The housekeepers wash out the glasses in the bathroom sink ive seen them use cleaner not dish soap, and put them back in its place inside our rooms like its fresh clean and sanitized. I also got a good look at what the housekeepers do to i guess run the clock down. They had a door open i was curious so took a look to see and i could not believe my eyes i guess this hyatt does not care what their employees are really doing, sleeping on the job, so busy on their cell phones they didn't even see me.
