Located near the Colorado Convention Center. Very nice hotel with all the amenities you could want.
The location is very convenient to shopping, eateries and other hotels. The lobby was very accommodating and there was a Starbucks and bar. The rooms are large and spacious but the bathrooms left a little to be desired.
The building inside and out as well as the room was amazing. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the city and places to visit. Now the bad: it wasn't until AFTER we booked the room, did they send an email stating the spa, room service, and everything else was closed due to Covid-19. Its understandable that they are closed, but they should alert possible patrons that those specific facilities were not in service.
I used to Work at The Grand Hyatt Hotel 12 years ago --- Was an Engineer II so I can vouch for The New Hyatt Regency that was built after I worked for the Grand Hyatt Regency
Awesome location, beautiful interior design, great bar and dining in the lobby
The rooms were clean; however, the thermostat did not work properly. The worse part of the stay was the staff. On a girls trip there is going to be a bit of laughing, nothing crazy and certainly nothing to warrant a nasty visit from the hotel staff at 11pm. He wasn't even friendly, polite or nice.
Stayed at numerous hotels at/near 16th atreet...there are so many better options than this one.
Lovely atmosphere, clean rooms, central to downtown Denver
The rooms are nice and the location can't be beat. Peaks Lounge on the 27th floor provides an amazing view of the city and mountains.
Phenomenal hotel with great dining options while being located only a couple of blocks from the downtown walking mall. Regency club members be sure to take advantage of the view/appetizers throughout the day/night.
Location to the convention center is great. Plenty of restaurants in the area, lots to see.
There for a convention. They seemed very organized and on top of things. I was very impressed with the interior design of the environment.
I worked in this place November 03 , 2017 to July 31 , 2018. I promise you It's a very nice place to work. It's was like my second home. The people are so nice and friendships. My manager BRANDI BROOKS , she's very very good person. The two supervisor Lury and Ryan... Very fun person.... I definitely recommend this place. All of the staff are super. I leave this place cause of my moving... I miss you guys....
Nice hotel with wonderful mountain views. Worth the upcharge of $10.
Great experience. Sultan at the front desk was awesome!!!
Nice hotel. Very convenient location. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice bar. Delicious breakfast buffet
Lovely place to hold an event. Great location for downtown nightlife too!
Staff was friendly and the view from the bar was amazing
Beautiful place with amazing staff. Went to an event here and it was perfect.
I understand that this Hyatt location is at the Convention Center and maybe they cater to more business travelers needs, this being said we will not be staying here again.
I chose this hotel for my 40th birthday as a treat for us to stay a night and have some fun. I asked for a king sized bed and walked into a room with two doubles, when I called the desk they were all apologies but didn't have a king room available for us. The clerk credited $20 to our room for this, which doesn't even cover one day of parking at this hotel ($28 to self park and $32 for valet)..... $20 really??? A manager of sorts called back shortly after this and again was all apologetic, but offered nothing more, I asked him if we could have more towels in the morning around 9 and he said "Of course". By 9:45 the next day there were no towels, only a maid knocking to clean our room, but she didn't speak enough English to give us a few of the stack of towels and she left for the next room.
I don't expect them to give away the farm for a mistake, but they really seemed to have the attitude of "well, we already have your money, so suck it up and make the best of it".
Overall I was not impressed, we did make the best of it because we were together, but we definitely wish we would have been together at a different hotel, or for that matter spent the money on a TV for the bedroom and chilled at home where we could have at least cuddled in one bed and ordered food to the house.
Speaking of ordering food; if you choose to order room services please read all the fine print, not only do they charge you $3 to DELIVER ROOM SERVICE (as if there was an option to go and get it yourself) but they include a 21% service charge that includes gratuity. They were nice enough to include the option to give your delivery person (that you were charged $3 for) an additional gratuity on the receipt. Really????
We took our 12 year old to an Embassy Suites and had a better time for her birthday than I did for mine, oh yes, for less than 1/3 of the cost. Lesson learned, we will not be making this mistake again.
I know its a convention hotel, but this is a nice property. The bar is cool and the common areas really inviting and fun. Rooms are great as well. I usually avoid the large hotels that are part of the convention center scene, but this one breaks the mold.
This is a wonderful hotel! It is located right next to the 16th Street Mall and the Convention Center. The hotel was extremely clean and upscale - the staff was extremely kind and welcoming and really made us feel valued. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. We hope to visit again soon!
One tip - there is only one jacuzzi and we found it to be very busy with children in the evening - if you have your heart set on a soak, go in the morning.
Excellent hotel really clean and nice rooms. Just wish they had microwaves in the rooms. At least Target is nearby so you can get some food to put in the mini refrigerator, because room service is way to expensive.
