I am absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel. Staff is extremely friendly, willing to assist you and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Luxurios hotel, clean and quiet, very polite and friendly staff, parking too expensive

No airducts or fans in the bathrooms, somewhat outdated air conditioning system which is your only source of fresh air.

Hotel is a bit old but is very well maintained. Staff is on par with five stars rating of hotel. We were there for just couple of nights but our stay was pleasant experience from the moment we checked in until we left.

I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared.

Rooms need to be more updated. This is the only aspect to take in consider. But in general, hotel s location and quality is great.

A beautiful hotel of the highest class, with a long tradition. The objection for the worker at the entrance, who selectively charges for parking, looks like who likes it, that's why the star is less. By the way, the service they provide in the cafe in the hotel lobby does not justify the astronomical price of coffee. Espresso + sour water = 750 din.
