I would like to complement the staff at Jumeirah C...

I would like to complement the staff at Jumeirah Carlton and particularly the Daniel Bethel the Concierge. I was pickpocketed today and Daniel and Jason went out of their way to to assist me with reporting the incident to the police as well as talking to Zara where the incident happened. Jason enthat a me back to Zara to help me report the matter. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I was okay emotionally .
I can t thank them enough.