Great location. Only stayed 1 night. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Clean and friendly! Great accommodations lives up to its reputation! Regency club is great.
If you are going to stay here, think again and stay at the Hyatt Place 1 block away. Much nicer and a lot better value. This one was expensive, did not include breakfast, could not even park on the garage because it was full from the Sportsman s Expo and RV Show. Our room also smelled like sewage and it took 2 hours to get moved to a different room. We stayed at the Hyatt Place a block away last month and the experience was much more enjoyable.
Loved it fast check in very helpful people. Rooms where clean and had a lot of towels. Definitely will be back
I was there for a business meeting with my partners. We had a room and whenever we needed something it was ready by the door in no time. Love that place for any business meetings, plus there is a coffee shop on the bottom.
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean, helpful. Awesome location.
surrounded by popular tourist attractions and close to many interest points. the rooms are well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. great choice for your stay a mile high!
Luxury for a low price and in a great spot. Don't need to pay ridiculous amounts $ in the parking garage though. Just go a block over to Pavillions parking and save $10.
Great view of the mountains from Peaks on the 27th floor.
I didn't have to pay for anything so it was pretty dope
Nice and clean, also secure. Must have room key to use the elevator.
Great location. Right down the street from the 16th street mall. And several food options.
Room was great, food at Altitude dining was good, water in the lobby was refreshing (and flavored), staff was very courteous, was within walking distance to convention center, FreeMallTransit, and many great eateries.
Doing renovations during the day and sounds like jack hammers above your room!! Best avoid this hotel if you want to do any work in your room during the day. Even if they were not charging super premium rates this would not be acceptable. Have no idea how long the renovations will be in progress....
Once again the Hyatt delivered excellent services. From the front desk all the way to the valet parking!! Such a wonderful/comfortable place to stay.
The staff was incredible!! The room upgrade ridiculous! And the staff at the 27th floor Peak lounge AMAZING
Great bed and shower head. Bar on 27th floor super convenient.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 5 comfortable days! Highly recommend a vacation reservation!!!!!!! 10 STARS!!!!!
Very nice hotel, conveniently located. No complaints!
Amazing venue and a great place for a work convention
Attended a professional conference. The hotel is very nicely appointed and the food was fantastic. I like forward to another event there.
Beautiful. Outstanding service everywhere you turn. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is still my favorite to swim laps in hands down.
Nice space, no wifi in the conference room. Poor cell reception. Coffee was good though!
I love that this place!!!
I will post a picture for my room...
Hard Rock Cafe is right around the corner...
My wife and I attended the 1940s Ball here. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Everything seemed new and cared for. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
I love the view from this building!!one of the best hotel in denver!!!
Visited here as during a conference. Proximity to the convention center is, of course, very nice. Additionally the food was wonderful and the facilities were clean and appealing. The only problem I had was that one of the conference rooms had not been cleaned up from the previous group for one of my meetings and was not cleaned for nearly 20 minutes after the meeting was meant to start.
Great views. Good service, but the bar inexplicably calls last call at about 11 when it seemed like there were plenty of people there. Oh well. Good experience just know hours can be early.
Love this hotel! Peaks lounge is the best. What a view!
Restaurants are over-priced and have an odd food selection. Pool was tiny. Hot tub outside was great. Large. Views from room are breathtaking. Biggest complaint: ventilation in room is not great. There is no switch in the bathroom and only a tiny window.
A great venue for a meeting. They take care of everything with efficiency, class and kindness.
It is a really nice hotel, but all their foods are so expensive.
Great staff abd the location is perfect for getting around the city.
I had dinner last weekend at the newly renovated "Staint" restaurant in the Hyatt in Denver. I was so impressed! It is beautiful!
The granite and marble design of the tables, booths, bar, restaurant, kitchen and sitting area were beautifully done. The copper pipes were unique and beautiful. Very classy restaurant.
Great place to stay in Denver. Friendly people. Really nice rooms with a great view. I would suggest this hotel to stay. Love the food.
Everything was great. Close to food and drinks and the rooms were nice.
It is what I have come to know as a standard of high quality. The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of Denver next to the DCPA and the convention center. Rooms are spacious and clean and amenities are immense.
I have attended several events at the Hyatt over the last year. The ballroom is a great space for large events and the staff is always great.
I attended a three day event but did not stay overnight. The catering was well above average, and the staff were very responsive. The meeting rooms are tall, attractive and functional. The location is very Central to the majority of downtown attractions.
Beautiful Hotel in Downtown Denver. Clean rooms with a short walk to 16th Street Mall and many attractions. Highly Recommended
What's not to love ,excellent hotel great service location and views
