Not worth the money, was expecting much more from this hotel the bathrooms are old and out dated and the tv selection or lack there of is awful. Just a generic room not worth the money

Look overall it's a simpler hotel than you may think it looks like in the photos. Beds were quite uncomfortable which was a disappointment and the outside pool closes early I didn't have it but I heard the bar serves chicken fingers that are decent for a good price. If asked, I'd not stay again just being honest.
Room were clean, if it weren't Long Island I wouldn't expect to pay more than $120 per night. When we returned to the hotel from a wedding last night we were greeted at the 5th floor elevator lobby with a half eaten slice of pizza on the floor. It was still there when we checked out this morning. Not what I would expect for $239 w/ senior discount.
Average Internet speed of 5.0 mbps. No need to further discuss.
Prices could better but the qaulity of the hotel and appearance are all great.
Staff very friendly, rooms well appointed, could use a slight refresh in rooms and certain common areas (mainly elevators).
The Hyatt Regency in Long Island did not honor the early check in request solicited on their website and did not provide that feedback until I arrived at the hotel. The staff was remarkably unconcerned.
I have stayed at the hotel often, and am a Hyatt member. This property does not live up to the standard I am accustomed to from other Hyatt properties.
I attended the Navel Health Expo. It was a good event. My favorite part was Chef Penn Hongthong and her delicious Laotian cuisine.
They need to up the cleaning in the rooms and bathrooms
Great service, food at NU restaurant was not that good, but the drinks were strong. Nice outdoor pool and gym. Staff was very friendly, available to ghelp with bags on check in and check out. Room was a little banged up, but clean.
I was there for a work meeting. We were served lunch in a really nice room with outside tables. The meeting rooms were pretty nice, with free food, coffee, and water with berries everywhere. Overall, it was pretty nice
Very nice rooms, lobby, and delicious breakfast however, it was $20 which felt like a little much
We reserved within the block of rooms for a wedding, and the staff handled the event very poorly. We did not receive one of the welcoming baskets made by the couple because the event handler had mismanaged them. After insisting for more information, they pulled the event binder out, AND I'M THE ONE WHO FINALLY FOUND THE EVENT IN THE BINDER .We had questions about the shuttle, and ended up MISSING the shuttle by 5 minutes because no one knew anything about it. The front desk staff were unable to answer basic questions about what my night's stay included (breakfast??) and were unwilling to find out... All the while they were friendly enough, it was evident they just really didn't care. It was strange, inhospitable, and we will never go back. Don't expect good service here.
I only had a short stay. Overall it was very comfortable.
