Very nice hotel. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Also very convenient for anything going on at the convention center. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Workout area is great, pool is quite small though. Internet is fast and works consistently. Overall great hotel.

Convention center is large and gorgeous . The seats rock a little bit, which is great for sitting at a conference all day. The hotel features touch screen maps making it very easy for guests to navigate. Great location in the heart of downtown Denver.

Attended a Marine Corps Ball here a few years ago. While the venue and rooms were really nice, their catering did the bare minimum to provide acceptable vegan options. They may not have expected there to be very many vegan Marines, but the meal did put a damper on the event.

Great location but not great at helping you find other parking options that aren't $35. There's a lot less than a block away that's not covered but its $20 instead of $35. That's my only complaint.

Weird construction sounds near my room at 10pm two consecutive nights. Had to call the front desk to figure out....but they seemed to be aware that is what it was so they got the noise stopped.

Stayed at this hotel on Saturday 06/06/15. My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and a Birthday. I have to commend Jessica at the front desk for her great effort. She went above and beyond to give us one of the very best hotel experiences we have ever enjoyed. Perfectly located, clean and classy. I highly recommend this place to everyone. This is the only hotel I will choose when in Denver.

Stayed here awhile back while my husband was at a seminar. Great place, clean, friendly staff, and the workout room was very nice with lots of equipment for me to use for a complete workout during our stay.

Overall for the price nothing special. The view is nice but staff was ok and got locked out of room soaking wet after a dip in pool I had confirmed late check out twice. Don't waste your money. I have seen cleaner rooms at 3 star hotels and way more amenities

I got checked in late but Hyatt gave me a fiddy to spend on their high priced food for the trouble. I got room service, all I can say is fee, fee, fee, charge and fee. Thanks Hyatt for the nice view but I m going to stay elsewhere next time.

My husband surprised me with an overnight stay at the Hyatt this weekend, and we had a great stay. We checked in and were upgraded to a high floor with a great view. The amenities were right in line with what I expected from a downtown hotel and they had a cool service where you can text any questions or requests instead of calling and they were very quick to respond. The only gripe I have is that the parking garage was very compact and we almost scraped our car despite being very careful.

So the good...

Very nice building, high quality, clean and new.
Staff is nice and friendly.
Food has been excellent.
Rooms are spacious with fantastic views.
Fast elevators.
Very close to attractions in downtown and many restaurants.
Conference areas very nice and food is excellent.

The bad
Very, extremely limited parking although you can valet.
The bathrooms here, in the rooms and conference areas don't have fans, very odd.
Marijuana smell in the bathrooms at night also.

Good.

A truly wonderful hotel! It s very walkable, the staff is great, and the interior is beautiful. I stayed for over a week and the staff was consistently friendly throughout my entire stay and the common areas were always immaculate. I really enjoyed their top floor lounge- such gorgeous views- and their Regency Club as well. The Regency Club has little snacks at different times throughout the day and they were always very yummy. It s great to have such wonderful amenities at your fingertips! It s also right next door to the convention center- doesn t get more convenient than that!

Overall stay was good. There were a few small things that would have made it better - like not having music blaring from the bar at the hotel across the street that was on the 27th floor and bumping into my room all night.

Great hotel except for one really annoying housekeeping process.

Stayed for a week in late May 2018; great location; conveniently close to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars (mostly along 16th Street Mall). Valet and bell staff were all very nice and friendly. Front desk staff and housekeeping personnel were all hospitable.

Room was clean and nice but the restroom is rather small.

Our only gripe is that their housekeeping staff came knocking on our door despite the Privacy Please sign was on the door handle. After 3 knocks, they even open the door and announce "housekeeping". What's the point of having the Privacy Please sign?

I can understanding if a room doesn't get cleaned or serviced for maybe 3 or more days, that a welfare check might be warrant (considering all the crazy things that happen in hotel rooms these days), but this happened TWICE the week we stayed; once literally the day after we checked in and again the very next day after we did get housekeeping service.

This was especially annoying because I have a pre-toddler with me and each time I was trying to put him to sleep.
