Beautifully kept, friendly staff, and close to great dining, shopping, and public transit.
Beautifully kept, friendly staff, and close to great dining, shopping, and public transit.
Had a,wonderful stay at this hotel. Right by the convention center and not far from shopping and restaurants.
Outstanding service and clean, quiet rooms. We purchased the Hyatt Regency lounge package and it was well worth it.
Excellent stay! Wonderful, clean, well appointed room, very friendly and helpful staff! This was the view from my room ...
Why isnt wifi free? I hate how its like they beg for change every chance they get. Do they employ any
My husband and I are in town for a wedding. This hotel was easy to find from the airport and it was clean with lots of close amenities.
Romance package was so great that we booked a second night. The price was the best of any we tried to book. 2 drinks at the bar with an appetizer, free valet parking and use of limousine!
The service was really good. The rooms were nice and the location was good.
Very upscale and nice hotel. The convention staff was great!
Love the Hyatt. Beautiful inside and has a closed in rooftop bar and restaurant. Beautiful views of the city.
Valet Was Exelent, The Attendent that took my car noticed I needed handicap accessible! And without asking questions he said I'll take care of you! Other than writing my name down wrong he was the best! The Young lady at the Front desk answerd all my questions professional and kindly!
Everyone I encountered at the Hotel was very nice and professional! I will be back!
Lovely rooms with good views on the upper floors and very friendly staff. Good location.
Nice rooms, staff is great and its right in the middle of the 16th St Ped Mall
I have yet to stay here, but during an event at the convention center I probably ate here six times over 3 days. The service is great, strong internet connection, the happy hour had great deals, and the tortilla soup is a great choice.
Upon check in when we requested a cart so we could have contact free entry we were denied by the bell hop and the manager. When we are trying to stay safe this should be an option for the Hyatt World Member.
Hotel was great! Friendly staff, clean, modern furnishings, great views and very Central to a lot of stuff downtown. Overnight parking was a little higher than expected ($35) but if we'd planned better we could have parked elsewhere for cheaper.
Great location for going to early meeting at The Colorado Convention Center. Comfortable room with warm welcome and very tasty breakfast buffet
One of my best hotel stays. The staff was well informed and kind. After a delay I arrived at 2am- and they were fantastic and helpful. I seriously appreciate their kindness and the rooms were so nice!
Went for Winter Ball, had drinks and food at first floor restaurant. Restaurant had a Good drink selection and we both had beer we hadn't had before. Waiter was super attentive. Food was too ritzy for us. We were looking for something simple to snack on but nothing appealed to us. Putine with duck confit. Bone marrow. A selection of cheese curds. 9 dollar simple salad.
Provides a lovely meeting space, with delicious catering and friendly staff.
Hyatt Regency Denver is the best hotel I ve ever stayed with. True it has very good food and unusual lap pool. But these are not the best part - it has the most amazing staff.
I unfortunately broke my ankle on my 2nd day during a hike. I then had a 3-day conference ahead of me which was no fun at all on crutches. I have to say, things could ve been much tougher without the help from Hyatt Regency Denver s staff.
Many times when a staff saw me, s/he would stop and offer for help. I can tell from their eyes that they were very sincere.
Special thanks to Heather on the 3rd floor meeting concierge. When she saw me crutch between meeting sessions, she thought for me and let me borrow the wheelchair and that was a lifesaver!
Jarod Flores at Bellman brought me Biofreeze and other medical supplies to help with my injure. He also left me with his business card and told me to call when needed.
Security Officer Crystal Mascarenas helped me and rolled me to the conference room and also left me with her business card.
Thank you so much, Hyatt Regency Denver! With all these kindness and thoughtfulness my stay became much less rough than it had been. I am so glad I booked this hotel and definitely will come back next time visiting Denver.
Good location. Nice spacious lobby with lots of comfy seating. Has bar and 24-hr coffee shop. Fitness room has all the necessities. Has outdoor hot tub. You can check-in online, and avoid the check-in line. There's a key dispenser for web check-ins.
No complaints about this stay. Rooms were great. Close to convention center and a lot of nightlife
Whenever we stay in the city - this is where we stay!
I was there for a 1940s Christmas ball, but the space was huge and very nice.
As a Thespian staying for Thescon I love how accommodating the Hyatt is for us. The Hyatt is and at this point will forever be the best hotel for events at the convention center and even for visiting Denver itself.
We had some drinks and apps at Peaks Lounge before seeing Steve Martin and Martin Short at the Convention center and enjoyed it.
I stayed at 33rd floor mountain facing view. The view was awesome it has exhilarating city view at night and mountain view at day time. Apart from that it has a pool and hot tub which I used all 8 days i stayed at Hyatt Regency.
