Stayed here for a long weekend. In the heart of downtown close to everything
Stayed here for a long weekend. In the heart of downtown close to everything
Very nice hotel. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Also very convenient for anything going on at the convention center. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Workout area is great, pool is quite small though. Internet is fast and works consistently. Overall great hotel.
Convention center is large and gorgeous . The seats rock a little bit, which is great for sitting at a conference all day. The hotel features touch screen maps making it very easy for guests to navigate. Great location in the heart of downtown Denver.
Nice hotel cool resteraunt on top with outstanding view
Great the assembly hall cook was marvelous fast and friendly if I could give more stars I would !
Bed is as tall as the nightstands. Ridiculously difficult to climb in. Comfortable once I got up here.
There for a convention. Staff is super sweet and helpful and attentive to needs!
Attended a Marine Corps Ball here a few years ago. While the venue and rooms were really nice, their catering did the bare minimum to provide acceptable vegan options. They may not have expected there to be very many vegan Marines, but the meal did put a damper on the event.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Walls were a bit thin but overall a lovely stay.
The center is very nice though the ballrooms are hard to find.
Would never go there unless required by business. Denver is crowded. Traffic is insane. Finding parking is near impossible and very expensive. Did not find hotel warm or inviting.
It is a nice place, but it is way too expensive. Taxes and fees will add another $30 per night. If you are in town for a conference it is a good choice but otherwise it is overpriced.
Wonderful renovation. Restaurant has solid food offerings and the marketplace offers snacks and great service.
Hotel is clean and employees are nice and professional.
It's a really nice place with a beautiful rooftop bar.
Great hotel to stay at in Denver. Amenities are great. Location is excellent. Service is excellent.
Great location but not great at helping you find other parking options that aren't $35. There's a lot less than a block away that's not covered but its $20 instead of $35. That's my only complaint.
Extremely nice hotel and great convention facilities.
Second time here. One of my favorite hotels. Very quiet rooms. Great location. Starbucks in the lobby.
Attended for a convention - the room met expectations, and there were plenty of options for food and drink during breaks
Just used the parking deck and validation with the Aveda Institute Denver
Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms. Great coffee and restaurants nearby.
Nice parking attendants. Valet took truck and uhaul
Great place. Always nice to stay here and awesome location
Nice hotel. Was here for business meetings.
Weird construction sounds near my room at 10pm two consecutive nights. Had to call the front desk to figure out....but they seemed to be aware that is what it was so they got the noise stopped.
Peaks Lounge a great place for a drink and a stunning view of the front range.
Place is great!! Right in the heart of downtown. Here from Ohio for a convention and this hotel is awesome. Love everything about it
Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Great location
Really nice hotel. Great location downtown (next to the 16th St Mall and the convention center).
Stayed at this hotel on Saturday 06/06/15. My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and a Birthday. I have to commend Jessica at the front desk for her great effort. She went above and beyond to give us one of the very best hotel experiences we have ever enjoyed. Perfectly located, clean and classy. I highly recommend this place to everyone. This is the only hotel I will choose when in Denver.
Stayed here awhile back while my husband was at a seminar. Great place, clean, friendly staff, and the workout room was very nice with lots of equipment for me to use for a complete workout during our stay.
Overall for the price nothing special. The view is nice but staff was ok and got locked out of room soaking wet after a dip in pool I had confirmed late check out twice. Don't waste your money. I have seen cleaner rooms at 3 star hotels and way more amenities
Awesome cocktails and great view but a little pricey
Quiet!! No loud heater/ac unit in the room. Beautiful mountain view. Great gym!
Attended small event here, catered lunch was great.
Didn't visit. Used the parking garage. Lobby and bar area were very upscale and modern.
The hotel was well maintained and everyone was friendly and helpful.
The amenities in this hotel are Great! I try to stay here every time I come to Denver.
Nice venue. Pleasant staff. BUT $39 for self parking for a one day conference is ridiculous!
