Stayed in knitsbridge suite.
-Preferable have in bathroom disposal razor and a little toothbrush tooth paste,
-also couldn't find in room wine opener
-View from room amazing ,
-Wish breakfast area to be a bit bigger
-TV in bathroom doesnt work properly . Grass on balcony looks a bit worn out
-Concierge couldn't help find my belongings . After second round only asking was lucky .

This weekend i stayed here with 3 friends to celebrate a special birthday. The service, the rooms and breakfast really exceeded expectation. We were upgraded on arrival and they did everything to ensure the birthday celebration was special. I was really impressed with the service from the moment we stepped into the hotel, to the moment we left. I look forward to returning!

The Jumeirah Carlton Hotel is a nearby location on the famous shopping streets of Marks and close to Harrods

Visited for a Sunday Times presentation. Long wait for drinks. This may have been the fault of the Sunday Times.

Great spot. Rooms are nice. Service is courteous, although our expectations on check-in as to when we would be able to get into our room could've been handled better.

Best gym, pool and steam room of any central Lon hotel

A posh hotel with friendly and helpful service, from the doorman, the concierge to the cleaning ladies.

This is my favourite hotel in London at the moment. Everything about the hotel made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. The little things made me feel so happy like the staff always remember my name when saying good morning to me when I am walking around. The hotel has a 24 hour gym and Codagan Gardens if you fancy going running outdoors.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. I was attending an event so can only comment on the conference centre and surrounding facilities which were good.

How to be spoilt! Lovely room, fabulous food and friendly, welcoming staff who really want their guests to have a memorable stay for all the right reasons. Looking forward to staying here again to sample the new refurbishment!

Home away from home ! Cheese cake at the lobby lounge

I find its the little things that really mark a hotel out from the others; the Jumeirah Carlton Tower had this. The staff were helpful and the turn down service was excellent. From the 14th floor we had a lovely view of the city and the room had everything you could need, including a huge, very comfortable bed. The swimming...

Great service and food. Conference facilities were fine.

The coffee shop is famous for its delicious cheesecake and barriani cheese ... and it has a varied minio .. Serving and eating
