We went for a private party. Whilst the venue and staff were generally good, we were very disappointed with their level of knowledge on allergen information in the food they were serving was extremely poor, to the extent that we had no belief in what they were saying was correct. Would not eat there again.

I attended an awards ceremony at the Jumeirah and the hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, always going out of their way to see to it that we had everything we needed.
The food was just perfect. I simply cannot fault any of the dishes we were served. I can't say anything on the rooms as I didn't stay over but the rest of the services I'd recommend 100%.

My partner took me here for my birthday. The whole experience from walking in the front door to checking out at the end of our 2 days was a complete delight. The staff couldn t do enough to make the customer experience one to remember. They were friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fantastic room. Breakfast was out of this world and the spa and pool was fantastic. It really is 5 star opulent luxury from start to finish. I would heartedly recommend this hotel.

my favourite hotel in London...its the ONLy one I stay in when visiting. The staff are amazing, they have this new system called KIPSU which is a messaging system to handle your requests with immediate effect. I loved my last stay, and hope to be back again soon.

Blink Blink with no feel to it. Will not return. All the members of staff I meet there were stressed and although trying to please me in any way, they simply made me feel uncomfortable. I'll prefer them being more humans and less 'perfect'.

The rooms were smaller than what I expected. The restaurant staff during breakfast are quick in service and friendly. Every staff member was happy to help and make sure the stay was comfortable. The only thing I could fault with the hotel was the noise from the streets - sports cars / ambulances could easily be heard and could be a nuisance to anyone who considered his sleep light.

This weekend, my family and I stayed at Jumeirah Carlton Tower for my 30th birthday. From the moment we set foot in the building, we were greeted with a warm welcome, professionalism and a smile. The staff at Jumeirah were very accommodating and helpful. As it was my 30th birthday, it was classed as a bigger occasion than I thought it was; I got up to the room and provided was a personalised 30th birthday cake on the table and found out that my family had received chocolate dipped strawberries too in order to make their stay more pleasant. This was a great start to our stay in general and the room was immaculate and overlooking the city too which made it more luxurious.
Afterwards, we all popped out for dinner and as I returned to the room, the wonderful staff had decorated mine and my partner s room with rose petals and had created a love heart on our bed which was very special.
My sleep that night was so relaxing as the bed was extremely comfortable and I easily dropped off as soon as my eyes closed.
When I awoke, we all headed downstairs for the breakfast in the rib room restaurant and were met with so much choice. There were the traditional options alongside the healthy corner which comprised of copious amounts of fresh fruits, smoothies, honey and natural granola and even healthier versions of muffins too! I was so thankful of the delicious variety on offer and fortunately left fully satisfied and well nourished.
After breakfast, we all checked out of our rooms and the service was the same as when we had walked in at the beginning; exceptional! My birthday celebration surpassed any expectation I had prior to visiting the Jumeirah hotel; it was spectacular!
I only used the conference facilities. Superb surroundings and food. Excellent support for your customers.
Great location, best gym for a hotel and housekeeping well trained to think of little touches and gestures. Hotel furnishings out dated and bathrooms too small and inefficient for a hotel of this standard

Attended a wedding reception in the upstairs Hall. It was an incredible night which wouldn't have been possible without the help of the generous staff, waiters, and doormen. I felt like a princess!!!

I was shocked as two lady guests were fighting near reception with a man trying to separate them . Lunch there was really good.wonderful central location walking distance from Harrods and kings Road.
The rooms are clean, and the usage shows need to be renovated. I do not recommend connecting rooms where one is very small, one of the best hotel features is location