I got checked in late but Hyatt gave me a fiddy to spend on their high priced food for the trouble. I got room service, all I can say is fee, fee, fee, charge and fee. Thanks Hyatt for the nice view but I m going to stay elsewhere next time.
Amazing hotel with great service, staff, and location
The hotel is super nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful
Personnel were very professional, the room was immaculate and comfortable. Hotel amenities were clean and easy to find / access.
Enjoyed my stay and everything about the property met my expectations.
Wonder hotel and nicely located. Good staff and breakfast.
I fedexed a ringbox (finger) @ the box sent was oversized. It was 1 ft by 1 ft. I only chose that FedEx because it was conveniently located.
My husband surprised me with an overnight stay at the Hyatt this weekend, and we had a great stay. We checked in and were upgraded to a high floor with a great view. The amenities were right in line with what I expected from a downtown hotel and they had a cool service where you can text any questions or requests instead of calling and they were very quick to respond. The only gripe I have is that the parking garage was very compact and we almost scraped our car despite being very careful.
Beer selection needs a lot of work but service was good
So the good...
Very nice building, high quality, clean and new.
Staff is nice and friendly.
Food has been excellent.
Rooms are spacious with fantastic views.
Fast elevators.
Very close to attractions in downtown and many restaurants.
Conference areas very nice and food is excellent.
The bad
Very, extremely limited parking although you can valet.
The bathrooms here, in the rooms and conference areas don't have fans, very odd.
Marijuana smell in the bathrooms at night also.
Fantastic location, great bars, nice rooms and professional friendly staff!
The room and building were very nice but the room was smaller than expected
A truly wonderful hotel! It s very walkable, the staff is great, and the interior is beautiful. I stayed for over a week and the staff was consistently friendly throughout my entire stay and the common areas were always immaculate. I really enjoyed their top floor lounge- such gorgeous views- and their Regency Club as well. The Regency Club has little snacks at different times throughout the day and they were always very yummy. It s great to have such wonderful amenities at your fingertips! It s also right next door to the convention center- doesn t get more convenient than that!
Overall stay was good. There were a few small things that would have made it better - like not having music blaring from the bar at the hotel across the street that was on the 27th floor and bumping into my room all night.
I didn't stay here but went there for a meeting. The conference room was decent and pretty clean.
I highly recommend luxury experience reasonable price. Excellent accomidations
I needed help finding my way to a certain store near by and the front desk was extremely helpful and even compleminted my lipstick! Very good experience.
Great Hotel. Did a Staycation there and it was great. Make sure you go to the 27th floor for a unforgettable sunset.
Great hotel except for one really annoying housekeeping process.
Stayed for a week in late May 2018; great location; conveniently close to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars (mostly along 16th Street Mall). Valet and bell staff were all very nice and friendly. Front desk staff and housekeeping personnel were all hospitable.
Room was clean and nice but the restroom is rather small.
Our only gripe is that their housekeeping staff came knocking on our door despite the Privacy Please sign was on the door handle. After 3 knocks, they even open the door and announce "housekeeping". What's the point of having the Privacy Please sign?
I can understanding if a room doesn't get cleaned or serviced for maybe 3 or more days, that a welfare check might be warrant (considering all the crazy things that happen in hotel rooms these days), but this happened TWICE the week we stayed; once literally the day after we checked in and again the very next day after we did get housekeeping service.
This was especially annoying because I have a pre-toddler with me and each time I was trying to put him to sleep.
Friendly staff and nice room. Only complaint is the price of amenities.
Service was great , room as quiet, private and just on the perfect end of the mall .
Great location surrounded by plentiful food options. Everything you could want is a short walk away.
Room was clean and a nice building. Staff was friendly and helpful. Add-ons tend to be too expensive.
Loved the people at Recency Club. All meals were wonderful. Didn't like the 5th floor; glass was frosted, couldn't see Denver's great view. Staff is great, concierge gave great advice.
This establishment was fantastic in every way. I will certainly return
Decent location, good convenience store, beautiful views, WiFi is ok.
