A beautiful and elegant hotel set in the heart of London. Has a large and accommodating banqueting hall with a great sound system and lightning. A/c system can be lacking on a hot day and staff more responsive.

I ve stayed at a lot of hotels and there s tons to compare from amenities, service, room type etc... but here is my take on this masterpiece
I couldn t find what I thought was the right email address to reach the hotel before our stay. So I mailed them on the common Jumeirah email address and also sent them a message on Facebook literally a day before reaching there. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade... and the concierge got us sorted with dinner reservations and with tickets for a show which he recommended and it was awesome
Special shout out to Irkali. This Georgian superstar helped us check in and then got us an upgrade and even sent us a box of chocolates later in the evening to our room. Honestly from a service standpoint this place is unbeatable. I cannot remember any person serving us without a smile. You guys are awesome. Will make it back to this hotel on our next trip to London

My favorite hotel in London

My favorite hotel in London
I have visited this hotel several times, in the past few years and one of the things I like is service consistency, which is very rare nowadays. Below is a summary on some of the things I personally care about when choosing a hotel:
1. Friendly staff
2. Clean and nice rooms
3. Good food (room service, breakfast and lobby)
4. Great location

I would like to complement the staff at Jumeirah Carlton and particularly the Daniel Bethel the Concierge. I was pickpocketed today and Daniel and Jason went out of their way to to assist me with reporting the incident to the police as well as talking to Zara where the incident happened. Jason enthat a me back to Zara to help me report the matter. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I was okay emotionally .
I can t thank them enough.

Great setting with ample space for plenty of seats as well as room to walk around. If necessary, some can also find space for privacy in the corridor outside the ceremonial hall, This venue is well set in the heart of London. Great layout for good sound system to operate. The only downside - if one were to get caught by the urgency - is that the toilets are not on the same floor. For disabled or one looking to rush to one, this can be somewhat embarrassing. Lastly, if you are travelling by car, parking on a Sunday is plentiful in the surrounding area. Be sure to have protective clothing if the weather is not favourable.
