Awesome hotel. Comfy beds. Work party/function that spanned 2 days was a great way to feel faraway yet still at home in denver. If not staying in the hotel, at least go for a drink on the 27th floor at the peaks lounge. Order a fancy cocktail and take in the Super gorgeous views of the city and mountain range.

Nice hotel super close to convention center. Wished they had more seating places in the lobby that is more quiet. They had some live music in the evening but a bit too loud for those trying to have a conversation. Need more seating away from that sound.

Walking distance or short Uber ride to anything and everything you would want to do in downtown Denver. Lovely hotel. Very nice guest rooms. Love the view from the lounge on the 27th(?) floor. Staff generally friendly enough. It's one of our go-to hotels in downtown Denver.

I wasn't impressed! We stayed at the Embassy Suites the night before and that was an AWESOME experience! The Hyatt Place doesn't let you check in until 3:00 p.m. They have no room service, you have to go downstairs and pick it up! They only have valet parking! My friend fell in front of the hotel and twisted her ankle and busted her knee open while getting out our the car in front of the hotel due to something the city put up for bike trail. No one from the hotel tried to assist her or help her even after we notified them. I went to the bar and got bags of ice for her and when I asked the front desk guy for gauze and tape he came back with a tiny piece of gauze and electrical tape! They were also late getting our room ready and they have no hot tub! I will NEVER go back. No microwaves in the rooms either!

Such a beautiful hotel with great front desk personals who are quick to help. Located across mall, so walking distance between bars and restaurants. The bar in lobby was very chill and serve (I believe Virgil) was awesome. Loved it! Room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

I landed in Denver at 8am after a red-eye from DC that had a crying infant aboard. I've arrived at the Hyatt Regency around 9am - 9:15am and the staff allowed me to check into my room so I could sleep for a few hours. That's exactly how you get a lifelong customer, so thank you Hyatt Regency staff!

I had the privilege of attending the 1940s Ball at the Hyatt Regency and the whole atmosphere was wonderful. The workers there were friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was that the price for food was overpriced for what it was.

We haven't stayed in the actual hotel or needed to go to an event there. I always bring my family and friends there who are in town visiting so watch the sunset in Peaks Lounge. They have an amazing Carb Rangoon dip and their drinks are pretty good as well.

No ventilation in rooms except a tiny window. Also, seal was not working on window, so we could hear everything outside. Restaurants in Hyatt are overpriced and have really odd food choices that are not clear. Asked for BBQ chicken salad (that is what it is called) and got a chicken salad sandwich. I couldn't finish it. Pool is tiny and is basically just two swim lanes. Saw many families trying to swim in pool and were basically pushed out by rude guests who came to swim laps. It was awkward. There is a nice big hot tub outside. Front desk was always nice. Valet was very nice and understanding of people who just wanted to visit for an hour or so.

The location is great as it's in the heart of it all in downtown Denver. It's right in the middle of some of the best dining options available, near great places of entertainment one can experience, and just a moment away from Denver's most memorable attractions as well. The rooms here are phenomenal and relaxing. They are comfortable, relaxing, and really feel pampered. Though my personal favorite part about the Hyatt Regency is the bar/dining, all of it does exceed one's expectations.

I am currently here for a convention. Overall, I am extremely happy with my room--it's large and well-appointed. The staff has been amazingly friendly and helpful.

The food in the restaurant is pretty good, not fabulous, but the service is outstanding.

The value for your money is quite high.

My one complaint is regarding Internet service. I was comped the standard version, but opted to pay $3.00/day for the upgraded version. Even hard-wired, the service is VERY SLOW. (2 bars).

My boyfriend and I wanted a nice night away together on valentines day. We got into the room, I touched the counter in the bathroom it felt dirt like some sort of film on it, when I slid m hand across it I had lint all down my finger. At 5 am we were woken up by someone which sounded like in the hall but I'm guessing next door having sex, which seemed not last for a while, while we were trying to sleep. The beds are not comfortable at all, very firm. Then in the am wen were getting ready to leave my boyfriend asked if the socks he found on the floor were mine- no they were not. We threw them in the trash, seriously I felt like that was the last straw will never stay here again. Was the room ever cleaned- was the bed even changed. The guy asked how the stay was all I could do was just give him a look and say ok I guess, wasn't in the mood to go into it. I highly suggest a manager going behind every house keeper and checking the cleanliness of the rooms.

Probably the worst experience i had ever received from a "luxury" hotel, our room package got messed and they fix the problem the way they wanted, we are a family of 5 in a room of 2 beds, call and asked for a small extra one but it was against a rediculous "policy". Do you feel thirsty? What about a $3.50 water bottle, $12 per-day far-parking lot, a closed pool, over priced vending-machine products. Overall, go to Hilton, offers better service almost at the same price, and you can get an extra bed at no extra cost