We stayed here because of it's convenient location when some friends and I attended Comic Con at the Convention Center across the street from the hotel. We were greeted warmly by the valet staff and were impressed by the lobby and amenities. Our problems began when we checked in. They booked our reservation under the wrong name and the man who completed our check in acted like it was our fault that this happened, treating me like I was stupid, which obviously was a problem. Our room was not what was expected considering the price I paid for it. It was overpriced, considering I've paid a quarter of the price(literally, as it turns out) and got twice the room. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the parking was convenient and the location is just as great, but it's overpriced and some of the staff is rude. I'd like to say I'd stay again, but I'd rather not.
Front desk staff was helpful and professional. Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't misplaced my pre shipped package. They found it within a couple of hours but....
When we arrived it was exactly what we expected and saw online. Nice rooms, exceptional staff with great customer service and overall great customer satisfaction. We look forward to staying here again when we come to Denver. Lots of local shops and restaurants, and a great breakfast in the morning.
Excellent hotel and service. Rooms were clean and stylish.
The Hyatt Regency was accessible from the 16th Street bus service and offered a great location to the mall and convention center.
Love the large size and beautiful lobby! Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and great views. Love that their restaurant Altitude offers healthy and delicious food choices! Will definitely return!
Was clean and roomy. Staff was nice and room service was good food.
The place was clean, and had a good meeting space with a good sound system.
Great location. Very firm bed....not a plus in my opinion but some people like that. Service was wonderful!!!
First room we were given had not been cleaned, with such little oversight it made me a little sceptical of how clean the second room they gave us was. They did remove the 10 dollar upgrade fee we had paid.
Kind staff, close to the public transit and spotting distance from the event center. What more could you want!?
Room 1424: The tub spout is broken when you attempt to pull the spout for a shower. Doesn't block the water and makes a terrible noise.
Very friendly staff, nice beds, great views..... and no free coffee... besides that my stay was great. The lounge is amazing !
I am a world of Hyatt member and travel weekly for work. I mainly stay at Hyatts while traveling. My nephew recently got married and I booked him for his wedding night at the Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center. The manager James Smith sent me a standard email asking if he could do anything for me. I have never responded to these messages but this time I did. I let him know that it was my nephews wedding night so if there was anything special that he could do that would be great. He emailed back saying he would take care of them. Take care of them he did!! He put them in the top floor suite and gave them late checkout so they could have their massage. This type of customer service you do not see often and it was defiantly unexpected. But this gesture made for an amazing wedding night for my nephew and for that I am grateful! Thank you again...
Great customer service! Thank you for your hospitality! Great communication with the staff before arriving and after checking out!!
Very nice building. Was surprised to see the hotel bar wasn't open in the afternoon.
Comfortable stay. Wish the AC were cooler, but staff was friendly.
Rooms are nice. Had some difficulty with the reservation, but the front desk was helpful.
The hotel is very clean with a supportive staff for the customer.
Nice hotel. The bar on 27th floor has amazing views
This hotel is overall a really solid option. The rooms are in great condition, the lobby is huge with plenty of places to work, and the cafe downstairs is clutch in the mornings. If you're here for something at the convention center, you can't get any closer.
That being said, this place seems to be in the middle of a culinary wasteland. After a long day of meetings, conferencing, conventioning, or whatever you're up to, there are times when you really don't want to have to get into an Uber to go foraging for food. You're left with the following options: hotel food, Bubba Gump Shrimp, Ruth's Chris, or about 3 other options that will leave you wondering whether people from Denver have taste buds. During winter, the walkable radius shrinks, leaving you with even less options.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Additionally, the restaurant at the ground level had really good food. Only a walk across the street to the convention center.
Great hotel for the convention centre. Good gym, pool and facilities.
Overall a nice location. Central to downtown. Rooms are so/so, there are definitely new and better Hyatts.
Nice rooms, nice location. Close to the convention I am attending.
Bad service all day without electricity 5 times we warned about the problem and it took a whole day to fix it, the toilet bowl spills the urine under the cup dirty carpet room 2012 bad experience, I stayed the 30 days and March 31 for the day April 1 2018 leave room not recommended if you touch this room.
Beautiful hotel, i so peoples waching sky, like peoples which awaiting for comets Halkey on the sky
Great staff! They have gone above and beyond expectations. Will never choose any other hotel chain. The rooms are super clean and child friendly. Food was amazing. The Regency is located with a perfect view of the mountains and very close to shopping.
The hotel was wonderful but I paid $31 for roughly 5 hours of parking. Parkers beware.
Right next convention center for follow-up meetings.
