The location is very convenient to shopping, eateries and other hotels. The lobby was very accommodating and there was a Starbucks and bar. The rooms are large and spacious but the bathrooms left a little to be desired.

The building inside and out as well as the room was amazing. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the city and places to visit. Now the bad: it wasn't until AFTER we booked the room, did they send an email stating the spa, room service, and everything else was closed due to Covid-19. Its understandable that they are closed, but they should alert possible patrons that those specific facilities were not in service.

The rooms were clean; however, the thermostat did not work properly. The worse part of the stay was the staff. On a girls trip there is going to be a bit of laughing, nothing crazy and certainly nothing to warrant a nasty visit from the hotel staff at 11pm. He wasn't even friendly, polite or nice.

Stayed at numerous hotels at/near 16th atreet...there are so many better options than this one.

Phenomenal hotel with great dining options while being located only a couple of blocks from the downtown walking mall. Regency club members be sure to take advantage of the view/appetizers throughout the day/night.

I understand that this Hyatt location is at the Convention Center and maybe they cater to more business travelers needs, this being said we will not be staying here again.

I chose this hotel for my 40th birthday as a treat for us to stay a night and have some fun. I asked for a king sized bed and walked into a room with two doubles, when I called the desk they were all apologies but didn't have a king room available for us. The clerk credited $20 to our room for this, which doesn't even cover one day of parking at this hotel ($28 to self park and $32 for valet)..... $20 really??? A manager of sorts called back shortly after this and again was all apologetic, but offered nothing more, I asked him if we could have more towels in the morning around 9 and he said "Of course". By 9:45 the next day there were no towels, only a maid knocking to clean our room, but she didn't speak enough English to give us a few of the stack of towels and she left for the next room.
I don't expect them to give away the farm for a mistake, but they really seemed to have the attitude of "well, we already have your money, so suck it up and make the best of it".

Overall I was not impressed, we did make the best of it because we were together, but we definitely wish we would have been together at a different hotel, or for that matter spent the money on a TV for the bedroom and chilled at home where we could have at least cuddled in one bed and ordered food to the house.

Speaking of ordering food; if you choose to order room services please read all the fine print, not only do they charge you $3 to DELIVER ROOM SERVICE (as if there was an option to go and get it yourself) but they include a 21% service charge that includes gratuity. They were nice enough to include the option to give your delivery person (that you were charged $3 for) an additional gratuity on the receipt. Really????

We took our 12 year old to an Embassy Suites and had a better time for her birthday than I did for mine, oh yes, for less than 1/3 of the cost. Lesson learned, we will not be making this mistake again.

I know its a convention hotel, but this is a nice property. The bar is cool and the common areas really inviting and fun. Rooms are great as well. I usually avoid the large hotels that are part of the convention center scene, but this one breaks the mold.

This is a wonderful hotel! It is located right next to the 16th Street Mall and the Convention Center. The hotel was extremely clean and upscale - the staff was extremely kind and welcoming and really made us feel valued. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. We hope to visit again soon!

One tip - there is only one jacuzzi and we found it to be very busy with children in the evening - if you have your heart set on a soak, go in the morning.

Excellent hotel really clean and nice rooms. Just wish they had microwaves in the rooms. At least Target is nearby so you can get some food to put in the mini refrigerator, because room service is way to expensive.

If you are going to stay here, think again and stay at the Hyatt Place 1 block away. Much nicer and a lot better value. This one was expensive, did not include breakfast, could not even park on the garage because it was full from the Sportsman s Expo and RV Show. Our room also smelled like sewage and it took 2 hours to get moved to a different room. We stayed at the Hyatt Place a block away last month and the experience was much more enjoyable.

I was there for a business meeting with my partners. We had a room and whenever we needed something it was ready by the door in no time. Love that place for any business meetings, plus there is a coffee shop on the bottom.

Room was great, food at Altitude dining was good, water in the lobby was refreshing (and flavored), staff was very courteous, was within walking distance to convention center, FreeMallTransit, and many great eateries.

Doing renovations during the day and sounds like jack hammers above your room!! Best avoid this hotel if you want to do any work in your room during the day. Even if they were not charging super premium rates this would not be acceptable. Have no idea how long the renovations will be in progress....

Visited here as during a conference. Proximity to the convention center is, of course, very nice. Additionally the food was wonderful and the facilities were clean and appealing. The only problem I had was that one of the conference rooms had not been cleaned up from the previous group for one of my meetings and was not cleaned for nearly 20 minutes after the meeting was meant to start.

Restaurants are over-priced and have an odd food selection. Pool was tiny. Hot tub outside was great. Large. Views from room are breathtaking. Biggest complaint: ventilation in room is not great. There is no switch in the bathroom and only a tiny window.

I had dinner last weekend at the newly renovated "Staint" restaurant in the Hyatt in Denver. I was so impressed! It is beautiful!
The granite and marble design of the tables, booths, bar, restaurant, kitchen and sitting area were beautifully done. The copper pipes were unique and beautiful. Very classy restaurant.

It is what I have come to know as a standard of high quality. The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of Denver next to the DCPA and the convention center. Rooms are spacious and clean and amenities are immense.

I attended a three day event but did not stay overnight. The catering was well above average, and the staff were very responsive. The meeting rooms are tall, attractive and functional. The location is very Central to the majority of downtown attractions.
