This is the second time I have stayed at this location in the past couple of months. The location is great for the area and to the convention center. The staff is very friendly. The view from the room was great on the 36th floor. When I arrived the room itself was clean, but not the bathroom. The shower walls were dirty and there was large amounts of black hair all over the wall. The beds are comfortable, but the sheets feel like your sleeping on tissue paper.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during the 4th of July weekend and I really liked it.This is the largest hotel I have ever stayed at I think.I would like to stay at this hotel on my next trip to Denver.

Great hotel! Great experience! Stayed once before and decided to again. Just like the first, this second stay was not disappointing in the slightest. Great and friendly staff. Check in was very brief and minimal. Great rooms. Overall, both the first and second best hotel expierences ever

Beautiful comfortable relaxing rooms.
We went to the bar 3 times and each time the cook was out, or had just stepped away. It took a little longer than usual, so they comped our meal for the inconvenience which was nice.

Perfect location downtown for getting on a scooter and going anywhere.

What a disappointment. We were not told when we booked nor when we checked in that the lounge AND restaurant were closed. We were told parking was $22/day (expensive), and it turned out to be $42/day. To top off everything, $219/night got us the most uncomfortable slab of concrete bed we have ever slept in. We'll be back to Denver, but never to this hotel. EDIT: When we checked out they'd given us the weekend rate, so the price was much lower. Even so, still a disappointing stay.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

This and the Chicago Hyatt Regency are the best Hyatt hotels I've been to. The location of this hotel is excellent and u can get a decent view of the Rockies and the skyline. The hotel room was big and clean and the hotel is beautiful. It has a really nice gym as well.

For location and ease of travel, this is my go-to for hotels in Denver near the Union Station. The price is very competitive, and you are within a block of 16th street mall. Rooms are totally fine, and the access to the business floor is worth it. Do be aware there WILL be conventioneers here, obviously, but what a hoot to see all the comic book heroes in full costume bustling around last month or so. I needed a fan, as I am a "hot sleeper" and the staff was very accommodating.

This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. The technology is all up to date so you can watch movies from Hulu, Netflix etc by casting from your phone. The view from our room on the 32nd floor was awesome. We upgraded to the club level which is totally worth it as the lounge always had stocked with bottled water, drinks and snacks. This hotel is close to everything in downtown Denver. There is also a roof top hot tub and an indoor heated pool which we enjoyed using during our stay. I don't think I will stay anywhere else when I visit Denver.

Here for a competition, lots of people descending on this hotel and the staff is responding very well, adapting to the groups needs. We'll furnished, nice rooms, right in downtown Denver. We'll return for future trips.

I used to think every hotel was basically the same - a room to sleep in and employees that will do something if you ask for it but begrudgingly at best. Before we even arrived a hotel staff member reached out to us asking us about our trip and if we had any questions or requests. They responded with a thoughtful and curated list of bars, restaurants and attractions that greatly enhanced our trip. They have a number you can text with questions and requests and it was constantly staffed - when we had delays arriving due to bad weather we were able to keep them updated of our progress and when lunch ran late on our last day we were able to ask for a delayed check out time. I really can't get over how attentive and engaged the staff was.

The hotel itself is very nice - clean, spacious and modern rooms. The room we got had great views of the mountains and it was really nice to wake up to them in the morning. They have a little convenience store inside which is super useful if you're up late and need a snack. They have two bars on site - we visited The Former Saint on the first floor and enjoyed our cocktails immensely. The location is great as well, even if you're not attending a conference it's close to downtown and we were able to walk to a bunch of places. Even if it's not walkable you're a cheap Lyft ride away.

In terms of negatives the bathtubs aren't great. This is really a shower establishment so if you want a soak don't get your hopes up. They also don't do turn-down service every night as part of their eco-initiative but you can request it.

Overall the staff at the Hyatt Regency, especially Matt, went out of their way to make a romantic getaway with my girlfriend extra special and I truly appreciate it. Next time I'm in Denver I can't wait to stay here again. Properties like this make me glad I have Hyatt status.

I stayed at the Hyatt regency Denver over Labor Day weekend 2019 and was not disappointed! They have almost literally everything covered. The only thing missing from my room was a microwave, which most people wouldn't miss. Everything overall this top notch, including the incredible full size gym with just about any piece of equipment you might need. A few things that I liked...

// As I mentioned, the gym.
// The coffee maker in the room is one of those that uses little tea bags of coffee that pushes water right from your cup through the coffee into your cup and doesn't rely on a Keurig or something like that needs cleaned regularly.
// Plenty of desk space and a nice little couch next to it to relax.
// finally, you're able to completely control the climate in your own room. I'm encountered and number hotels that limit you in this regard these days, for one reason or the other.

Immaculately clean and beautiful. Very comfortable rooms with dreamy beds. The staff was superlative. Courteous, resourceful, respectful, kind and efficient - every single staff member we encountered was that amazing. Excellent value for the full service attention and elegance of the Hotel. My new favorite for downtown Denver.

Peaks Lounge is one of my favorite spots in Dever to get a drink. It's never too loud, the view is amazing and the drinks well mixed. Get there just before sunset to enjoy a backdrop of the mountains.

For Hyatt this location is well below average, when I checked in my room key did not work, they did not upgrade me despite the email confirmation before check-in and towels in the room had black spots. Rooms are outdated too. Shower had extremely low pressure. I stay in many different hotels due to my work and do not necessarily care if few things are not perfect but when you stay at Hyatt and pay their price tag you would expect way more...

Always a great place to stay and spend quality time. Beautiful hotel, I love the natural light in the open concept lobby and Strata Bar. Rooms are fabulous, and you will not find a more comfortable bed! Enjoy. CAB

This is my hotel of choice when staying downtown. Always comfortable and quiet. Nice relaxing stay! This last time we paid extra to have access to the Regency Lounge. A quiet place to hang out, have a small bit to eat, a drink or cocktail, if you like. Made it there the evening of our stay and the following morning for breakfast. Great selection of eats and service there was great! Worth the extra money for my husband and I.
