For price and location you would think this place would be top-notch. Our bathroom was dirty, shower walls were disgusting. I stayed at a EconoLodge in Grand Junction for 1/3 or the price that was cleaner than this.

I am incredibly happy with this hotel. All the employees are friendly and helpful. And one has even gone beyond her duties to take of my special dietary needs. I have never been treated so well at a hotel.

It is the little things that you really appreciate: humidifier upon request, WSJ down the hall, bath tub with arm rests, and of course stunning views of the city and its surroundings. The downstairs area has the busy feel of a railway station waiting area, great meeting place options.

Beautiful and spacious hotel. Our convention was perfect here. Plenty of Lobby room for registration, and meeting rooms for events. Huge three-story lobby. Very friendly and professional staff.

Went to the restaurant named Altitude, the service was wonderful and the food was great. The short ribs were tender and the veggies were cooked next right. We are planning to make reservations for Christmas since we had such a nice time.

I have become a big fan of Hyatt, mostly for 3 reasons. They all seem very modern and renovated, WiFi works well, and... Google Chromecast! It's amazing being able to watch Sling (live and DVR), Netflix, and YouTube on the room TV. This hotel also had a great bar on the 27th floor. Great ambience. Overall, the place is great. I had to knock off 1 star for the following reasons: 1. The fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. 2. The scaling or resolution of the Chromecast didn't match the TV, so about 15% of the picture was not visible. 3. I paid for the "mountain view" upgrade and got a city view.

This was a very nice place, very affordable, accommodating. Close to everything we had planned on doing easy to check in and out but the parking is a deal breaker. If you ever want to go here I suggest you fly to Denver uber to the hotel because parking is 42.00 $a night or you can pay for a parking lot around the corner for half that every day

Staff was very aloof. We waited 10 minutes for valet and finally had to go in and ask for help at the front desk. When the valet did show up he was not friendly but he did get our car fast. Clean place overall, but the main bar is very noisy.

Very nice hotel, with large lobby and meeting areas. Rooms are spacious, and include in-room safes. It's located in the heart of the Denver downtown scene - within walking distance to most activities. It can be reached by mass transit from the Denver Airport as well.

I stayed here coming in from California for my first day of my vacation and although I was impressed by the service and attentiveness of the Valet, when I was trying to have a cocktail at the bar I was informed that even though a Bar is inherently a place where adults go to have an adult conversation, that was not welcome here. Although I caused ZERO ISSUES and was just trying to have a drink with some fellow travelers that I met, 5 hours after the first encounter at the bar, I was threatened by the Bartender, JT, that I would be kicked out of the hotel for simply being in the bar area.

He ended up calling his hotel manager and security, which I gladly went up and explained the situation to. He even decided that no further action be taken and he suggested I leave a complaint with the Morning Manager, which I will surely do.

If you're looking to go to a nice place in the middle of Denver and want to get SHAMED and BERATED by the service staff, this is the place for you. I HIGHLY REGRET BOOKING THIS VIA HOTWIRE

Stayed there for one night and woke up with red spots all over my body! Told the lady at the front desk and she pulled me away so no one would hear. I thought it was cleaned but obviously it wasn t! Found out that they were bed bug bites! Would never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone.

I came here to volunteer for AHA. This hotel is very upscale and modern. There's a full service bar and cafe. It's very nice. If I was visiting Colorado and needed a close stay in the Downtown area I'd book a room here.

Everything you'd expect from a Hyatt Regency. Pretty lobby, standard room, nice staff, and if you're going to a convention, awesome location. Can't beat a walk across the street. And it's just a block from the nice 16th st outdoor mall.

The overall hotel was in a great location right downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't all that impressed with the room. The toilet ran constantly and It was pretty annoying. In my opinion the holiday inn express has nicer rooms. The two things Hyatt has going for it is the view from our room on the 31st floor and it's location right downtown.

Yes that was good. My job drags me all over the world and the standard boring luxury is about the same everywhere. This Hyatt feels more relaxed than usual, which I really appreciate. I also had the luck to see some snow, which made me feel like home in Northern Europe.

Excellent hotel in all aspects with easy access to the Colorado Convention Center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The baked chicken and Thai Shrimp Salad at the Altitude restaurant were both very good. The staff at the Regency Club are exceptional and the breakfast offering is far superior to that at either the Sheraton or Westin. The common areas are large with ample seating and the entire facility is spotless. I hope to be attending more conferences in Denver to be able to avail myself of the Hyatt Regency again!

All around great hotel with all the amenities that even locals can enjoy.

I have not had the opportunity to stay, but I have worked from my computer in the lounge area during the day on many occasions (bring your own coffee) and visited Peaks Lounge in the evening to catch the view (one of Denver's best kept secrets).

I look forward to finding a reason to stay, but I live within walking distance!

Such an amazing staff and best hotel experience I have gotten in a long time. Always super helpful and knowledgeable. The city views are def worth the upgrade. Go to the lounge on the 27th floor. The view is breathe taking. Highly suggest this hotel and will stay again!

We stopped in to the Peaks Lounge on the 27th for for a quick drink. We arrived just as they opened so we were some of the first customers for the day. Service was great - very friendly. And the views up there are pretty amazing!

Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Bed was a little stiff to our liking but the room was very well kept. Bathroom was very clean as well which was a plus! Most amenities were closed due to COVID (the restaurant, the pool, etc.) But overall this was a great hotel for what we needed. And my boy Chuck will take good care of you upon arrival! Will definitely stay here again

Hyatt regency is across the street from the convention center and walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. The service at Hyatt regency was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel with really awesome meeting spaces. We had a get-together here where we came and socialize had appetizers and drinks. The appetizers were actually really good. And the hotel staff was on top of everything. My only knock against the Hyatt was that the drinks were super expensive. $12 for Coors Light really?

I stayed here during Thanksgiving week, I came to Denver alone to be with my son for the holiday, some times its hard for me in public places because I don't hear well, this hotel was extremely accommodating. Adrian, the Regency club manager was such a great help to me, finding my way around town, giving advice on local eateries and making me feel at home away from home. I love the RC because its a great spot to have a glass of wine at the end of the day without being in a bar.The food is always amazing and beautifully presented. As a single middle aged woman with a hearing issue, it was great to be at a hotel that really takes care of their guest.