The best hotel I've seen now very large excellent service very good food I recommend it although it is a little lagos but it is worth to go the comfort is luxury although it is very expensive but someday I will also be difficult because I am foreign but it does not matter ........
I generally really enjoy Hyatt locations, but the staff was fairly rude to me and my party until the day we checked out. Guess I'll stay elsewhere next time I find myself in Denver.
I always have fun st this hotel! It has great bars, great amenities and even better staff! Enjoy your stay!!
We actually just had drinks at the Pikes Peak Lounge. The view and atmosphere are amazing here. Great place to grab drinks for a special occasion.
The rooms were very nice and the Regency Club for globalists was exceptional. Computerized check in process did not go at all as advertised. Keys were finally available 3 hours after promised, but the staff was very apologetic and did all they could to make things right the rest of my stay.
I have been here to go to the bar area after work. The food is awesome! However, there seems to need some organization and more help in the bar. It looked like a three ring circus yesterday afternoon. It was fun to watch but somewhat embarrassing. They looked like they had never been there before. LOL
Nice gym, room, lobby, service, pool... the list goes on. Check out the view from the restaurant 30 some floors up. Thought I had a pic but can't find it :/
Had drinks at the Peaks Lounge on the 27th floor. Great views of the city and sunset. Would recommend!
Attended the Craig Hospital 2017 PUSH gala event, drinks, appetizers, dinner, and the were staff are fantasic!
Good space for a convention, including several hundred people. Some of the temporary walls used to subdivide spaces for separate breakout sessions did not suppress sound well enough, but workable.
Excellent from beginning to end. Great room service. New rooms. Beautiful view of Denver.
Omg. We got upgraded to a king suite and this place was gorgeous!! I only dropped the rate to a 4 as we had to pay for parking.. but just make sure they attach parking to your card!!
Excellent property! The concierge floor made travel much easier. Staff were OUTSTANDING!
Comfortable rooms. In downtown Denver where you can walk to everything. Lyfts and Ubers are easily available. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Great service, clean rooms and perfect central location!
Visited for an event- beautiful venue for the occasion.
If aliens came to Earth, and were challenged to make chicken soup without seeing, touching, tasting, or smelling it, I imagine that it would substantially resemble the bowl of soup that I was served last night by room service. If you enjoy food that was grown in a laboratory, this is your place!
Rooms are nice and very accommodating for our convention!
So far so good. Staff very friendly. Easy navigating. Convenient.
It was a great location!!! Parking was kind of bad. But the room awesome! Beautiful TV and the shower was awesome as well!!!! The people at the front desk were great and very helpful and nice. Overall it was a great time
Prime location, great view from the room. The breakfast buffet is a complete experience.
Updated! I was contacted by the manager and they have addressed all my concerns and complaints. Nicole the manager has made it right and I sincerely appreciate her response and acknowledgement of the issues I had.
Previous review: Iwill leave this in an actual review on Google maps and Yelp as well but I had told the people when I made the reservation that I wanted a room on a higher level to overlook the city as best as possible but they stuck us on the 16th floor. I proposed to my now fiance earlier this day and had a couple's massage planned for 15 minutes after check in however when we arrived (we were 5 minutes early) they said the room wasn't ready which since we were a bit early was fine. The lady at the front desk said they would call me when it was ready and they just needed a supervisor to check the room so it would just be a couple minutes. We waited 20 minutes until eventually I went back up to the desk and asked what was happening since at this point we were already late for our couples massage and they were calling me saying noone was in the room and they were going to cancel the massage. So the lady at the front desk said "oh, they never called you" and then finally gave us the keys. We got up into the room 20 minutes late and had to rush to get ready for the massages. By the time they were done setting up and we got to start the massage we had already wasted 15 minutes of time I already paid for on the massages. And then to make matters worse there were half eaten and spit out sunflower seed shells on the ground so obviously whoever had to "check the room" didn't do a very good job. The half eaten seed shells spit onto the ground in our so called suite just made the whole room feel disgusting. So in the end the view was mediocre, they cost me 15 minutes worth of a very expensive massage and the room wasn't even clean. Not happy at all given that it was the day I proposed to my girlfriend of 6 years and it was supposed to be special and perfect and was besides our experience with Hyatt and the room we stayed in.
The amenities are great. The beds are a little firm for my liking. Pillows were fluffy and soft. The staff here is amazing and cater to the guests. The spa is amazing and gave great massaging really relaxing. This hotel was a great jumping off spot to explore the whole city. Really wonderful place to experience denver!
It was an Arc. Thrift Gala, there was silent auction, and a fund raiser/ donation. It was very well put together and the food was excellent. The staff was great and very friendly. Very well put together and well organized!
