing! I've used their spa services which are great as well!
Conference had great food. Room was clean. Staff is friendly. Happy to stay here.
Had lunch there as a gabf volunteer, great food. No complaints.
The cocktails were amazing! Food brilliant! Rene' the host was not so nice for the morning breakfast and seated us by the door when it was snowing and then told us we; my group could not be seated at another table so... we stayed by the cold door and tried to enjoy our breakfast... I think she loved it that we were not comfortable.
If you are going to Colorodo conversion Center this is the place to stay.. Very Satisfied.
Very good service, food at hotel restaurant, Altitude, is a step above the rest, and an all around pleasant stay near the convention center!
The value these people bring to the table is amazing. Nicole and her staff are wonderful.
First they send you an email roughly 24 hours to your check in asking if there is anything else they can do for you before your arrival. I replied, joking about a beat up car and some other humorous stuff (I like to keep it lite) and thanked them for the email but I was all set. When I checked in and arrived at my room I notice cookies and a card. Nicole and her staff had taken the time to personalize and sign a card referencing my email and even took t he time to make a business card that offered one free stop a junk car from being towed. It was classic! AND very appreciated. If you re staying in downtown Denver this is the ONLY place to stay. Thanks for making my weekend. Can t wait to be back!
Bigger upscale locations such as this tend to be very pretentious. The staff here was very helpful. I needed to find out how to get to Coors field and save money on parking. The first guest service person I talked to openly admitted that they dont go to the games or travel downtown much, so rather than give me advice that was not helpful, she helped me track down an employee that she knew would be able to give me "insider, local" information. She did not have to go beyond the customary "you are here, here is where you want to go, follow the map" advice, but she did.
Went to the bar on the upper floors. Was a great view and nice food.
The hotel is located in downtown Denver close to shopping and restaurants. The service was amazing. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Went to Peaks Lounge for Drinks, Service was less than Stellar this time around. Drink was made with rotten cherries. Unacceptable in my opinion when my drink was $21. Service and staff is normally 6 stars, but there was something lacking this particular day.
Staff are always super friendly and respectful, the atmosphere really captures the Coloradan spirit, and it's conveniently placed within a 5 minute walk of restaurants on 16th Street Mall, as well as other scenic areas.
Stayed here for a conference being held across the street. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The location is unbeatable for getting to the convention center.
