Everything was wonderful, the supreme scream elevator was intense!
Everything was wonderful, the supreme scream elevator was intense!
I'm here for beerfest and I was expecting big but I am shocked at how huge this beerfest is. So many different beers and breweries.
The Peaks Lounge on the 20th floor has great views!
I ate at the restaurant, and I have to say it was delicious! The staff were very nice and attentive making the time there great. My only complaints are the lack of selections for food, and the price. There were only 2 or 3 things I would've wanted from the menu. Then the item I got was delicious, but was a pretty small portion.
Hyatt Regency is right across the street from the Convention Center. It is also within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food to chose from.
Nice view! Awesome employees! Clean and fast check in & out. Close to everything! Wish they let ppl use their Balcony tho.
Ate in the restaurant GTEAT food, lots of service help, slow after getting meal.
Great service and clean big rooms. Our room had a great view of the city. Location good, lots to do at a walking distance.
Attended colab fest 2018. Great set up to get in and move around the festival. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and attentive.
Only stayed a night here, but I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel. The level of opulence suggests your stay will be comfortable and might make you feel like royalty (unless you're used to it), but the cheery disposition and friendly nature of the staff lets you know you're right at home. I did not get a chance to peruse all of the amenities, but every part of the hotel was clean, tidy, and impressive.
A nice typical Hyatt hotel. I liked the fact they have many young staff members, as in under 25 or so.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Unbelievable views of the mountains. Very good in room Wi-Fi.
Very friendly staff and great location! Walking distance to all the downtown attractions. Love the coffee shop in the lobby with tons of great on the go drinks and snacks.
I like this hotel. Sultan at the front desk was great. Hope she gets promoted!
Awesome hotel with amazing staff. Excelent little restaurant near the lobby with amazing food. Also beautiful bar way upstairs with a beautiful view.
High-end hotel feeling through and through with a great lobby/bar and super comfortable luxurious beds for a really affordable price! It's also right in the middle of all the action in Denver; we could walk everywhere. We'd definitely stay here again!!
The most elegant place I've ever been besides the Brown Palace
The Hyatt is a very nice looking hotel with a grand entrance. A bit hard to find parking that isn't valet. The interior is well-kept and the 3rd floor convention area is contemporary and easy to navigate. Definitely a nice place to visit
I do corporate events here and have never stayed in a room here before hope their nice
I have enjoyed the Christmas Day brunch here for five years. The food is delicious and the service is very good. The selection is great. Although the price was raised in 2016 it is still worth it. It is hard to find a place open on Christmas and this is a consistently superb meal every year.
Smart hotel with friendly service. Everything is in place as it should be. In downtown Denver which is great for a tourist
All staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating.
Good hotel and great location. It's a bit ridiculous that you have to pay for parking as an overnight guest though.
One of the best locations. Great rooms, decent food. Bang opposite the convention center.
Comfy hotel, great cafe and marketplace, great staff
Very clean, very helpful staff, small but comfortable rooms. Great experience.
Fantastic property, great gym, rooftop outdoor hot tub and the staff is great
The Peaks Lounge at the Hyatt Regency is a lounge with incredible views. The feeling of the lounge is perfect after a stressful day at work. The service was wonderful.
The rooms are nice, perfect location next to the convention center. Former Saint (Restaurant in hotel) is hands down amazing. Angel behind the bar cooking the omlets can handle a line of 15 people and make it look easy! Also i have never had better service then i had today for Maliku, Your glass will never be empty,he will make you laugh and feel very comfortable like you are a regular! Thanks Maliku!
I came for a job interview .. I notified when I arrived at the reception .. I was here 30 minutes earlier .. my interview was for 10 and nobody showed up. disappointing
I booked a room long in advance for a king bed And upon arrival they recognized that but said they were out and put me in a double queen. I don t book a room because I want to be put wherever. Now it isn t the end of the world, it s still a bed, but what is the purpose of a reservation than. Had a room to go to so that s more than zero stars and it s ok. A little disappointed with Hyatt s lately.
