I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitity at Hyatt, the service was amazing, the conversations were brilliant, and the amenities were too notch. Not a question was asked, pertaining to the surrounding attractions, that were not promptly and politely addressed!

Hyatt Regency Denver is a great place to stay, especially if you are attending a conference or event at the Convention Center. I attended the Digital Summit Denver held at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House and although the map made it look like a long walk, it was surprisingly close! Plus, you get to walk right by the big blue bear!

The hotel is a very well-maintained older hotel and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My bed was comfortable, bathroom serviceable, and there are plenty of eating options in the hotel. If you're skittish about being out after dark (as I am), this is a major plus.

This is also a SUPER easy get-to from the Denver Airport. Take the light-rail from the airport to Union Station, then board the free 16th street mall bus. The bus drops you about a block from the hotel...right at a Starbucks!

Be forewarned though, if you are afraid of heights/elevators, request a lower level room. I was on the 26th floor and I swear I think that bay of elevators free-falls from 22 to about 5. Kind of fun if you like the old Tower of Terror/new Guardians of the Galaxy ride at Disney, but not for the elevator averse.

Excellent experience. Good buffet, very friendly hotel staff with very good directions to the tourist. Something very good is that they have a shop inside the hotel where they sell coffee, sandwiches and salads ... even fruit. Good location very close to the Capitol and 20 minutes walking distance from Union Station. Minimarket one block away and many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the very crowded 16th Street. Service was great, they had forgotten one set of towels but fixed the issue immediately. The lobby and environment was very nice, and there is a 24/7 coffee shop downstairs if you ever need a beverage or a snack. The room is what you would typically expect of a hotel of this caliber, however the rest of the experience was fantastic.

We are local and needed a little getaway, this hotel did not disappoint! It was amazing, we felt like we were in a different state/country for 2 days! Nice clean rooms, amazing staff, great food and beverage selection! We recommend for in and out of state visitors! In the heart of downtown so you can walk anywhere and dont need to drive or uber!

I attended an awards dinner at the Hyatt. Their banquet room was really nice, the tables were decorated well. My only complaint was that there was a lot of stuff on the tables (silverware, plates, etc.) made it difficult to even set a glass down. The food was good. The chicken served was a little bland, but otherwise good. All the other food was great. Servers were friendly. I would attend another event here.

This hotel amazes me in every way. Customer service is perfect, interior design will blow you away, the views are awesome of downtown Denver, and you'll never want to leave. This is my first choice for a special night when I want a hotel with a modern, urban, and elegant feel.

Room service was expensive but excellent. View from the room was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet enough, but the refrigerator was weirdly loud (we just unplugged it).

This hotel is extremely tall, don't be shocked if you end up on the 30th floor or higher. Thankfully the elevators are fast and plentiful.

Location is very convenient to anything in downtown.

Great location, clean, and room was comfortable in every way. I wasn't impressed by some of the front desk staff, and receptionist at the gym/spa. Had an attitude when we checked in, and the chunky receptionist up at the gym/spa glared at us. Hire friendly people who smiles and a fit receptionist up at the gym/spa

Clean, well located, reasonably priced for an extended weekend. Breakfast was very good and priced accordingly to similar hotels. Common areas are nice, but rooms could use a face lift. Service is impeccable, as always at Hyatts.

UPDATE: After returning home, I noticed an itch inside my left ear that would not stop. I went to my internist who after a couple of easy questions, explained to me that I had caught bed bugs from the pillow at the hotel! I sleep on my left side so there! Never again will go to a Hyatt. Beware!

I was very happy with my stay here, the food and drink options were on par with my expectations or better. I had an issue with my room key after checking in and my valet parking was comped as a result without me even asking. Definitely great customer service at the Hyatt! The location is also awesome and within safe walking distance to tons of shopping and great restaurants.

Nice location downtown, though there's currently construction. I'm not sure about parking as I didn't drive there. Large lobby, and options for meals and snacks inside and out down the road on 16th street. Comfortable and clean rooms with a nice layout.

Very nice stay so far. Good bar down in the lobby and everyone is friendly, even when we first arrived we have been asked if anything is needed. The rooms are standard and clean and depending on the room you probably have a great view as well.
