Great place to host an event. The staff was professional, the visual/ audio in each area was excellent and you have fantastic views of downtown Denver.

Coffee is tasty, not bitter and the staff was helpful

I cam here for the 1940s Ball and the hotel was perfect for the event. It was easy to get from floor to floor and each floor had a large amount of well orchestrated space. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly.

Attended Mike high agile, good wifi, screens for presentations were small.

Attended a beer festival here. The staff was extremely helpful and the space is beautiful.

Great concierge recommendations, especially Roger, and great, quiet rooms. Convention rooms also at the top.

Amazing hotel! Sulton was great checking us in and giving us local suggestions. The location is perfect and right across from 16th street which was super convenient. The hotel is gorgeous and everything was so clean, first hotel I ve ever stayed in where I didn t feel like I had to disinfect the whole room. Will def stay here again!

I stay at the Hyatt every year for the Great American Beer Festival. It was very clean and had friendly staff. Great drinks, delicious food and excellent room service. It had everything I needed plus was very close to a lot of my favorite restaurants.

Fantastic view from the 27th floor lounge and rooftop fitness center. West facing rooms have great view of the mountains. One minute walk to Convention Center and quick access to 16th Street "mall" and all of downtown Denver.

Comfortable rooms. Within walking distance to union station. Makes for easy access to airport.

4 star hotel? Room had a view of rooftops and a cheap decal of a wheat field on it, brown stains on the sheets. The rooms are tiny, identical to every 1-2 star motel I ve ever stayed at. Good thing I found a parking garage 2 blocks away for $7 a night.. these pukes want to charge $35 for parking validation.

Just use La Quinta, less than half the price, has gym and heated pool, free parking and breakfast is included.

Beautiful hotel with great views, service, and amenities. Check out Peaks bar on the 27th floor. It has amazing views, cocktails, and the tuna tartar is lovely.

Service is topnotch especially, valet and front desk. That's what you are paying for. Comfort and convenience that can not be matched with airbnb. Hotel is the way to go.

I had a great experience, the room was clean, anything I needed was a phone call away, its near lots of restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful staff, beautiful views. This hotel takes care of you and if you have any problem they fix it immediately and check in with you the next day. The food, drinks, and location were amazing. I will be booking this hotel every time I return to Denver.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The view from my room was very nice. I wish there would've been a microwave in the room, but that is a negligible complaint. Excellent hotel.

Me and my family decided to stay here. The rooms are so small for it felt very crammed. We did not have enough towels for three adults and one child as promised. There were no soap are trash bags... Where did they expect me to throw away feminine products, trash or diapers like seriously? We bought McDonald's because to be honest the food was crazy high! Almost 20 for one plate. The menu was limited. It took forever to get a refrigerator. We had too call twice for room serviceThe rooftop was closed off for some some weird reason so we couldn't star gaze. The pool and Gym closed before midnight along with the bar so there was nothing to do at night. However; the staff was very nice and knowledgeable, we met cool people and had a great time. I hated paid parking too but Atleast we had nice elevators too take us down to our car in a quickly manner. Our hotel was next to everything. If we were hungry are bored we could easily get to a fast food joint are go to their amazing park. The bathrooms was very small but had good hot water. Everything was clean too. My 7 month horse old enjoyed his stay especially liked their cool t.v. With unlimited channels. I'd like to come back but we experience many issues. I still wouldn't mind it though. The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms had a lovely decore too. Cool painting in the walls. It was my first time in Denver but it was worth it. Housekeeping though was awesome though. The ladies did a good job cleaning our rooms. I also loved the Starbucks coffee too

Nice views and decent lobby but was shocked at how dated the rooms felt for a relatively new hotel. Would only stay here again for the convenience factor (convention center). There are much better places to stay in Denver.

Great view! Drinks were a little pricey but the service was good.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. We were on the 28th floor and had a great view of the city. Also very convenient to the Peaks lounge which is on the 27th floor. They also have Former Saint restaurant downstairs and we had dinner there and it was great.

This hotel is great for business travel, and romantic getaways. Very trendy location with a large bar in the lobby. A very large restaurant with ample seating and a great wait staff. This is conveniently located in the downtown area and very near major attractions. The rates are reasonable and you can even order a breakfast plan which gives you a $50 amount to spend on breakfast for two. Well worth the visit to this hotel.

Front desk woman rude, gruff, irritated to be helping us. Service is#1 you can have hay stacks for beds if your staff is welcoming. Staying tonight but never again.

Went up to the 37th floor for the view. The view was lit. Didn't stay at the hotel or anything but the staff was nice I guess

I intended to write this a while ago, but I loved this hotel. After we screwed up the dates (not the hotel's fault), they worked with us to rebook us a new room that same night at a lower cost, upgraded us to a suite, upgraded us to having club access, and they were incredibly nice through the whole process. They even worked with a third party booking site to help refund the cost of the original room. The manager, Brittany, who was on duty was so helpful and patient. The room was beautiful, and all the staff were nice. We attended a show at the Buell theater and were able to walk to it. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay but largely overpriced for the lack of amenities they offer. I ve stayed at better with prices half the cost.

Beautiful Place!! Loved the location, food, the front desk was exceptional! I accidentally left my iPad on the desk in my room. I called as soon as I realized (several hours later) and the housekeeping dept. didn't find it?? Very Dissapointed! Not much help from the Lost and Found. The iPad can be replaced but the grand children's pictures can't

We got a AAA rate, so the room was very affordable, and it came with free breakfast, so it's hard to complain.
But there were children in the room next to us, and they woke up by 6:30 am, and started making a racket. My alarm clock was set for 8:15.
Grr...
But the room was comfortable and clean.

Nice property. Quick check in and great workout facility. Lobby restaurant/bar was open and odd flow with the floor. Overall great experience for a quick overnight trip.

Room was super nice, hotel and service was fantastic. Location right next to convention center and 16th Street Mall makes for a fantastic downtown experience.

Made presentation to LoDoNA Board in second floor meeting room, which was quiet and just right for such a meeting!

I was really impressed by the way everything was setup. Everything was quite comfortable and relaxing as I attended a conference and stayed in one of the hotel rooms.