Very clean and spacious facility. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very helpful staff and conveniently located. Good for families, convention attendees and business travelers alike.
A nice hotel with some great views and a bar overlooking the mountains.
Very nice hotel. Conference rooms with Windows, excellent food.
Nice hotel 2ith a lot of amenities. The gym and spa was very nice and its located near a lot of stores and restaurants.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The elevator system was adequately thought out and resultingly speedy.
Service and food were okay, nothing special. The view was amazing!
For how expensive this place is I would go elsewhere.
Great facilities, excellent location, food was excellent & staff was courteous.
Everything at the hotel was very nice. The only bad pay I'd being there is that I got extremely cold. For part of the evening we were at reception on the 36th floor. There were vents blowing a lot of cold air (in December) near the windows. It was cold enough that people wouldn't sit in the path of the blowing air, and the rest room was very cold as well.
Great Hotel very clean room and well trained staff highly recommend place to stay
The rooms were nice. The staff was rather pleasant, but you can't check in till 4 pm, which is quite late. I was able to haggle one of the front desk reps to get us in a little earlier, but be weary of this appalling checkin time.
My main issue with the Hyatt was their sneaky little $50 valet fee I found on my credit card after I came home. NONE of this was disclosed to us via Travelocity, front desk, or event the valet themself. This seems like horrible business etiquette and the reason I rated them like I did. On top of that, the front desk clerk was rude when I tried to ask her about the fee. Typical response was that it was posted on their site somewhere and they would have disclosed that fee to me if I had asked....lol. How do you ask about a fee that you're not aware of?
Anyways, I filed a chargeback with my CC company and hope that they not only incur the reversal charge, but also the chargeback fee that comes along with it. I won't be staying with these guys again. Seems like they try and "nickel and dime" you to death.
I felt very comfortable at the Hyatt Regency in Denver, and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It's in a great location with many options close by for eating and shopping. The most important thing was my room, which was very clean and inviting. I plan to stay at the Denver Hyatt Regency when I return.
The room was gorgeous, very comfortable bed, great amenities, front desk staff was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great experience overall.
Wonderful experience. Great staff, cozy clean room. Lots of amenities, including one of the best hotel fitness centers I have ever been in.
Beautiful hotel. Drinks and food are extremely expensive and highly taxed. Eat and drink elsewhere, but good place to stay.
Great views great customer service everything went smoothly like it should.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and have all the needed amenities.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well serviced by the hotel. I didn't have a great view of the mountains but a passable one of the 5th floor terrace. I was offered the options to switch rooms for my second night, but I forgot the next day and stayed in my room. I travelled for a business conference that was not held at the hotel but a short walking distance away. I would definitely stay here again. The concierge had great resturants recommendations.
We only stayed for a night, but really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was very helpful, self parking was a breeze, and the room was comfortable. Definitely check out the Peaks Lounge for some amazing views of Denver and the Front Range.
The lobby is clean and has what seems to be a fairly nice restaurant and a coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffee.
Nice place to stay. Also little cheap as it's not in Denver.
The experience our Chamber had at the Hyatt was amazing. Their staff is top notch and easy to work with us on all of our needs for one of our largest membership events we have each year.
Nice view of the city. Seating with tables and couches as well. Friendly staff.
On par with the 4 seasons! Similar cost. went on a mini-moon and they were great.
Only complaint, the pool area closes at 10.
Amazing food and drinks, super comfy bed and perfect location!!!
Loved it! My wife and I went for a stay-cation and had a great time. EVERYONE there was so kind and respectful. We are definitely going back and we are not waiting 7 years this time!
The staff are courteous, respectful, and helpful. They genuinely care about helping you have an amazing time, and they really know their stuff. The bar is also really well done.
Common areas are nice. Rooms weren't at as high a standard as I'm used to with Hyatt.
