Nice hotel, but they nickel and dime you for everything. Breakfast was ridiculously pricy, the bar prices were astronomical, even for NY. House keeping knocked at 9 am on the dot, and we had the do not disturb sign on the door. They took it away, and knocked! I was up late at a wedding, and was hoping to sleep in.

Stayed on the 5th floor and had a balcony but the door leading outside didnt open. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was extremely soft.

Clean rooms plenty of parking, however desk staff needs better training. Gave us a room that was already occupied. Walked In on a guest sitting at the desk.. when checking out no one answered the phone at the front desk had to go down to the lobby to get the valet.

This hotel appears from the outside to be clean and semi-modern. However, when we checked into the hotel we were told the room that was reserved was not the room we were getting and put us in one that didn't accommodate our entire party - so a rollaway was brought up that had cardboard between the mattress and frame and we all know how comfortable rollaways are.
When we walked down the hallway at 1:00am after checkin, we observed the trash in the hallway that is in the attached photograph; which was no big deal at the time (we'll get back to this).
So, @ about 3:30am, we noticed some sort of squeaking coming from the floor (we were in #347) and called the front desk. Security came up and heard the same thing but said it was pipes under the floor and they would have maintenance come to the room @ 6:00am
6:00 am, no maintenance and still no sleep so I walked down the front desk at 6:30 and was told that maintenance doesn't start until 6:30.
Maintenance showed up @ 6:45 and heard what we heard and couldn't tell what the problem was only that it was from under our room. @ 7:00 a.m. maintenance and the front desk clerk came back and said there are no pipes under the floor, only offices and still couldn't determine the problem.
8:00 am manager called up and said they have another room she could move us to that was "a quiet room in the corner of the 4th floor".
Still with no sleep, we packed up, exited our room and the trash mentioned above was STILL in the hallway. The room on the 4th floor was right next to the linen closet so we tried to sleep, but were constantly awoken by cleaning personnel that were in and out of the linen closet multiple times.
Not a fun experience at all

Huge hotel. It was really nice and had lovely decorations. The rooms had a bit of noise carryover from other rooms, but were quiet at night.

Food great staff was wonderful. I'm unhappy that I was under the impression that breakfast was included......well no it wasn't it cost me $80 for two days of breakfast a bagel coffee and eggs for two that is wrong just wrong. So I will be staying at the Hampton inn in islandia for now on. Unless the hotel can make this right. We travel every month

I arrived late after 12 hour day of travel. Check in went smoothly but there was NO help with my luggage available. And the staff was pleasant, just not welcoming.

Breakfast service was awful, I guess they staff to assume everyone got breakfast buffet. It took 20 min to get 1st cup of coffee. I was about ready to call amex travel to complain, but went to my room. Housekeeping had been there and she did a GREAT job. My stay was saved. Just note to self.... plan on a long breakfast. :(

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities and food was good.

I come here frequently and it's always Great....but today was exceptional. When I got to my room they had a red carpet and a nice card with a bottle of wine. Plus the bar tender cesar is great. Very personalable but professional. Thanks for the excellent service

Everything was great, except beds. The comforter was to thin, and the bed was too hard.

I ve used reward points to book the hotel and they charged me on my credit card. I ve contacted them and they admitted they made a mistake and will credit me back. Didn t see the credit so called them 2 more times in the next month. They ignored me so I have to dispute my credit card.
My credit card company finally credited me back after submitted supporting documents.

Great food in the hotel lobby restaurant and bar. Kirk the hospitality manager makes sure you and your meal meet your expectations.

Brought some cross country athletes down to Sunken Meadows for the state championships, could not have stayed at a more perfect hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant was amazing, but the breakfast at the hotel managed to top even that. John was an outstanding waiter. I would highly recommend this hotel and their breakfast!

My room was very comfortable. WiFi was fast and I had no problem streaming movies. The hallway was quiet and had no problems falling asleep. Free Starbucks and my room was well kept by staff. I had a issue with my final invoice but at check-out it was immediately corrected without any fuss. I look forward to staying there again

Very clean and homeley atmosphere. Friendly service and a variety of service available.

Appears there is a big change in staff. Servuce is poor compared to past stays. Free morning coffee in restaurant is gone. Cutting corners and just not as good as it used to be. Will hunt around for other hotels while traveling LI for business from now on.

Still here for two nights for a corporate event. Clean helpful staff overall a great location. I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities I was really there just for a work event but between the guest rooms and the meeting rooms it is a great location.

Stayed here in April absolutely Loved it. I was a little flustered at check in BC we pay cash and had to use a card to check in even though paid with cash, but even with that said we enjoyed our stay and staff, was very helpful. First time I had been home in 6 years and I won't stay anywhere else. Getting ready to book another room for a few days. Most definitely the cleanest hotel on the island.

Hyatt has a huge parking lot, free WiFi, and a big bar area. It was the perfect place to stay for the wedding we were attending nearby.

Nice place to stay. Room was located near the elevators, which made it hard to sleep from the noise they made all night. I'm writing this review from the hotel, in bed right now.

the restaurant service was terrible i waited over an hour for a kids mac n cheese and people came in after me and got food before me the people were so rude it s not even funny and i do not appreciate the amount effortless amount of positivity and this is unexceptionable so this place is absolutely terrible!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There were no tissues though in the bathroom, box had run out.

This is a hotel from hell, staff overbooked rooms, after checking in your room was giving to other guest and your luggage taken to front office, when u returned somebody else was in the room, we had fire alarmed at 2:30 am there was no staff to give directions , will never go back to this place and will think twice before booking with the Hyatt.

Always a nice, clean, and pleasant place to stay. Has been my go-to business trip place to stay for years.

Surprised to find no hotel information in the room. NO local phonebook, NO TV channel guide NO room service menu. Incorrect information given at check in (was told no shuttle - only taxi or Uber. Shuttle for SW Airline is available). On the plus side. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels.

Great hotel, great structure, they offer free shuttle to various points near the hotel, good gym and pool, breakfast for a fair price, mt good.

Food was delish, and servers were friendly. Great for the prom had a good time.

Big business hotel in an industrial area. Offers free shuttle service.

Overall a disappointing experience starting with the $12.00 fee to park in their 10 acre parking lot after paying $250.00 for a room. The common area was average, as was the room itself. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The water pressure in the shower was inadequate. The very limited selection of TV channels was ridiculous as was their 2 mbps wifi. To top it off, housekeeping hadn't fully resupplied the coffee service. As we were basically only sleeping there, I decided not to express my disappointment to the front desk. It would have taken more time than I was willing to invest. We won't be staying here again any time soon........

Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful. Joseph was exceptionally helpful and great to talk to.

very nice hotel, clean, food a bit pricey esp for breakfast. we wanted to order breakfast in the am put our card on the door and it was never picked up so that was disappointing

It is a very elegant place and the employees at your disposal.

Staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The gym is great and has everything i need when keeping fit on the road. If something needs attention the staff is very responsive and helpful.
I've always found the hotel to be spotless.

Room was gorgeous but we had serious issues with the room keys not working.

Went to a sweet sixteen here. Food was good and the hotel is nice. Felt bad for the restaurant guests who had to hear booming music while they ate. Also the men's room in the lower level smelled like cat piss.

Love the rooms and the lobby...Restaurants were great..Stayed overnite for a wedding..staff was Great..had a great stay!
